We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

Entertain guests at the artisan crafted pine table while dining next to the antique cast iron fireplace. Cap the evening sharing stories under the cool night sky gathered 'round the fire pit with a soothing hot toddy or mug of creamy cocoa.

"Aunt Ann's Apartment" in the Woods

Come stay in the woods in a charming studio apartment with a spacious farm view off the porch while you sip on your morning cup of coffee. Ann will be your host should you need anything or have any questions. With easy access off of I80, you'll be just a short drive (about 13 mins) from Black Moshannon State Park and about a 40 minute drive to Penn State. Lots of great nature related places to visit such as Sinnemahoning State Park, Bald Eagle State Park, Bennezette (elk sightings), and others.

Little Stone Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, lots of hot water in shower. Shared use of washer/dryer and sauna in adjoining house, outside grille and fire pit.

Orchard Guesthouse

Private, cozy cottage with lots of extras. Wake up after a comfortable night's sleep to a breakfast of eggs from our chickens, prepared in a well-appointed kitchen. Kitchen, bath & bedroom renovated in 2026. (updated pics coming soon!) After a day of sightseeing relax on the patio with a glass of wine & dinner prepared on the grill. Close to shopping, restaurants, UPMC Hospital, PSU Altoona, Horseshoe Curve, Canoe Creek, 40 minutes to Penn State University Park, 2 miles to I 99 and US 22.

Master BR contains king. 2nd BR has an XL twin & full-size bunk bed top and bottom. Gorgeous, refinished hardwood floors.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Basement suite in Happy Valley! Perfect lodging for Penn State events, business trips, graduations and vacations. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, with large living room and separate dinette area. Plenty of parking and no-contact private entrance. Home theater, fireplace, mini-fridge, freezer, toaster and microwave, with a lovely private patio next to a waterfall and fishpond. Suite is ideal for 1-4 guests and a queen airbed is available for 2 additional guests. $10 per guest per night beyond 4.

Enjoy balcony views of the Juniata River and the neighboring two parks while being within walking distance to everything downtown. 553 sq. ft. of space, laundry facilities, full kitchen, outdoor charcoal grill, and even tubes for the river make this space perfect for extended stays. Fishermen and kayakers will love the close access to the river. Just a 10 minute walk to the Amtrak station, restaurants, and groceries. This unit is located on the second floor with no elevator.

Jackson Mountain Getaway

3 bedroom basement apartment. Quiet country setting. Located 30 miles from St. College, home of Penn State. 15 miles from Raystown Lake for boating, swimming or fishing. Close to Rails to Trails for hiking or biking. Also near the Little Juniata River for trout fishing(regulated as All Tackle Catch and Release). We also border State Game Lands. 55" tv and 250 channels SUV or 4 wheel drive is recommended for winter. Please use Google GPS and check in instructions.

Your spacious private suite will easily sleep 4 people. Bedroom with full bed, Sleeper-Sofa in livingroom, folds out to full bed, and twin cot available. Serene setting Located 4 miles from Beaver Stadium & Bryce Jordan Center. Two night minimum PSU game weekends.
