We had a great long term stay at Jennifers. The place was comfortable and the hosts were responsive and friendly. The location is great for traveling the surrounding areas.

Had a very brief stay here for a wedding nearby and had everything we needed! (Especially appreciated all the real wine glasses!) Would definitely love to stay again in warmer weather to take advantage of all the fun outdoor amenities!

I’ll keep it simple… just book this place! For those who need more: the place is beautiful, comfortable, clean, very responsive owner, and just good people! 10/10 would recommend again and again. Oh yeah, and there’s a washer and dryer to boot! Truly the cherry on top. 👏🏼

The place was very clean and we could tell the bedding and towels were all freshly washed. Very easy access to check in and check out. Friendly neighbors too

If you are a person who appreciates older homes and the work that goes into them. this is a must stay if your in the area. It's an amazing home in a great laid back area. it was what my family and I needed and more then we expected. The next weekend we are in town this home is booked, but it will definitely be our first option in the future.

The place was exactly as described. It’s a super cute house that is clean and well stocked. Jeff was an excellent host that communicated all instructions well in advance of our stay. We reached out to him for an issue we needed assistance with (our dog damaged one of the blinds); he was very understanding and easy to work with.

March was so accommodating and very communicative. The home was amazing and perfect for our group. I would recommend her place if you are in the King Mills area! On the plus side it is right next to Great Wolf Lodge!

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 2 stayed here for a weekend to attend my father's funeral. We wanted something clean and affordable and this house fulfilled those needs perfectly. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed. Remote control for ROKU tv didn't work but I was able to download roku app to my phone to use as a remote control.

absolutely enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend vacation with friends and their family members . This property can easily accommodate 12+ persons. kitchen fully loaded with utensils and plates etc. Highly recommended.

We don’t stay in Airbnb’s often. The location was much better than local hotels for our needs. Included parking, especially in the city where you pay extra for parking almost 100% of the time, was a real plus! Nightly rate for our six night stay was better than the hotel we typically stay at when visiting Cincinnati. Would consider staying again.

I’ve stayed in a couple of Airbnb‘s downtown. Paul’s place is by far, the best so far. Excellent location, very clean and full of any amenities you might need. Paul was very responsive and extremely helpful with local recommendations. I consider myself very familiar with the downtown area and he was right on with our recommendation request. Location is perfect for anything you want to do downtown. Whether it’s a sporting event, nightlife or great restaurants you won’t be disappointed. Definitely looking forward to my next downtown adventure at Paul’s place.

Thank for letting us stay in your beautiful home. The home was 10 minutes from Riverbend, 20 minutes from The great American ballpark, and Newport aquarium. when we pulled in the driveway the 1st night deer were in the front yard. My kids felt at home with the comfortable beds, spacious family room, and they thoroughly enjoyed the pool table. We would stay here again if we plan another Cincy vacation!

Wonderful camper with great amenities. The air conditioner kept up and kept us cool during a week of extreme heat. Bunk beds are spacious and Master bed very comfortable. He showed us how to use the camper before he left and made sure we were all set before leaving. We plan on using it again hopefully sooner than later!

She goes above and beyond to an unrivaled level. Host rocks.

Our stay with Seth was great. Easy to get in and out of the area with lots of restaurants in the downtown Loveland area . Quiet neighborhood. It was cold while we were there so we didn't get to really check out the back deck with chairs. It would be a great area to have a "cuppa" tea or glass of wine. 😊

Olivia was a wonderful host and her home was absolutely adorable! The neighborhood was super nice and quiet, too. My bf and I would absolutely stay here again!

Adrianah was awesome. I book a lot, and I have never had a host as engaged and helpful. We stayed for a few months, and we were here on work but any issue we had was addressed asap. My people I had staying at the apartment ended up damaging a few things and the way Adrianah handled it was extremely polite and professional. We of course took care of the damages (just careless with upkeep from our guys) which we had no issue with but the way she handled it was really professional and caring. This place was such a nice spot for a weekend family staycation. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for guests. We utilized the pool and outdoor amenities the entire weekend and loved the convenience of having a pool every day. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous, being surrounded by horses was so peaceful. Also, being able to walk the driveway throughout the day and evening and see the horses was so cool. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again.
