sensational accommodation! Was so beautiful and the location was amazing

We had a great stay at Kristel’s place. It’s a cozy, inviting space with cute decor. The location is great with a pub around the corner, Mornington 5 mins away, the beach at the end of the street and yet is very peaceful. Everything was sparkling clean and comfortable. The little selection of kids toys and books were a huge hit for our boys. I would highly recommend Kristel’s place to anyone looking to stay in Mt Martha.

The view was beautiful. Peaceful, quiet location. Kitchen was handy. Clean bathroom.

Host was responsive and proactive, keen to give guests a positive experience. House is well located, walkable distance to shops and restaurants and the beach. Thanks for having me! Will definitely visit again.

Great communication, clear instructions. The surrounding was peaceful and very close to the beach. The rooms was surprisingly soundproof and the heating was more than adequate for cold days. The living area was super spacious.

The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

Stayed for a night, John was so nice and friendly and so was Indy! though the room was small, it was definitely cozy and our furbaby enjoyed our stay as well. Location was superb being close to the beach and trails and many other activities to do.

This really did feel like a home away from home. Everything you could ask for is here. The surrounds are so peaceful and quiet. I had a BBQ and a beach walk with friends on the Saturday and the patio was an amazing area to sit out on and look at the water. Differently will be returning! Gorgeous house and surroundings. The pool, the fire pit and outdoor kitchen bar were favourites. We had 4 families stay comfortably with young kids, I imagine it's even better in summer. It was well set up and the communication from the agent was good.

We had a short stay at Beekeepers and are already thinking “when can we go back”. It was an amazing house in a breathtaking location. Walks on the deserted pristine Morgan’s beach. Meanders through the wilderness coastal vegetation. All shared with the wallabies, echidnas and birds. Paradise.

Greg and Maree’s place was exactly what me and my friends were looking for. A good price being right by the beach and with a pool. Greg and Maree were so helpful and responsive and kind. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We were so pleased to have stayed in this very spacious apartment. The photos dont do it justice. A magic view of the bay from the balcony. A fabulous location making it an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, the foreshore and supermarkets.

Thank you Kris and Jon for an amazing stay! I’ve been using Airbnb for over 8 years now and these guys are the best hosts I’ve come across! The house itself is beautiful and just as described, it was stocked with everything you could think of (extra towels, toilet paper, proper coffee machine, pots, pans, everything!) and Kris and Jon let you feel right at home. The heated pool was a bonus and the yard space and BBQ was perfect for our 2 families with 2 small kids. Kris was very response in the lead up to our trip with any questions I had and even had left us a hand written note with a full booklet on how to use everything in the house along with recommendations. The house is in a perfect location with access to great cafes and the beach. Could not rate the house or these guys any more highly, we will be back and thank you for such a wonderful stay :) Shamani

We had a lovely week at Somers, walks on the beach, coffee at the general store. The house was lovely, and it was great to emerge from the backyard to the beach - quite some steps though. Pool was good for a quick dip and play. We enjoyed the view - sitting inside (storms) or drying off after a swim. Our doggie was welcomed with treats. Lots of lovely art and an admiral beachcombing collection makes you feel at home.

We had a great stay at Daniela’s place. It was so well set up for families with plenty of space, and the toys and games were a hit. Daniela was a responsive and helpful host.

Tony’s place was very spacious so there was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The place was clean and had fresh linen on all of the beds. It’s only a short walk to the beach which was great.

It was such a delightful trip! The entire house felt warm and welcoming, and the huge backyard gave my dog the perfect holiday too. I absolutely loved the bedding — it was incredibly soft and comfortable. Best of all, there was an awesome sound system in the living room that made our stay even more fun. If I return to Phillip Island, I’ll definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

Darren's place was exactly like the pictures, it was such a great place in a great location, it was clean and he provided loads of towels and bedding and I couldn't recommend Darren's place enough!

Adrians home was well equipped with cooking utensils pots pans plates and platters etc. Plenty of space, board games and everything we needed for a lovely family lunch for Christmas. Thoughtful touches, very clean and comfortable.

If you have someone who is a wheelchair user or just needs help getting up stairs ect then this place is for you! My mum is fighting cancer so she uses an oxygen tank and a wheelchair for assistance, the stair chair was amazing to get her upstairs, it saved her so much energy and made the stay so worth it ❤️ The photos on the listing of the views do not do it justice, we spent most of our time upstairs and on the balcony looking out to the ocean, it was truly the stay of a lifetime. The kitchen and the house in general is so well equipped, everything you could possibly need is there and we found that so useful especially for a big family like ours. The beach access out the back gate is just awesome, we saw so much wildlife including penguins, shearwaters that nest around the area and so many wallabies! Thankyou Deb and Mary, what a wonderful space you have down in Ventnor. We won’t hesitate to book this again!!!

Our family absolutely loved our time together at the Waterfront House to celebrate my 60 th birthday. The house caters for everyone. With a huge selection of games , billiards , table tennis etc etc . The grandkids loved all the activities , as did the adults ! Not to mention the Stunning location , right on the beach . Glorious sunsets and wildlife to greet us . The house had everything we needed! A bonus for sure is that each room has an ensuite !! We loved to congregate upstairs all together . Plenty of room for us all . We enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and the surrounds , with the Autumn sun streaming through all the large windows . Thanks from our family . We would definitely like to come back to your home . 🙏😊
