The house has three bedrooms all with comfortable beds, high quality linen and Australian made soaps and toiletries.

Pool avble to guests during warmer weather, (December-March)and may be accessed from 8 am onwards, and concludes 8pm.Pool towls are provided. The cottage is a 2 min walk to Farmers Arms Hotel for meals and a Close walk to the Tocumwal village. Short drive to Golf Club, or courtesy bus. Pet friendly by prior arrangement.
