My family and I had an amazing time. I definitely recommend this place to anyone, if you want a relaxing and peaceful time. James was great and very responsive.

This cottage is in an amazing location--easy walking distance to both the beach and the main square at Rosemary!

A great place to stay for a couple. Outstanding beach and access. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and floaty things to use. Store and restaurants are walkable. I recommend this condo very much.

We had the BEST family vacation at James’s place! It was so good we stayed an extra day and will absolutely be back! The kids could go to and from the beach safely as we watched from either patio, we loved walking around the shops and cafes, James has everything you need in the storage closet for the beach and everything was just so convenient. The place was clean and neighbors were friendly. Thanks again James for sharing your space with us, we can’t wait to come back!

7B was exactly as described and just what we were hoping for. Direct, private access to the beach made this place unforgettable. Unit had everything we needed to cook and care for our family (couple + 3 small kids) and even some beach chairs to use. We were very happy spending our spring break at Stick in the Sand.

Good location, lots of options within walking distance. Easy access to the beach and having a specific guaranteed private spot on the beach was nice!

We had a wonderful stay at Kassi's. The apartment was super clean and tidy and very accessible. Kassi was very kind and accommodating, and we felt very at home. We highly recommend Kassi's place for a nice quiet stay.

Wonderful place to stay at. It was super clean and had nice pool . bed comfy and room had large TV. Overall all 10/10 experience. Will come again

Russell was great. He provided us a air mattress and sleeping bag which was a life saver.

From the very beginning Stacy and Duncan were extremely friendly and helpful. The property is well kept and beautiful. The pictures does not do it justice. Very very clean, fresh feeling about the place. Extremely well kept. Such a comfortable lay out.

Our stay at the Quiet Cottage was perfect! So peaceful and serene. The pool was fabulous and convenient access to all things 30A made for an outstanding vacay!

It was an amazing stay, everything was as expected in the descriptions, room was tidy and clean as the bathroom. Hosts were responsive and welcoming. Would stay again. 10/10.

We loved our first vacation to the area and staying here so much that we had to go back! Beautiful, peaceful, and ideally-located are just a few ways we would describe this Airbnb. Connie is truly kind and genuine, and I would feel good sending my most loved friends or family members to stay in her place. I love that we don't have to worry about stopping to pick up toilet paper or laundry detergent when first arriving. Although I was happy to come home after our trip, I do miss the heavenly bed and bedding in the bedroom of this home. I even took a picture of the tags on some of the pillows and bedding before leaving. If we are fortunate enough to have another vacation in the area, it would feel wrong to go anywhere else. After all, we've already found our home away from home. P.S. My son loves catching and photographing all of the different lizards and frogs each day. He is always able to find something to do, even while we are relaxing at the Airbnb.

The host was friendly and responsive. Allowed us to check in a little early. The dog door was great for our pup and he felt right at home in the fenced in yard.

We love staying at Karol's place! It is so comfortable and you feel right at home. The location can not be beat and we love using the bikes! We look forward to coming back again and again.

Super cute house with a ton of couches! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals while we were there. Location was fantastic! A 2 minute walk to the beach every morning, and walkable to the grocery store and the donut shop too. We had a minor problem with the door lock when we first got there, but I messaged Patty and she replied immediately, and we figured it out. No other issues. Great beach stay!

Chuck’s place is literally in the perfect location! Quiet but close to everything! The beach is a short walk and the canoe was perfect for exploring the lake! We will definitely be back!!! The view from the top deck is beautiful and very peaceful! Wonderful visit!!

This was our first time using an air b&b and we couldn't have picked a better host then Holly. She was responsive, very clear on instructions, and made the stay a home away from home. We absolutely would book with Holly again! We were in walking distance of the beach and restaurants and a short drive from the boardwalk. Thanks Holly for such a wonderful vacation! -The Morgans
