The Backpacker

Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

Mulberry Cabin, a rustic tiny house cabin

Mulberry Cabin is conveniently located halfway between Charleston and the capital city of Columbia in Rowesville, SC. Please note the cabin is located in a small town, not in the country. Rowesville is 11 minutes from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Orangeburg has many restaurants, Wal-Mart, and a Starbucks near I-26. Columbia is about an hour away. Charleston is about 75 minutes away. Enjoy a break from Wi-Fi as you watch a DVD and relax in a 130 year old rustic cabin.

With a horse front view and rows of flowers in sight, you will be sure to soak in all the feels of farm life all while being close to West Ashley, 30 minutes from Down Town Charlestion and 35 min from beach access. Tucked in behind the hustle and bustle of city life you can put your feet up and relax, walk the gardens or check out the cute farm animals. Truly this is a unique stay that you don't want to miss!

Wagon on picturesque farm

Our wagon sits right under a moss draped Live Oak tree wrapped in lights. In our unique wagon you have a cozy sleeping space with beautiful views of our farm. The bathhouse is shared and is only 100’ from your porch. Enjoy our free range donkeys, chickens, pigs, ducks, goat and cat. The wagon is a small space. The ceiling in the middle is 6.2 in height. The mattress was custom made to fit the wagons space. The mattress is 6’ long and 54” wide, basically between a twin and a full.

Enjoy your stay at this immaculately designed new build Villa. Located on a family property surrounded by 2 acres of trees, in a quiet rural neighborhood.
