Wir haben uns bei Jeremy und Linda sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat alles einwandfrei geklappt und Linda war zu jederzeit erreichbar. Wir waren mit der Familie / Kindern und Hunden in Belgien und die Unterkunft hat uns super gut gefallen. Es war sauber und alles unkompliziert. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Super séjour, La maison est superbe, très calme et très confortable. La communication avec Gilles était très fluide. Je recommande vivement.

This is a fantastic place with great amenities - our group enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and many spaces to rest, dance, or eat. The highlight though must be the huge private garden, which has trails, ponds, and many small quirky surprises. We would definitely return here!

This house is fantastic! Geraldine is an amazing host who is very helpful and incredibly quick to respond to any query you may have! I love this house and I highly recommnend it. The place is so clean and nicely furnished. It will make you feel home! The location is perfect. It is removed from the traffic and so close to all the shop and restaurants. There is a lovely garden. The house have everything you need to have a very comfortable stay with a "home like" feeling. Every time I go to Belgium I stay at this house and I am NEVER disappointed.

Excellent stay for group of friends or large family in a peaceful village near Durbuy. It's a very large house, all the rooms have a private bathroom and there is a well-equiped kitchen. We could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather! There is a sauna, so ideal to relax as adult and a trampoline children can enjoy!

Super verblijf gehad met 4 volwassenen en 5 kinderen (7, 6, 5, 4, 2) Prachtige omgeving. Heel mooi enorm compleet huis. Aanrader!!

Cette magnifique maison est parfaite pour un séjour avec plusieurs familles multigénérationnelles. Nous étions 8 adultes, 3 enfants en bas-âge et 2 chiens. Chacun y a trouvé sa place, les deux salons étant particulièrement avantageux dans cette configuration. Le chambres sont spacieuses et les salles de bains impeccables. Une mention particulière pour la grande salle de bain avec une baignoire centrale dans laquelle nos petits bouts se sont bien amusés. La cuisine est très bien achalandée, rien ne manque et les appareils électroménagers sont en parfait état de marche. L'arrière-cuisine séparée est aussi très pratique avec son deuxième frigo son congélateur et l'espace pour stocker les victuailles ou autres. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le panier de bienvenue et la bouteille de "bulles" bien fraîche. Finalement nous tenons à remercier Kristina pour sa proactivité et sa disponibilité. Bref, un superbe séjour!

It is a very big house in a very nice location. The living room is bigger than it looks in the photos. Very nice, I recommend it!

un gîte au top pour des réunions familiales. Des jouets pour les enfants. Un sous sol enchanté avec baby foot, billard, fléchettes, une malle de déguisements, des perruques, des chaussures. A l'extérieure, terrain de boules, balançoire, structures enfants, une belle terrasse et un Spa. Bref, des rires et sourires assurés. Un gîte bien sur tout rapport. Bon rapport qualité/Prix. de très bons contact avec Johnny qui est réactif. A ne pas rater.

Fijn weekend gehad in dit huis met onze vriendengroep. Dankzij de ruime opzet en de vele mogelijkheden in het huisje hebben we ons ook uitstekend vermaakt tijdens de slaapjes van alle kinderen.

We had a great Easter family holiday together. The layout of the house worked very well for us. The clever use of putting bathrooms between bedrooms meant that nobody was disturbed even though we had a 2.5 month old and a 15 month old. The garden was lovely for the small dog and the 4 year old. The BBQ worked well. Lots of printed instructions about how to use certain items. The safety aspects; instructions, alarms, extinguishers were very professional. Plenty of seating and a wonderful dining table. I'm sure Steven will have corrected the address by now but it is 14A not 14. My daughter was confused for a while when she stopped at 14 as it did not look like any of the photos! We had pizzas from WoodPizza in Coo one evening. Then lunch at Le Vert de Pommier in La Gleize another day. I really recommend this amazing peaceful house.

Geweldig leuk groot huis met vele faciliteiten, heerlijk landelijk gelegen. Heel geschikt voor uitstapjes in de Noord-Ardennen, Eifel (Monschau), Aken en Maastricht. Sabine is superattent en flexibel. Van harte aanbevolen!

Hôte super accueillant et toujours disponible. On a passé un super weekend avec un groupe de copains, à refaire!

Merci à Jean-Luc qui nous a réservé bon accueil dans sa maison très sympa. Nous y avons passé un séjour cosy, l'emplacement était idéal pour se déplacer en Belgique.

Charmante gite op een super mooie, rustige locatie. We hebben genoten van het huis als van de prachtige tuin Cecile en Denis zijn fijne hosts die ervoor gezorgd hebben dat we niets tekort kwamen en waren altijd vlot en gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Een echte aanrader!

We were a group of young adults and more senior adults. The house , garden and pool were fantastic for all the group. Loads of space and seating so you could easily find a quiet spot, especially in the garden. The chickens were very friendly and even Guizmo the cat seemed to get friendlier as the week went on. House was very clean when we arrived and very accessible for my wife who has limited mobility. Easy access to the patio, pool and garden was a big bonus. The surrounding area is very flat and good for cycle rides especially along the canal to Tournai which is a lovely small town. The beach at Den Haan is within an hour and well worth a visit with a huge beach, friendly sea and lots of cafes and bars. Ypres is also well worth a visit with the In Flanders Field museum a must for anyone who wants to know more about WW1. The war cemeteries were also very interesting and moving. We had a couple of early minor problems but Jocelyn responded very quickly. I would recommend for families.

Mooie villa die rustig gelegen is in het prachtige Ardennen. Zeer ruim en netjes. We werden goed ontvangen en kregen duidelijke instructies en tal van aanbevelingen om de buurt te ontdekken. Alles werd prima voorbereidt voor onze aankomst (kamer indeling, kinderstoelen, ...). Bedankt!

Casa, jardín, piscina, juegos para niños, equipamiento interior, paseos por bosques del entorno, visitas a ciudades como Brujas o Gante, hicieron maravillosas nuestras vacaciones. Y Julien respondió rápidamente a cualquier cuestión.

Genoten! Het huis is wat lastig te vinden maar ligt prachtig afgelegen. Het huis zelf is ruim en schoon. Super weekend gehad!

I was very happy with our stay in Malmedy at Patrick's accomodation. Everything we needed was there, and for any questions Patrick was available. Patrick was even very accomodating with regards to a mistake made from our side. Would definitely recommend!

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen, einem Kind und einem Hund in Anthonys Villa. Es ist wie beschrieben ein toll ausgestattetes Anwesen mit einigen zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten, wie dem fest eingebauten Kaffeevollautomaten, der keine Wünsche offen lässt oder dem Kühlschrank der die Eiswürfel für die Getränke liefert. Absolutes Highlight ist der Pool, dessen Wassertemperatur auch morgendliches Schwimmen ermöglicht. Anthony und Bea sind sehr hilfsbereite, gut erreichbare Gastgeber und haben uns freundlicher Weise einen late checkout ermöglicht. So konnten wir auch den letzten Urlaubstag in Ruhe angehen. Sehenswert in der Umgebung sind Waterloo (10 Min Fahrzeit) und Brüssel (40 Min Fahrzeit). Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in Anthony und Beas Villa. Vielen Dank dafür!
