We rented primarily to use the hot tub and sauna, and both were exactly as pictured/described. No issues with either. Fantastic to have access to them.

Bear Necessities is not only beautiful and serene, but it is exceptionally clean (newly renovated maybe?), has outstanding instructions and how-tos, but also has everything you can think of for an easy getaway! Very impressed by the amenities, labels, and highly responsive hosts. This is a fantastic stay for families, couples, or solo travel alike. We really enjoyed the river and sand as a family. Also, super cozy beds, sleeping with the sound of the river is amazing. Internet is fast enough to work and stream movies/games! Stocked with books, games, and all things outdoor fun! Thank you so much for a getaway good for the soul, highly recommend!

We stayed there for my birthday weekend. It was snowing a lot! The place was breathtaking and very private, had everything we need! The view was AMAZING. And it’s very private. Definitely worth the price! Everyone loved our stay! Definitely will come back again. The host was very responsive!

Todd's cabin was the perfect weekend getaway. We had access to local hikes and the Hot Sulphur Hot springs! We would definitely come back!

This place was perfect for two couples. It’s nice to have two living spaces if someone wants to stay up late/get up early. It had all the items we needed to enjoy our stay and we would definitely stay here again. I would recommend having 4wd in the winter months.

Stayed here for a long weekend with a group of friends. The place was lovely especially the downstairs game room with ping pong and game machines. The kitchen was also great for cooking large meals with friends and having dinners at the big table.

The previous Airbnb we booked was in a mandatory evacuation zone due to a wildfire and Huong was extremely accommodating to help us stay at this place last minute. Huong was very responsive and friendly, and the place was everything we could have hoped for! Amazing home and views, saw a few deer right out back in the morning! Would love to come back some day

Jessica’s cabin is an absolute dream! This was our second time staying at her cabin and we love it! We also love how convenient the location is to everything we like to do!

We have been to Grand Lake before and had to come back. Only this time it was during winter versus summer. The area is a lot more quiet during winter due to some businesses closed for the season. It made the experience even more peaceful especially for our dogs. The fenced yard is big enough for our pets to enjoy. The cabin itself was well equipped and perfectly described.

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend at this wonderful mountain location. The cabin is perfectly decorated in the way a mountain cabin should be. Lennie even added some holiday decorations for the season, including a Christmas tree! Everything was very clean and organized, and everything we needed was there. We hope to return for another visit.

Deb was an amazing host!! So responsive and friendly. We will definitely be returning on another trip in the future. Great spot for our dogs to roam, beautiful views, spacious cabin. Bonus for having a large driveway for our snowmobile trailers!

We really enjoyed our stay. The town was slow for the season but very cute and many areas to go close by. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. Highly recommend

A lovely weekend away from our Denver life. It was my husband, our pup and myself and we just needed a little winter break and so glad we did it! The house is about five minutes from town perched up on a mountain. Definitely need four-wheel-drive to get up there in the winter time! The views were spectacular from every room! The space was more than enough for the three of us and then some. The couch was super comfy the kind that you would have at home. The bed was pretty good as well. We have no complaints and would stay here again!

Our stay was great once we got there! The road into the development is a little over a mile and was drifted pretty good when we arrived. Some guests at another property had gotten stuck on the road and abandoned their vehicle. It took us over 2 hours to navigate around their vehicle and get to the house. Probably just bad timing for our arrival, but we where there for snowmobiling. My takeaway is, if your traveling into fox run in winter coditions, make sure your driving the proper vehicle! Hosts where great to deal with and apologetic for the struggle getting in. The cabin is very well stocked and cozy.

We had a great visit at cozy cabin! We loved the layout, enjoyed the peacefulness and it was perfect for our trip! Alex was friendly and communicated in a timely manner- we really enjoyed our stay!

My partner and I and our two dogs were looking for a quick weekend getaway into the mountains. Sportsman’s Lodge was the perfect choice! Tyler and Tessa are super friendly and great hosts. My partner was on the hunt for some coffee grounds upon arrival, and Tyler came and brought us some of his personal supply. At night, they had a campfire going and there were several other guests around the fire when we joined. It was so wonderful to connect with strangers over the campfire and s’mores, it was so peaceful and fun. The site is incredibly beautiful and rustic, and close enough to town that you can enjoy a full weekend here without having to rush. If you are in Fort Collins or nearby, don’t skip over this place! The hiking nearby was beautiful, and the river was the best background noise. The site is fenced in in some areas and good for kids. It was dog friendly, yet conscious of keeping animals respectful of other guests and nature. We can’t wait to come back to Sportsman’s Lodge!

Comfortable and clean cabin with everything we needed for our stay in Grand Lake. Easy access to RMNP, numerous hiking trails and town of Grand Lake.

This cabin is an excellent place to stay. The pictures are accurate, and it's spotless. We loved our stay at the Niwot cabin.

My family’s stay at the tranquility lodge was phenomenal. The kitchen is very well equipped and has almost anything you could possibly need to cook or clean. The lodge is very spacious and has a lot of space for the family or guests to relax and enjoy their stay at the lodge. The host George was also very helpful and friendly he was really responsive and really made us feel comfortable and made our stay more comfortable with reaching out and making sure everything was going smoothly.

Uncle Tom’s cabin was the perfect stay for our hunting trip. The cabin met our needs and was very comfortable. The location is beautiful.
