Bay of Islands is the Birthplace of NZ. All sightseeing tours go from here. Every point of interest in Northland is visited in a day trip from here. Stay a week, use our place as your base. You’ll love our place because of the location in a peaceful and quiet street, 1.2 km away from all the hubbub and noise associated with being right in the heart of Paihia (especially in holiday season). Our place is close to supermarkets, beaches, restaurants and dining, walking tracks, cruises and tours.

Nestled in the grounds of a 9 acre property half-way along a country cul-de-sac the cottage is contained within a converted mid-century milking shed made cosy, comfy and self-contained, characterised by quirky charm and surrounded by gardens and birdsong. Easy access, no check-in required.

This river facing private suite is a stunning spot to situate yourself whilst visiting the Bay of Islands. An outdoor covered deck overlooking the garden and estuary compliments the large King bedroom. With ensuite bathroom and lounge area, you won't feel crowded for space. Waitangi Self Contained Studio

Fully self contained, quiet and private yet located close to beach, boat ramp, supermarket and cafes. Newly built and cozy with plenty of outdoor flow. The shower although private it is outside. May not suit everyone. There are bikes and a touring kayak. At high tide there is access to the Waitangi river and plenty enough time to paddle to Haruru falls or Paihia and back.
