Shops and restaurants and cafes at your doorstep not to mention the beautiful beach out your front door! Alannah and Nait are fantastic hosts with stellar communication and attention to detail. We had a great weekend staying here, super chilled and easy due to the location. Right on the river, rolled out of the house to the fab market and just walked everywhere. We were all extremely comfortable and loved the modern aesthetic. We’ll be back!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Wellington und waren sehr zufrieden mit Sues Appartment. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und der Ausblick vom Bett aus ist das absolute Highlight. Außerdem war es sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Sue war auch super. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen 😊

This house was excellent for our extended family gathering – the kids loved the table tennis room, the oldies loved the view, and we all loved the direct access to the beach. Thank you, Jill, – your communications were great, the house was spotless, the beds were super and the setting made this a gathering we will all remember, even though it was for Great Grandma’s funeral.

Cindy's whare was the perfect place to host a house of kaumātua. It was clean, pristine, the kitchen had everything to prepare meals. We were thankful for the neighbours too as they reminded us about rubbish/recycling day in and amongst a busy film festival schedule. A beautiful spot.

Hayley’s place was the perfect home away from home! The space was incredibly comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Being right next to the beach was such a treat. The amenities were top-notch and everything was spotless and thoughtfully set up. Hayley was a wonderful host, making sure we felt welcome and had great sets of instructions for all the equipment. Would absolutely love to stay here again – highly recommend!

Very homely home, the house had a beautiful family feel to it, felt like we were at our actually home. Even our guests who visited commented on how homely the house felt. Whanau and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect home for our kids, safe for our baby to crawl, roam through the house freely without getting hurt. Situated right across from the beach with a walkway to beach 1min away. Short walk to the local dairy and park. The house had everything we needed and more. Nice and clean on arrival. Lots of space outside and on deck for the kids to play and run around. Highly recommend this lovely whanau home to anyone looking for visit beautiful Otaki & Beach. A+++++

We absolutely loved our stay at Steve and Chrissy's. Arrived to a pristine house which was perfectly designed to take in the awesome views of the ocean and south island. Great exploring the beach and rocks but really it's such the perfect spot to sit and relax, read, listen to the ocean. The beds were super comfy and the fire at night was super snuggly. We could have stayed at least a week!

Our stay was really nice -- right on the water with beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day! Paula's home is right on the bike paths and we rented bikes for the week and rode everywhere. There wasn't much to do in Haumoana, but Napier and Hastings are only a 15 min drive away. We wanted a relaxing stay and we got it! The biking was an unexpected bonus, but a must get!

Wir haben 9 Tage Bey Maya verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Maya beschreibt das Zimmer sehr gut - wir haben alles genauso vorgefunden. Auch die Kommunikation mit ihr war super - schnelle Antworten und sehr hilfreiche Tipps. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das Bett ist bequem, allerdings ein kleines bisschen zu kurz, wenn man groß ist. Das eigene Bad ist spitze und auch die Nutzung der Waschmaschine ist sehr praktisch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und Maya war sehr flexibel und wir konnten uns gut absprechen. Die Lage ist spitze und man ist sehr schnell überall.

Had a great stay at Jane’s fabulous apartment. Lovely views over the marina and decorated beautifully. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little 2 bedroom apartment on Marine Parade, straight across the road from the beach and coastal walkway/cycle way. With a great view from the covered in balcony, we spent a lot of our time sitting there looking out at the world going by. With everything there that you need and so close to town, shops and restaurants it made for a beautiful relaxing time away. Would highly recommend, perfect for couples and small families.

Very clean and easy one night stop. Alvero was clear in the check in instructions. Room was well presented, lots of light. Bed was quite firm but I slept well despite Wellington gale winds, the double glazing kept it cozy! Clean bathroom. Quick chat with Alvero who was very nice. 30 min walk from CBD or 10 mins on frequent bus route, stop right outside. Felt safe for solo female traveller.

This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

The apartment was lovely, the location had perfect views of Wellington city and harbour with the ferries coming and going. We had great weather too, so watching the sun set was spectacular. Just a short Uber drive to get into the city for restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend staying here and Craig was super helpful and pleasant to communicate with.

The best deal for being comfortable and not cramped right in the heart of the city. The views both to the harbour and Mount Victoria are just beautiful and the perfect tonic sitting in the comfy lounger at the end of the day. Super easy instructions and both Carolyn and Aarti quick to respond to any queries. Also an extra layer of glazing in the master bedroom to keep out the city noises during the night. Friendly neighbours in the building make it a very safe space too. I would gladly return!

Fabulous Airbnb Gorgeous views, so close to shops bakery and restaurants. We loved our stay and really appreciated the amazingly stocked kitchen.
