Fantastic place to stay in Martinborough, extremely close to the cafes and shops. The cottage was tidy and fully fenced. Perfect for those with a dog, ours loved it.

We had a long 6hr drive and clay place was easy to find on the map. Julia had already sent code which was awesome because we were able to enter the house without any problems and clay was only a msg away if we needed anything. We were able to relax as soon as we arrived and it felt like we were right at home. The house is such a cozy peaceful house if you wanting to unwind and the beach was just a small walk away and we were lucky enough to see the sunset.

Andreas place was amazing. My Mum and her friends had a lovely time. It was peaceful and quiet, stunning location, classic kiwi bach. Lovely little details, and extras. Andrea was responsive and helpful. Thanks, we will definitely be back.

This house was excellent for our extended family gathering – the kids loved the table tennis room, the oldies loved the view, and we all loved the direct access to the beach. Thank you, Jill, – your communications were great, the house was spotless, the beds were super and the setting made this a gathering we will all remember, even though it was for Great Grandma’s funeral.

beautiful house, with garden and being very private with the front fence, entry by gate... we were in Naenae for a funeral, really appreciated to have the space to reflect and prepare ourselves for our last days with our sister/aunty/Nana.. Thankyou so Barbara for letting stay at St James..

We had a great stay. The place was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a fully fenced backyard which was perfect for my dog, the sofas were super comfortable for relaxing, the beach was just short 10 minute walk away. Brenda was super flexible and accommodating, when we had an extra person turn up on our second night Brenda allowed them to stay at no extra charge. Would definitely stay again.

A fabulous place for a family holiday - my kids loved playing in the flat yard and with the beach about a minute or two walk away, it was easy to get the kids into the water and back. Raumati South four square and cafes just over 5 minutes walk away. The bach itself was well equipped with basic supplies and Amy is a wonderful host - proactive communicator and extremely kind and helpful.

We had a lovely 4 night stay. The hosts have exquisite taste, the furniture and styling is unique, and makes this property feel like a home, and not some generic airbnb. The outdoor area is obviously a highlight, the pool got a lot of use, the kids absolutely loved it. Also the sauna was a real treat too. The indoor/outdoor flow was great, and created a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. The playground was just across the road, and the beach a 5 min walk. Thanks for having us, we will definitely be keen to return.

Such a great place to stay, perfect for our group. Lots of space, both as a large group but also breakout areas. Outdoors is stunning, great to wander around in the sun and fresh air, very quiet and peaceful - our dogs love it!! Well equipped throughout, kitchen had all the staples and plenty of serving ware for group meals, bedrooms were all fabulously set out, plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. Lots of games to have fun with, plus the pool and tennis court. We had a blast, thank you for having us!!

A wonderful place, with stunning views and real peacefulness while being close to vineyards, restaurants and (important with a two year old) playgrounds. The hosts could not have been more helpful - thank you.

We always stay here when we come to Martinborough and Greytown. It's the perfect location and we feel very comfortable. The bedding is pristine and the decor is pleasing to the eye. Very stylish, immaculately clean amd comfortable....ticks All boxes! We stay here atleast 3 times every year! Love ❤️ this accommodation amd highly recommend 👌

Thank you, what a lovely and special family home, it made for a magical and relaxing xmas break. Beautiful deco home with bohemian vibes. A spacious garden area to play led to an ethereal private pathway to the beach which was dotted with wild flowers. Original deco elements retained in the bathrooms. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds with views. Would not hesitate to recommend. Many thanks.

Right from the start we had good communications and a friendly welcome. Beautiful position and views and quiet and tranquil. Was a restful and peaceful 4 days. We were welcomed by Donna as we drove up to the house and she walked us to our rooms and explained everything to us showing us around the flat. There was fresh milk in the fridge along with chocolates and fruit from the garden. Dean was friendly and helpful, and we had several long conversations over the weekend about the property and the Kapiti Coast in general. The purpose of our stay was to relax but also visit the area with a view to moving to the Kapiti area, all our expectations were fulfilled, friendly people, lovely beaches and scenery and great weather. Audrey’s place is so serene! The perfect place for a little getaway in the summer with the swimming pool right outside. Audrey and family were very welcoming and very responsive. The place is clean and tidy and she offered us fruit from her orchard which we got to pick and are just Devine! Highly recommend Audrey’s place to anyone that needs a reset. Like a home away from home.

Excellent spot, walk to town yet in farmland, extremely peaceful and quiet. This unit has a comfy bed, heating and everything you need as well as private outdoors to relax with a local wine.

Joys bnb was private, cosy, trendy & spotless. Had everything we needed - quiet neighbourhood - within a short walking distance to a bustling array of shops, cafes etc. Thouroughly enjoyed our quick get away & loved being so close to the beach! 😍

A beautiful place to stay where we were surrounded by nature and enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing couple of days.

What an amazing place to stay at! Everything was spotless clean. Everything was stocked up nicely and very well thought out. She knew we were bringing a 3 year old and a dog and she prepared for all of it. From the self watering water bowl for our dog, to the plugs being child proof, she thought if everything. She was also extremely responsive. We booked very last minute and she made up the beds as we preferred. There was real milk in the fridge waiting for us for our coffee. This was our best Airbnb experience by far and we have been from Tenerife to here in New Zealand in many places. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay! Nice big well fenced yard for our dog to stretch his legs.
