We loved Maureen’s place! The decorations were adorable and it was exactly as described. She allowed us to check in early due to bad weather which was much appreciated! This home had all the things you would want for a comfortable stay and it was an added bonus that we were able to bring our pups! Thank you!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My wife and I, two of our adult children and their families ( 6 adults and 3 toddlers and an infant) stayed to celebrate a late Christmas with our son who lives near by. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that RJ had a Christmas tree set up and decorated very nicely. The gas fire place next to the Christmas tree really set the mood for a nice peaceful Christmas gathering. As for sleeping, we had plenty of room for each family to have their own comfortable space. RJ had all of the toddler and infant equipment we needed, which reduced the amount of things that our daughters had to bring. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked many big meals with no lack of proper dishes or utensils. There is a very nice BBQ on the back patio which we used several times. We found it to be clean and ready to use. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio with the gas fire pit/table to cut the chill. I highly recommend this house.

We had a fantastic time at the house! It was clean, well kept and had minimal issue! We greatly appreciated no checkout chores, as its always hard to clean up on the way out with 2 year olds! We will definitely be back!

Francis was very helpful and would always respond quickly. His home was exactly how described and we felt right at home! The neighborhood was for sure bustling with folks, but it felt very safe and peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying there to anyone visiting that area!

Muy buen alojamiento, sobre todo para ir con niños. Se pueden pasar todo el día en casa y no se aburrirían. La casa es muy cómoda y los anfitriones han comunicado todo con claridad. Había algo de suciedad al mover muebles y bichos en la Xbox, pero nada importante. Repetiríamos!

Ponderosa in the Woods is an awesome place to spend a few days, whether spending some time away from town, visiting people, or looking for quietness. You have everything you need, and it's only a few minutes to get into the Tulsa area if you want or need to. Just watch out for deer everywhere!
