Newly built, this unique space is minutes from the 303 & I-10 freeways, Spring Training, Ottawa University, Cardinals Stadium, Luke Air Force Base, golf, restaurants & more. The Casita is attached to the main house and has its own private entrance. It includes three beds, living room, one bath, one full size kitchen and a private patio. The Casita is located on a quiet acre and is a wonderful getaway. Still conveniently located minutes from the city of Surprise.

The Surprise Getaway is perfect for families! Our 3400 sq ft, spacious 5 bedroom and 3 bath home sleeps up to 11 in beds with a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. We have a private heated pool with a waterfall and slide. There is a game room with air hockey, a poker table, arcade game, and pool table. There are TV's throughout and an Xbox in the loft. The luxury kitchen is fully stocked and has a large dining area and family room for lounging around.
