We were a group of 4 old friends and our younger kids. Everything about this place was perfect for our get away. There are essentially two sides of the house with 2 kitchens. So when some of the kids wanted to be wild, the others could retreat to the other side of the house for more peace and quiet. The hot tub was amazing for everyone. The swing is all it's cracked up to be - a must try. We LOVED the beds - I am very particular with beds and these were wonderful. They are not too firm, but firm enough with what felt like a bamboo foam topper - perfect. Kitchens were perfectly stocked with all the supplies we needed. This really is the best place to go if you want to unwind and relax with friends and family. Remote enough to feel like an escape, but not too far removed that it's hard to find. The only thing we regret is not staying longer! We will definitely be back. Thank you Ken!!

We LOVED our time here. It was perfect. So peaceful. The cabin was so cozy and clean. It was decorated very cute. It had everything we needed. We loved it!! The owners were so nice and responsive. There was a boil water advisory while we were there (due to the floods), and they brought us bottled water. Definitely a place I want to come back to.

This place was peaceful, homey, beautiful, a breath of fresh air. Great location, no one around. Home was very clean and amazing kitchen, and shower. We loved our stay, a little pricy, but was a great weekend get away.

This was our second time staying here. I don’t want to leave a good review so it’s not always booked up lol! Karen is very easy to get in touch with. The cabin is private, clean, and unmatched scenery. We will, of course, be going back!

Lindsey’s Cabin was the perfect stay for our girls weekend getaway! She was so thoughtful and left us a little welcome gift for the weekend, that was the cherry on top to an already amazing stay. The place was clean, exactly as described, comfy and cozy, and her communication was quick, thorough, and friendly. Would recommend to anyone!!

The cabin was fantastic for our stay. Very clean and spacious home. We had no issues getting to and from with the single lane road, the area seems really low traffic. Scenery was beautiful, especially early morning. No noise, just the birds chirping.

We had a great stay at the cabin. Everything was clean and area was peaceful. Appreciate the fact that we could bring our dog. Randy’s instructions were spot on and we had no issues whatsoever. Loved being able to sit on the porch and enjoy the wonderful weather and when it did rain we appreciated that we could park under a carport. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Host provided everything we could possibly need for us and our pup. We really felt welcome and comfortable. What a weekend we had! First, this has been one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Perfect size for the two of us. Starr was super informative and provided very detailed, easy to follow information. Now, the things beyond her control: we had a strong thunderstorm move through which knocked out the power for just a little while. Since we were staying in winter, the heat was off for a bit. Once Starr was made aware she offered alternate heating solutions, although it sorted out due to power coming back on! But she was very concerned for us - which was nice. Then, it snowed & I thought we may get snowed in. But the roads were plowed timely. I took a walk down Tower Ridge Rd (been there many times), and it was beautiful with the snow. The cabin is lovely and comfy. No matter the season, you would find a great place to stay! Looking forward to returning! Easy close to town! The drive is beautiful getting there too! Thank you Starr for everything!

This is a very beautiful place with plenty of privacy and beautiful surroundings. The host "Apolonia" is a very kind, responsive, and understanding host. Unfortunately there was some storm damage from the storms that came through in the days prior to our stay that the host was unaware of. However, when I contacted Apilonia in regards to these issues she was extremely responsive and apologetic. She was very understanding when I vacated my reservation early due to said storm damage and very helpful when it came to me getting a refund for the days I was unable to stay. I hope someday to revisit and get the full enjoyment this place has to offer. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone wanting a getaway from the everyday life. It offers beautiful scenery, the cabin itself is absolutely gorgeous and the host is exceptional.

Affordable, beautiful and unique little place perfect for a couple, but we are proof it even works for a family of 4 😊 Kim and Ryan were very attentive and responded immediately to every question we had and made every step of our stay easy and enjoyable. We really loved the playground and all the animals, especially the cats who were very friendly...and the goats as well! We will definitely be back for our next trek down south! Thanks so much!

Had a really great weekend trip here with my dad. I wouldn’t call it “glamping” as it is very remote and not exactly luxurious as the term suggests. The privies are pretty much unusable, but they have a great shower/bathroom trailer nearby. Unfortunately, the AC was broken when we went, so it was extremely hot inside. If you’re not used to camping and being in the middle of nowhere, I’d choose a different place. There was also a wedding during our stay, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use the bathroom as it was right next to the wedding barn and pretty loud throughout the night. Would’ve been nice if we could have been told about this beforehand. Otherwise, we loved it here. Nice to see all the animals as well.

The cabin was perfectly secluded enough for the marriage vision retreat my wife and I planned. The place has beautiful surroundings and isn’t far from basic needs such as convenience or grocery stores. The cabin was clean and looked just like it did in the pictures. There is a reason I gave finding the place only 2 stars, and it is not Temple's fault. For some reason our GPS made a huge mistake in finding the place. We were almost there when the GPS told us to turn right on Highway 50. There was only Highway 40, so we turned right there instead of just looking for the address. We became lost and finally asked people, who helped us find it.

Randy's place was beautiful and exactly as described. It's far enough away from everything that you feel secluded but close enough that you get where you need to go in a short time. My kids loved the playset and the creek out back. We will definitely stay here again

Matt was great before and during the stay. He was very accommodating and responded quickly. The space was clean and he had plenty of extra towels, blankets and an abundance of games. I will definitely be looking for availability next time I am in town.

everything was perfect the cabin was beautiful Lois was an awesome host. I had a great relaxing time! definitely will be back. my wife enjoyed everything my dog loved the deck he could see everything.
