This was our first AB&B experience. Room was great, just as described and pictured. This was a working vacation for me. I stayed in the room during the day doing computer work. Nice work area with a view of the ocean and sunrise. Building had lots of construction/updating taking place, hopefully it will finish up soon. We would stay here again!

Fantastic experience! The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. The home was very clean, cozy, and in a great location. Truly appreciated their kindness and flexibility. Would absolutely book again!

The room was very clean and had everything I needed. Alberto was clear and prompt on instructions for check in and making sure I was comfortable. The hotel has access to beach and there is a grocery store and drug store directly across the street which is convenient. Only thing I would have negative to say would be all amenities were closed ( as described ) pools, gym, laundry, etc. Overall, room was easy to access, had a nice view and plenty of parking in adjacent lot next to resort.

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy studio! The place was exactly as described—clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully decorated. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, fast Wi-Fi, and a comfy bed.

The stay at Alberto’s place was non short of amazing. I had everything I needed for my stay. Anytime I asked questions Alberto made sure to respond in a timely manner. I’d recommend his home to anyone wanting to visit Daytona. It was definitely worth every dollar spent to stay there.

The room was very clean, and had a great view. Building lobby was very clean, and staff very friendly. Parking was no problem, and overall our stay was great.

My wife and I are super hosts and have several airbnbs. we have stayed and dozens of them also and this house was beyond impressive with the small touches in terms of decoration and thoughtfulness The furnishings were clean and attractive and there was never any clutter there were not too many pictures on the wall and they were not too few the backyard was a train. Large welcome side with flamingos, lighting for the evening that was romantic and peaceful, hot tub was fabulous and the pool was the perfect size, they had putt-Putt for us to enjoy and plenty of towels to use by the pool, the lounge chairs were clean and kept well. The kitchen had a skylight artificial element that was creative and that we enjoyed The TV and the living room was enormous and easy to use and we enjoyed watching movies on it The master bathroom was large and spacious as was the shower can't say enough good things about this place. these folks have class. More importantly they were very responsive

Everything was great. Very clean, great amenities, many choices of seating areas, spacious kitchen. Hot tub was a delight. Crystal clear instructions to check in/out etc. My brother, his fiancée, and I flew in after a death in our family and this place worked out perfectly to be in the area close to our uncle. Quick response time from the host. The communication from the host was good, but also so frequent to the point where we felt it was over the top and was interrupting our experience. I don’t love when they message and call multiple times to ask for a 5 star review after you’ve checked out, but the actual stay was great so I rate 5 stars.

Beautiful convenient and clean

Spacious house, just as described. We spent the weekend there while visiting Kelly Park and Kings Landing (about 25/30 minutes driving). Huge backyard, with a fire pit where we could enjoy family moments, chatting and savoring s'mores. We enjoyed the deck at the back of the house that overlooks the river, having an amazing time kayaking. The location was great, a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. At the end of the street, there is a trail to walk along the river, where we saw a wonderful sunset, and were lucky to come across a beautiful falcon. We loved Lauren's place and we strongly recommend it. When we have the opportunity to go to Sorrento again, I will be looking into booking her place. Thanks Lauren!

Perfect for what I was looking for. Owner was great, always available if you needed anything. Very friendly, small building. Quiet in the evening and mostly during the day as well. Brand new pool and deck opened when I was there. Donald will be hearing from me the next time I will be in town. Thanks!

Wonderful beach condo in a great location. Perfect for our family of 6. We were able to easily walk across the street to the beach access, and since that part of the beach doesn't have a parking lot, it wasn't crowded at all. Diane was excellent at communicating with us before, throughout, and after the trip. The condo was well equipped with a completely stocked kitchen (with excellent pots and pans, I must say), and I appreciated the thoughtful inclusions, such as the wireless cell phone chargers, extra bedding, and books. I would highly recommend this condo for the perfect beach vacay.

Our vacation was better than I had expected! The condo has everything a family needs for a fun filled beach vacation. An entire closet with beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, floaties and beach towels. We didn’t need to bring anything! It is fully stocked with supplies. And the beds were so comfortable. Waking up daily to the roaring waves was the best part. For the chilly mornings there are plenty of blankets to curl up with in the patio. Martin also supplied many recommendations for restaurants and activities. The grounds are very well maintained also, we spent lots of time at the pool and even played tennis (rackets supplied too). If we go back to NSB this will be our first choice…highly recommend!!

We made a last-minute booking for a New Year's trip to New Smyrna beach. Robert was very quick in his response to my inquiry. He was very forthcoming in letting us know that the pool was closed due to the low temperatures and went out of his way to call the managers on-site. We eventually got lucky, and the pool was opened as temperatures got better during our stay. The place is a gem with a homely feel. Steps to the beach. The large private pool was well-heated and not crowded at all. Very close to some great restaurant options, as well as groceries. Very thoughtfully stocked home with lots of towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and board games. There is plenty of sleeping space for a large family. The local manager, Leslie, was also very welcoming and a delightful lady. We felt like we were staying at a friend's place rather than at Airbnb. Robert goes out of his way to make you feel at home! Would highly recommend it.

Stayed here for a few days. Was a nice place for the money. Right on the beach. Good location. Would stay again if I’m back in the area
