Das Appartement ist nur 5 Minuten von dem Motodrom Vallelunga entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr neu ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man benötigt - tolle Küche, Klimaanlage und vieles mehr - Parkplatz gratis am Gelände. Alessandra ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check in und Check out super easy. Wir waren bereits zum 2ten Mal in ihrem Appartement und können es nur jedem empfehlen der auf der Rennbahn in Vallelunga eine Veranstaltung hat. Gerne wieder!

Alloggio appena ristrutturato, molto ordinato e pulito. Vicino a Roma e parcheggio comodo da trovare vicino alla casa. Inoltre dotato di ampi spazi e tutti i servizi necessari.

A beautifully designed apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay prior to taking a cruise. Great location for exploring Civitavecchia, within walking distance from the train station with luggage and there is a fabulous ice cream shop called Chalet del Pincio a few minutes walk and a park nearby for children. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 1 infant and we had a lot of luggage, Cristian was very kind and took myself and our luggage to the cruise shuttles and the rest of my group walked to meet me on the morning of our cruise. He had even offered airport transfer but we opted for the train as we wanted to spend a few hours in Rome. Great communication from Cristian before and during our stay. If we cruise from Civitavecchia again we will certainly check with Cristian for accommodation availability and stay a few nights instead of one.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’appartement de Lorenzo. Il est très bien situé dans une rue calme à proximité immédiate du centre historique. Nous avons trouvé tout ce qu’il nous fallait dans l’appartement pour cuisiner. Nous le recommandons.

Die U terkunft entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Wir kamen ein bisschen später an als gedacht und Flavio war sehr flexibel und ist dann auf die abgemachte Zeit mit den Schlüsseln gekommen und hat uns alles erklärt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man zum kochen, schlafen etc. Braucht. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel und die Altstadt sowie der Bahbhof Bracciano ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar und innerhalb einer Stunde kommt man mit dem Zug nach Rom. Als die Stadt kurzfristig einen Wasserunterbruch angesagt hat, hat uns Flavio informiert und abends sogar noch einen Kanister vorbeigebracht was sehr lieb war. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, vielen Dank und gerne ein anderes Mal wieder :).

Ruim huis met een grote slaapkamer en badkamer. Huis was heel netjes en goed onderhouden. Je kan zelfs eigengemaakte wijn en olijfolie kopen bij Agostino. Vriendelijke mensen!

Federica è stata gentilissima ed offre una abitazione accogliente, situata in posizione tranquilla e a pochi passi dal centro.

È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo a La Casetta di Viterbo e come la precedente ci siamo trovati benissimo. La comunicazione con Ginevra è stata rapida ed efficace, la casa è pulita e accogliente, la procedura del check-in e del check-out è chiara e semplice. Torneremo sicuramente!

Traveling with two children and a small dog and this stay was perfect. Our host was amazing and provided several local restaurant recommendations. They even provided travel tips so we could take the train in the next town over to Rome for a day trip. The stay was cozy and just a described with lots of space. For all the "Everybody Loves Raymond" fans this stay is perfect to walk the private town from the Tv series. We were able to find all the scenes with ease and then enjoy the local restaurants just around the corner from our stay. Highly recommend anyone to stay here and after a long day head upstairs and enjoy the balcony lakeside views!

il viaggio con mia figlia ad Amelia è stato memorabile..Dal paese a pochi minuti di macchina c'è la possibilità di vedere tanto altro di meraviglioso come le cascate delle marmore... Fabio è super disponibile e si metterà a vostra disposizione per accompagnarvi nell'appartamento, in più non vi farà mancare niente per le cose essenziali del bagno,della cucina e per la prima colazione...sono molto soddisfatto...

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

Ottimo appartamento gestito da Mauro, che è un host davvero super! La località di Castel'Azzara è immersa nel verde, nella maremma e domina dalla sua altezza le colline circostanti. L'appartamento è a 15 minuti da borghi più turistici, arredato in maniera perfetta e offre tutto quello che serve. Mauro è un proprietario eccellente, prodigo di consigli e suggerimenti e molto cordiale. Stra consigliato!

What a wonderful stay in Viterbo! Ilia’s apartment is smack dab in the middle of the best part of the city. I was able to stop there many times for a rest or to use the restroom. The apartment itself was the perfect size for me, a solo traveler, but would also be fine for a couple. It was clean and has coffee and a couple croissants for breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Ilia even came to the train station to pick me up and take me to the apartment! So nice not to have to lug my suitcase after a long flight to Italy In short, if you want a really clean apartment, super central, with a comfortable bed, rent this one. You won’t be disappointed.

Tolle Wohnung und tolle Gastgeber. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen und ich kann jedem empfehlen zu Gast bei federica und Francesca zu sein

Wie waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (5+10 Jahre) dort. Ideal für Familie. Den Pool teilt man sich mit den anderen Wohnungen, ist aber nie überfüllt, oft waren wir alleine dort. Er ist gut unterhalten. Wichtig für uns, man hat von der kleinen Terasse direkte Sicht auf den Pool und hat so die Kinder im Auge. Die Wohnung selber liegt in einem Traum von einem Haus. Ruhig und idyllisch. Es gibt kein WLAN. Anfahrt hat 500m Schotterpiste. Beides hat uns nicht gestört. Todi ist 15' mit dem Auto entfernt. Gastgeberin reagiert sofort und effektiv auf jede Frage. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Wir haben die Unterkunft Dank der Wegbeschreibung problemlos gefunden und sind sehr nett von Paolo empfangen worden. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach ein Traum. Der Pool mit Aussicht über die Hügel einfach wunderbar. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern dort und haben vormittags ein paar der zahlreichen Dörfer erkundet und am Nachmittag dann am Pool entspannt. Ich hätte locker noch ein paar Tage mehr dort verbringen können.

Le logement est conforme aux photos. Le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment magnifiques pour se détendre et se reposer. Prévoyez le répulsif à moustique pour la fin de journée et la soirée. Nombreux sites et chateaux à visiter à proximité. Je vous conseille le restaurant Le Fenice à proximité (menu à 15€ avec entree, pizza, dessert et café).

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

Cannot recommend this Airbnb more. So beautiful and the most amazing hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every second of our stay. You truly feel like you are living in a dream. The pool was clean and the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

We needed a place with air conditioning and a pool during a bad heat wave and this place delivered! If there was any issue, the owners were very responsive. The pool was perfect, the ac units in the bedroom worked great and the farm setting was lovely. They have sweet cats and dogs, too. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was really perfect for it's size. The balcony was nice and had enough room to comfortably sit and eat for 4 people. Great was that they have a washing machine, mosquito screens, basic supply of foods and coffee. The kitchen is small but very well equipped and functional. The pool is also very nice even though the opening hours were a little restrictive. The host was super friendly and very responsive and helpful.
