now was a great host and I love his place. The pools were awesome and the kids didn't want to leave. looking forward to coming back again Sunday

Our party of 6 and our furry friend very much enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need! Upon arrival check in was very easy and smooth. Adelmo was quick to respond to my questions both before and after booking. The pool being heated was a great bonus as the weather wasn't quite "hot" enough to enjoy a pool without it being heated . Hot tub was nice and very nice yard. Added bonus was no pet fee and no fee for heating the pool! Close to the strip, but far enough away in a very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Adelmo!

The place was exactly what we were looking for. It had all the amenities you need for a vacation and the location was perfect distance to all the golf courses, restaurants and casinos. Siarra was very quick to reply to any questions. Would definitely come back. Matt

This is such an incredible find! The suite is well maintained. The place is completely private. You seriously cannot beat the private pool and hot tub! The location was great too, it's easy to get anywhere you need to go in St George. Finding it was a little difficult, but Shelby provided helpful instructions. Pro tip: there is a separate bathroom from the main house and there are pool towels in there. My only frustration was with the security deposit. The listing does not indicate there is a $500 security deposit due prior to check in. Shelby did point out to me that it shows at the bottom of the check out page that a separate security deposit would be collected, but I did not see that when booking. For what I spent to book the location, an additional (refundable) deposit did take me by surprise. I would have appreciated that be more obvious in the listing and initial communications. Ultimately the place was worth every penny, Shelby was a great host, and I would happily book again.

Five stars all around. I can’t say enough… we stayed three days and loved every second of it. The complex is absolutely gorgeous - very clean, convenient to local attractions, had utterly amazing restaurants and bars a short walk away, and the lake (!!!!gorgeous!!!). Cristian and Mariana were responsive, friendly and very professional, and we appreciate their attention to detail and clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The condo was clean, quiet and very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you!

Our stay at the house was wonderful. We had planned to do more side-by-side riding but our plans got a little upended so we spent more time at the house. The pool was great for the very hot days that we experienced during our stay. We “seniors” even had fun going down the slide. The house is laid out very nicely. It had pretty much everything that we needed. It is located near the major grocery store and many restaurants. There is a lot of off street parking onsite. We would definitely rent again.

Ron & Patricia where great hosts with great communication...All rooms where clean, the kitchen was very well appointed, the layout of the home was fantastic and spacious with the bedrooms located separate from main living area, great laundry...all electronics worked, pool table was great! on the outside...hot tub was clean and hot, the pool is a great size though a bit chilly " vegas pool water this time of year", the patio area was well appointed, we utilized the grill, fire pit, the loungers, beautiful trees...be prepared to maintain the patio area for tree debris as it's windy at times in vegas. Neighborhood very quiet except for little dog next door who would bark at times... We really loved the Home!

This house had everything we needed for a great long weekend in Vegas. The location is only 15 to 20 minutes from basically everything - the Strip, Charleston St. and Red Rock Canyon. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed tons of time on the patio. Would definitely stay here again!
