Alles genauso wie in der Beschreibung + sehr zentral, dadurch natürlich auch der Verkehr hörbar, hat mich aber nicht gestört. Die Gastgeber wirklich sehr herzlich, immer erreichbar und außerordentlich hilfsbereit!!

El departamento estuvo muy bueno. Es bien ubicado y estaba limpio y bien mantenido. Disfrutamos nuestro tiempo ahí. Interactuamos con Mariela, quien fue profesional y educada. Excelente anfitriona.

El depto es mucho mejor de lo q se ve x fotos. Es muy amplio y con todas las comodidad. Esta muy bien calefaccionado y limpio. Se encuentra a 10 min del centro de Salta, en un barrio con todo cerca (supermercado, kiosco, farmacia, lavadero, y muchas rotisrrias y restaurants. Esta sobre una avenida pero no se escucha para nada los autos. Zona hiper segura, dejamos el auto estacionado afuera todas las noches. Las camas muy cómodas y la ducha excelente. Realmente recomiendo el lugar y si tenemos la oportunidad de volver a Salta, nos alojaremos aquí. Muchas gracias Ariel!

We stayed there 9 nights in August and really enjoyed our entire stay. Maria was extremely responsive when we had questions. The front door/handyman was the best too! He always opened the door for us when we arrived/departed, and he was very friendly and helpful - truly exceptional. The neighborhood was also wonderful. Many nearby beautiful stores, restaurants, a fruit stand with the nicest human beings in the world, a pharmacy, while quiet and safe for walking after sunset.

What my girlfriend and I liked: The apartment is modern and spacious, the bed is king size, the pillows are comfortable, the wifi is fast and good for working remote, the in unit washer is convenient, the location is safe, there is easy street parking in front of the building, and the apartment is 8-10min walk from good restaurants (Trewa and José Balcarce bistro are especially fantastic). What could be improved: We stayed 2 weeks and the kitchen is not well stocked for a lengthy stay. It was difficult to cook because there was no kitchen knife, no paper towels, and no kitchen trash bags. We had to boil the kitchen towel to remove the smell. The host Josefina and her husband are very nice and did try to bring us some missing kitchen essentials, but we had to buy the other half ourselves or go without. We would highly recommend this apartment, just be mindful that for a longer stay cooking might be more difficult.

La verdad que fue una experiencia hermosa, me sentí como en casa durante casi dos meses. Muy limpio, la ubicación excelente y el espacio amplio para una persona. Sin duda los volvería a elegir.

Excellent location for car trips to the mountains. The house itself is unusual because of its age. That giving you the aura of going to the past times. The high ceilings, terracotta tile floors are awesome.Grat stay!

Silvia was a great host! She was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is in a really nice neighbourhood and it’s an enjoyable walk to the centre. Salta and it’s inhabitants are vibrant. Silvia’s apartment is stylish and spacious. The kitchen is wonderful and there is also a roof terrace. I highly recommend staying here.

I'll keep it short: this is the best place I’ve stayed at and visited in Salta, and I enjoyed every single day there. At the heart of it all is the beautiful, well-kept garden. It’s not really suited for long-term living — it’s more of a party spot — but with shops, pharmacies, and cafés nearby, that’s not too big of an issue. If I come back to Salta, I’ll definitely rent this house again.

El lugar es excelente, por lejos mucho más lindo que en las fotos, el parquizado es espectacular y la pileta es enorme, la casa muy linda, funciona todo bien… un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar y la atención del anfitrión impecable, siempre dispuesto a responder cualquier consulta o inquietud, y a ayudar en algo si hace falta, recomiendo este lugar, definitivamente volvería!!!

Los anfitriones muy amables. La casa preciosa y muy acogedora, con una decoración muy bonita, tal cual como se ven en las fotos. Sugeriría una lavadora ya que hay mucho espacio y una zona de lavado muy amplia. Recomiendo el lugar!!

Location and comfort were good. Walkable area. Apartment had a washer and drying rack. kitchen we equipped. It was more difficult than we used to checking in and out. We had to park/wait on the street till Rocia came outside. Getting into the garage requires a key fob and car lift to park under the building (tight space). Checking out in the am requires you to leave the keys inside the apt & leave the apt and front door unlocked or wait to leave the keys with a neighbor. Stay overall though was nice. Don't be in a hurry. Make time for the process.

Los huéspedes muy amorosos. La cocina cómoda y cerquita del cuarto. El cuatro con un balconcito muy lindo desde donde se ve un vecindario silencioso y agradable.
