La casa di Mattia ed Ezio e' molto bella, curata nei minimi dettagli ed immersa in un ambiente meraviglioso e rilassante. La casa e il giardino hanno tutti i comfort che puoi desiderare, anche quello che non ti aspetti! Mattia e Ezio son stati piu' che gentili e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e coccolati. Esperienza super consigliata e da replicare!

Casale a dir poco stupendo! Dotato di ogni comfort, dall’aria condizionata a ogni possibile utensile per cucina, per non parlare delle dotazioni extra fornite in ogni bagno o all’interno dell’area lavanderia. Arredamento originale, moderno, ricercato ed elegante. Spazio esterno da sogno! Vista mozzafiato, un intero frutteto con prodotti 100% biologici a nostra completa disposizione. Vincenzo è un host discreto e riservato ma sempre presente e disponibile all’occorrenza. Apprezzatissimi i suoi consigli su attività, ristoranti e posti da visitare nei dintorni. Al nostro arrivo ci ha omaggiato con una bottiglia di una cantina locale e con dell’ottimo olio abruzzese. Il nostro Golden Retriever ha adorato lo spazio esterno, giardino super curato e vista mozzafiato a 360º, alba e tramonti spettacolari. Soluzione perfetta per chi fugge dal caos della città e cerca un soggiorno di totale relax. Mancherebbe solo una bella piscina dopodiché sarebbe la casa dei sogni! Torneremo sicuramente!

Ons verblijf (met 2 heel jonge kindjes) in dit prachtige huisje was een ware verademing. Gelegen in een idyllische omgeving, ademt de locatie rust en natuur. Het huis zelf was brandschoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De gastvrijheid van Lamberto was top - van het moment van aankomst tot vertrek voelden we ons meer dan welkom. Het huis was bovendien van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs aan speelgoed voor de kinderen was gedacht. Het dorpje zelf is erg rustig, bijna verlaten, maar juist daardoor ervaar je hier een ongekende stilte en ontspanning. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor allerlei mooie excursies in de omgeving. Tot slot is er een charmant, authentiek restaurant in het dorp (Parkkeller). Het eten is er heerlijk en de sfeer gezellig, perfect voor een sfeervol diner na een dag vol avontuur.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Simonetta zelf. We voelden ons direct thuis en ze gaf ons de nodige uitleg van de accommodatie. Mochten we nog iets nodig hebben, qua taxi, fietsen, … dat regelde ze dat voor ons. Ik zou er zo zelf kunnen wonen in het verblijf, heel gezellig en knus. Gelijk het op de foto’s te zien is. Strand is op wandel afstand. Ik kan geen min punten opnoemen eigenlijk die wij hebben ervaren tijdens het verblijf. Super verblijf en super host. Dank je wel Simonetta voor het warme onthaal.

Nous avons passé sept semaines dans la maison loft de Franco. Tout était parfait ! L’endroit est extrêmement calme et la vue est à couper le souffle. Franco est un hôte discret mais extrêmement disponible et réactif. La communication a été excellente avant notre arrivée et durant tout le séjour. Montesilvano Colle est un très joli village et c’est le point de départ de nombreuses balades plus merveilleuses les unes que les autres. Une chose est sûre : s’il nous est possible de revenir dans ce logement, nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde !

La casa è immersa in un borgo ricco di storia, e si possono raggiungere a piedi sia il mare che il bosco circostante, facendo bellissime passeggiate. Siamo stati accolti dalla co-host Antonella che si è prodigata nell'aiutarci con i bagagli (la nostra auto era troppo grande e non siamo riusciti a entrare nella piazzetta di fronte alla casa). Il terra-tetto è stato oggetto di una ristrutturazione conservativa che ha rispettato i materiali originari ma che ha garantito un efficientamento importante, bagni nuovi, cucina nuova, riscaldamento eccellente considerando le tante stanze. La casa è accogliente, luminosa, ampia (tre camere e due bagni) e ci sono due splendidi terrazzi con una impareggiabile vista mare. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo apprezzato molto la vita all'interno del borgo.

Wir können Angelo und seine Unterkunft bedingungslos empfehlen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und die Aussicht genossen. Angelo war immer für uns da und ist ein ganz besonderer Mensch. Die Ruhe ist wundervoll und sollte auch gegenüber den Nachbarn v.a. nachts respektiert werden.

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito e ordinato, con ampio terrazzo con una gradevole vista mare. Cucina ben attrezzata, camera con comodo letto, comodissimo locale lavanderia e ampio bagno. Parcheggio libero in strada.

Livia e Roberto sono stati ottimi host, gentili e disponibili ad aiutarci, dai consigli sui ristoranti ai medicinali quando non siamo stati bene. L’alloggio è pulito e confortevole come da foto, e soprattutto dispone di un grazioso giardino con vista sul mare e con il giusto spazio dedicato agli ospiti. Per soggiornare nell’appartamento è bene avere a disposizione un’auto, che può essere comodamente parcheggiata nella via senza costi aggiuntivi. Non lontani si trovano facilmente negozi e supermercati. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e lo consiglio a chi visita Montesilvano e l’Abruzzo.

The place was great, even during the off-season. Good location, amplr room, good appliances. During the off-season, make sure to make reservations for restaurants since some are closed and the popular restaurants fill up.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Vista sul mare fantastica sia dal soggiorno che dalle camere. Appartamento ben attrezzato. Torneremo volentieri.

La casa immersa tra gli ulivi crea un’atmosfera di relax nel silenzio assoluto il tutto contornato da una vista davvero meritevole. L’appartamento è ben fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno (stoviglie, asciugamani…). Bruno è stato un host molto gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci! I posti da lui consigliati ci hanno lasciato piacevolmente soddisfatti.

Dziękujemy za pobyt. Wszystko było bardzo dobrze zorganizowane, a kontakty na winnice i atrakcje wspaniałe. Dobry apartamet na jesień, ze świetnym ogrzewaniem i można się poczuć jak w domu z wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Mam prośbę na następną wizytę - brakuje kieliszków do grappy, która jak wiadomo jesienią smakuje lepiej :)

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

This place had a breathtaking view and is very spacious with 4 terraces. The photos really don't do justice, but it actually is a two-story penthouse on the top of an apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom in the first floor and two bedrooms, another bathroom, and a family room in the second. Luigi was very responsive and kind. The neighborhood is quiet and a nearby restaurant (Ristorante La Locanda del Conte) served amazing Norcina pasta and arrosticini, highly recommended. The scenery is so beautiful that we regretted not booking the place for multiple nights. Just one note, there is a rude neighbor in the apartment, but he apparently is rude to everybody, so don't feel too hurt. And there is no wifi in the house, so be aware of that!

Siamo tornati anche quest'anno in questo appartamento per noi perfetto: sempre pulitissimo, completamente accessoriato, con il grande terrazzo da cui si vede il mare e l'enorme garage in cui stanno comodamente sia l'auto che le bici. E' vicino al mare e alle piste ciclabili. Uanita sempre gentilissima e disponibile. Ci troviamo sempre molto bene!

We arrived mid September after spending some time in Rome and the Amalfi and needed a relaxing time Which the location and Milas apartment provided. The location is quiet, beech Awsome you can walk for miles and we did. Inside the apartment we didn’t want for anything. A great experience for our first Airbnb 👍 thanks Mila.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem i jak na zdjęciach. Okolica spokojna - szczególnie poza sezonem. Giovanni jest świetnym gospodarzem - podał bardzo dokładne instrukcje zameldowania, przesłał listę rekomendowanych atrakcji i restauracji, błyskawicznie odpowiadał na wszelkie pytania, np. o najbliższą wypożyczalnię rowerów. Polecamy.

Un bel appartement tout propre. Nous n avons passé qu une nuit mais l accès à la plage à pied nous a permis de faire un magnifique ballade le long de la côte. Un peu tôt pour la saison car tout n était pas ouvert mais du bol poisson à manger ! Un accueil chaleureux dans une belle région qui mérite sûrement plus qu une journée.

The most wonderful place to stay. Francesca is the most welcoming, thoughtful, kind, friendly and helpful host and it has been an absolute delight staying in her apartment. The apartment is perfect. The balcony overlooks the sea, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect as it’s next to the sea and the city centre. The local restaurants are so close and there are many to choose from. We hired bikes from shop round the corner and rode to Montesilvano which was a flat rode along the seafront, so would recommend if you like that type of thing. There are lovely shops in the city centre and after a long day out either at the beach or shopping or exploring, the apartment is the most relaxing place to come home to. It’s spotless, modern, bright and the bed is very comfortable. Would highly recommend and thank you again Francesca for being the most delightful host ❤️

Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad in het appartement van Adriano, een warme ontvangst bij het hek. Een map met allerlei informatie lag al klaar. Iedere vraag werd altijd snel beantwoord en ik voelde mij echt op mijn plek. Dankzij Adriano en zijn vrouw hebben wij de processie van Goede Vrijdag kunnen meemaken in Chieti, een echte aanrader. De tip om vis te gaan eten bij restaurant Franco was ook zeer welkom, we hebben heerlijk gegeten. Het zitje voor de deur is een zalige plek om te ontbijten of gewoon even bij te komen van een lange wandeling.

Schön eingerichtete 3 Zimmer Wohnung wo man alles hat was man brauch.Kinderbett ,hochstuhl und Kinderwagen sowie Spielzeug wurde alles gestellt. Wir nehmen sonst alles mit was diesmal nicht nötig war da einfach alles vorhanden war.(Shampoo/duschgel/toilettenpapier/kaffee usw) Zudem sehr modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 Stockwerk die man gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Lift erreichen kann. Der Balkon ist auch riesig,dieser geht komplett um die Wohnung herum sodass man einen schönen Meerblick durch die Gasse hat und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Das Meer ist ca 50 Meter entfernt und es ist einfach ein schöner Sandstrand mit flachen Eingang sodass auch kleine Kinder im Wasser Spaß haben können.2 liegen und ein Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden.Das Meer befindet sich entlang einer Promenade wo man zahlreiche Restaurant Möglichkeiten hat. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig sodass man kein Autolärm hört. Marina antwortet schnell bei Fragen vielen Dank
