This is the third time we’ve stayed in this home, and each time is a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, the accommodations are great and the view in the morning is incredible. Shane was extremely responsive and helpful. We’ll be booking again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! It was an up north oasis! The crisp winter air, the pines looking over the frozen lake, the fresh winter snow…perfection! The home was cozy and warm after a day outside. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. We will be returning for a future weekend away!

This was our second (annual) stay and we are already talking about returning again next year. We had such a great stay! The location is great for us - lots of great hikes and interesting places to visit within an easy drive. The amenities of the cabin are all first rate. We especially enjoyed the full kitchen and grill and enjoyed fabulous home-cooked meals every evening. The view of the river from the cabin is so beautiful. We enjoyed seeing how it changed from moment to moment and day to day. At times there was mist rising from the water, at other times, the water sparkled brightly. Truly beautiful. We have been so looking forward to this year's week at the cabin - and it did not disappoint. I most highly recommend it to you!

Great place to for a larger group. perfect for snowmobiling trail is right at the end of driveway

We stayed here just after Christmas for a snowmobiling trip. Unfortunately there wasn’t snow, but Amy and the property manager, Taylor, were very helpful and responsive with ideas of things for us to do in Eagle River. The location of the house is perfect for restaurants, bars, entertainment, and trails (had we been able to snowmobile). The house had lots of space for our group to hang out together but also have privacy. The only thing worth mentioning is the full bathroom in the basement with the jacuzzi tub is not a shower, so those of us in the two downstairs bedrooms that weren’t the en-suite had to borrow the bathrooms in the en suite. There is a tiny shower in the main floor we could have used as well, but we all opted for sharing. The fire pit by the lake was nice. The owners nicely provided dry firewood for our use. Overall, wonderful stay!

We love this beautiful home and property, with loads of secluded shoreline. This is our second family gathering here, and we greeted the loon family and bald eagle family as we kayaked this wonderful lake. The home is gorgeous and mid-century unique, with all new renovations. It's a jewel of a place!

We stayed at this beautiful home in a 9-person group and everybody was accommodated with their own rooms and beds which proved to be very convenient and comfortable. The location of the house being right at the lake was wonderful as it provided great scenery and winter vibes since it was covered with snow at the time of our stay. Additionally, the house is super close to the snowmobiles rental which made renting very accessible!

We had a great time at the cabin! Six of us stayed and it had beautiful scenery and a warm home style feel overlooking the lake! It was a great place to stay and get to see old friends! We loved it and the host was very friendly even letting us check in early if we wanted and would have let us check out late but we didn’t arrive until the later evening and had to depart earlier then the check out, Dawn was very accommodating and friendly! Thank you for the hospitality!

Mark & Wendy's cabin was exactly as pictured - cute & cozy! They were extremely responsive hosts and gave us great recommendations for things to do/places to eat in the area. I was curious if the cabin would be covered in dog hair/smell since they are allowed (which was wonderful for us, as we brought our puppy), but there were no signs of dogs other than some chewed up furniture. The lake access will be especially wonderful in the summer. We'd definitely stay there again!

This Airbnb was exactly like the pictures and was absolutely beautiful! Every detail was thought of, the decor was a perfect cross between log cabin and modern, the beds were super comfy also! The location couldn’t be better. We walked downtown and did some shopping and bar hopping and we never needed to drive anywhere! David and Amy are fantastic hosts and we will 100% stay here again.

Amy's stay was wonderful! The place looked exactly like the picture. Location was wonderful in the heart of downtown and very walkable to shops, restaurants, and more. Amy's instructions to get in and out were clear and simple. Lastly, she put in a very personal touch with checking in on our stay, which was appreciated. You won't go wrong with this stay!

Rich and Kitty have a wonderful place on Anvil Lake. It’s quiet, peaceful and beautiful. A great place to get away and you’re only 15 minutes away from downtown Eagle River.

David and Amy’s place was exactly as advertised. They were very responsive and proactive. It was nice of them to reach out the morning after check-in to make sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend their place to others looking to stay in the area.

A great place to get away from all the hustle and bustle. Tyler was very timely with responses to all my questions no matter the time of day. The cabin was basic but had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing disappointing about the trip was the fishing. Unfortunately, Tyler had no control over the fish and weather.

Anna sure has a beautiful place. It was very peaceful, I felt very at home and it's on a gorgeous lake. It was awesome having access to the kayaks and paddle boards. I look forward to coming back here with my family someday.

This place was amazing!!! My kids loved it and asked to book it already for next year. Amazing view and house. Best we have stayed at yet. Dawn was amazing and very informative.

A great place to stay for a snowmobiling trip! Easy access to the trails. Heather is an all-star host!

The cottage was beautiful and very well equipped with even the components to make s'mores. Everything that we could have needed was there. And the fishing WAS good off the dock. Our family enjoyed their time there as did we. Mary was an exceptional Host. She responded to all of my questions completely and in a timely fashion. If we return to Minocqua, we will definitely consider staying there again.

Everything was clean and the view of the lake was beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed, and it was great to have laundry facilities on site. We also went to a couple of great restaurants in the area. We'd recommend the Eagle Waters Resort restaurant and the Friendship House restaurant (in Eagle River.) It was very quiet and there was very little light pollution. One night was very clear and I saw the Milky Way and some shooting stars. Great place to take your dogs. Two indoor crates are provided and the sofas already had fur covers on them. I can imagine it's also a great place if you don't have dogs, but why would you want to live like that? Be aware that the beds are a little high; this might be important if you are not very tall. I'm 5'7" and the master bed came just above my waist. The queen bed was maybe 6-8" lower.
