We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Souphalak’s lovely apartment. It is brand new, super clean and has strong wifi, fully equipped kitchen, great views. The location is ideal with a big supermarket just steps away and nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

眺めがとても良かったです。部屋は清潔でとても快適でした。キッチンは一式の設備が整っていて、また洗濯機もあり、同じ価格帯のホテルに比べて、より楽しく充実した時間を過ごすことができました。質問にもすぐに答えていただき、安心して滞在できました。 The view was absolutely stunning. The rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was also a washing machine, which allowed me to have a more enjoyable and fulfilling stay compared to a hotel in the same price range. All my questions were answered promptly, which made my stay even more reassuring.

I highly recommend this place! Lot of restaurants and beautiful temples just in front of the property. Cheap but great massages around. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly from the air conditioned, shower, kitchen, washing machine, etc. It was really easy to find the location with the address that Apollo gave me and even he booked a taxi for us when we checked-out, that was super helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Totally worth it! Thanks for everything.

Location is amazing, solid WiFi (I work remotely), spacious, great AC, host and her staff are super quick in responding. I had questions about the LCR app and the stove and they helped me in minutes... Would stay here again for sure! P.s.: Didn't bother me but water pressure was pretty low which might be a general Vientiane problem to be fair.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this conveniently located, new condominium in city center of Vientiane right by Vientiane Center Shopping Mall, Parkson shopping Mall, and Vientiane bus station. Rooftop pool, gym and sauna included. Room size is approximately 285qm. *Electricity is included. Discounted rate can be discussed if electricity is excluded from rate. **Please note, there is currently construction going on nearby which can be a bit noisy during the day.
