Welcome to Kamloops! This studio suite is decorated in a modern fashion and is close to transit, restaurants, as well as a short drive to the Trans Canada Highway. Includes laundry, high speed internet, kitchen, queen bed, smart TV on Netflix and private entrance. You may use the deck, but it is a common space and is technically not part of the rental. There is plenty of hiking, mountain biking and skiing (45 mins to Sun Peaks Resort) so come explore! Not suitable for infants and small children.

Centennial park is a 5 minute walk and includes walking trails, dog park, playground, and more. Downtown Kamloops is just a short 15 minute drive. We are a busy family of 4 upstairs; please expect to hear the pitter patter of little feet and you may also catch short stints of piano practice. Three bedrooms, 1.5 baths with an expansive view of the valley. The open concept living space features a chef's kitchen, large dining area, entertainment tech and lots of comfy seating. On-site host Rob will handle any issues, can tell you all about Sun Peaks and Revy, and can wax/tune your gear($).

Holmwood Farm Julia’s Kitchen Suite

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.

The property is lakefront and guests have access to a small non motor lake where they can paddle, float and swim. The property is 20 minutes from Sun Peaks, surrounded by hiking trails, lakes, golf courses and lots of outdoor activities.
