Bob was extremely accommodating to my stay and was very quick with responding. He was very friendly and was more than happy to help. The room matched the photos and was very peaceful. Very worth it for the price! Plenty of restaurants nearby also.

We had a wonderful stay! Rarely would I say that places turn up better in person than in pictures, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how absolutely cute and charming the place is when I arrived! There were so many cute little details added to the decor. I’m not sure if the place has been updated recently, but everything is very clean and appears new. Everything works well! The beds were super comfortable. The towels were luxurious. And they actually have stainless pots (no toxic chemicals like teflon), which actually is a big deal for me! Location is convenient, literally right next to Snow Summit. Leanne is super responsive! Absolutely enjoyed my stay. I’ve stayed at numerous Airbnbs in Big Bear.. this is the one I’m definitely returning to.

Nice little cabin steps from the lifts at Snow Summit. Pretty clean and well equipped. Bryan was very responsive and accommodating.

Great location for us to get to family.! We had a lot to do so didn’t enjoy the pool or hot tub.! Next time.! Only small issue there wasn’t enough toilet paper one roll per restroom. There were plenty of towels that was great.! Thank you for sharing your space with us.!

The apartment was in a great location, quiet, safe, close access to interstate and lots of grocery stores and shopping. It was clean and had enough space for us two adults. The large closet was so nice as we had plenty of room for our luggage. There was no problem finding the subdivision; it was just a challenge at first finding the correct apartment, but Simon responded and helped with that. We like to cook our own meals when we travel and the kitchen was adequate for that. We also loved that we could do our laundry as well.

This was my first time to CA and everything about it was great! Their communication skills were awesome, even though I was too busy to respond myself each time. You should definitely book here.
