This place was perfect! The sauna and hot tub were so nice and the blue chaise in the upstairs bedroom is unbelievably comfortable. We had such a relaxing stay!

If you need to get away from the city this is the place to experience peace and serenity! The view/location of the lake was just amazing! House was very homey and cozy. My kids loved the rocks by the shoreline, they didn't want to leave. Would definitely go back!

Evgenia's home was overall ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! From the beautiful water front views to the gorgeous amenities, my entire group was in awe of what was right in front of us. We had such an amazing stay, made even better memories and felt right at home during our stay. It was truly a great "home away from home" experience! We were so lucky to get the chance to feed the swans during our stay, we were shocked at the amount of wildlife that appeared thereafter. During our stay we were able to bring a boat & jet ski. We docked the jet ski at the property's dock and were able to launch the boat/jet ski at the Victoria Harbour in the area. Unfortunately we were unable to bring the boat to the home's dock due to low tide this year, but hopefully when we book again we can dock both at the house :) We would 100% recommend Evgenia's place for anyone looking for a quiet luxurious getaway with the most spectacular views!

Everything was excellent except the fact that we chose the worst weather. It is a perfect getaway where you can relax in the nature. Very caring and professional host. Cozy and clean cottage. Wish we could've stayed longer.

With a party of twelve and an animal, it can be really difficult to find appropriate accommodations. Our experience with Chris was the complete opposite! Right from the start, Chris was helpful and quick to respond. During our stay, him and Steven made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. With ample space inside and a large property, our whole family could relax and enjoy each others’ company together. Thank you so much for making this such a wonderful and easy process!

This cozy cottage was perfect! We were in town for a swim meet. About a 15min drive from the pool. It was a very easy check in, we felt right at home and comfortable. Everything we needed and more was available. There are so many beautiful plants. Bed's were very comfortable, lots of room to relax. Very clean!

Excellent location, close to Port Carling, but just far enough that it’s secluded and quiet. Renovated main floor is well done. Large back porch shared by trees and dock on the lake are standout features. Great setup for a family vacation.

Tristan’s unit was exactly as described, clean bathroom, spacious living room, lots of boardgames for entertainment. Nice boardwalk and views! Would love to be back again!

Paige though of ever detail. very clean and well stocked. Paige was very friendly and accommodating. the cottage was very peaceful. The only issue was it was hard to leave and go home! Will be back next year!. Thank you Paige.

Lovely tiny home in Penetanguishene. Very clean and the host was very helpful. Fully equipped house with everything we required. Love that it was dog friendly. Unfortunately there’s not much within walking distance of the home so a car is needed to get to the local towns.

The cottage is so cozy and clean. The space had everything we needed for a weekend getaway with our dogs. The neighborhood is great and so close to the beach which would be a great perk in the summer.

**Family of four with two dogs.** We loved Tami's place! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—less than 10 minutes from restaurants, shopping, and everything in town. Tami was a fantastic host—super responsive and welcoming! The cottage was cozy, inviting, and had plenty of parking. We stayed during a winter storm, so we mostly enjoyed the cottage and played in the snow ❄️ but managed to go out for dinner a couple of times. Bracebridge is a beautiful town, and we loved that it was less than three hours from home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Seema's home is even more lovely than in pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and linens were high quality. This is always a make or break deal for me. The living room with big screen TV and comfy furniture was the perfect spot for us girls to relax and catch up. One thing to note is that both bathrooms are on the main floor. If you are one to get up through the night, she has installed 3 motion lights that come on as you go down the stairs. We really appreciated this safety measure. The backyard looked gorgeous. Unfortunately, we didn't have the best weather so we could not enjoy it. We'll look forward to using it the next time we book Seema's lovely home as we will most definitely be back!

Andreina was a great host. I booked her place for a guest of ours and she was quick to answer any questions and was really accommodating to our guest who had pets. Her place was in a great location, private but not too far from town. The house was just as the pictures said and kept really clean, she made our guest feel right at home! I would recommend her place and I look forward to working with her again in the future!!

This was our second visit to the lake house. We had another wonderful time. The house is spotless and very spacious. Collette thinks of all the little things, including food and water dishes for the dog. We made our Thanksgiving dinner in the fully-stocked kitchen, enjoyed beautiful sunrises & sunsets and the kids had fun toasting marshmallows over the fire pit at night. The lake house is a gem!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in Janet's palatial property! It felt so spacious and luxurious, with a beautiful first floor (i.e. not ground) veranda balcony overlooking a lovely garden and the lake, where I enjoyed using the barbecue (and a beer or two!). The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and we also appreciated being able to use the laundry facilities. The games room is also excellent, and, although we were lucky with the weather, I would say that Janet's place is more than big enough for people to be able to enjoy themselves even if it was rainy. It was great being able to use the kayaks to see a bit more of the local area from the lake, and also the fire pit for toasting marshmallows! I also enjoyed some great cycling in the local area - Simcoe County has a good website with suggested routes that you may wish to check out.

Had a great weekend with my family! Host was extremely fast are responses which helped out a lot. Suggestion bring your own pillows as pillows for us were a little too flat, but other than that gorgeous place. Grocery stores and food spots were very close to us and we had a great time!

Scott’s place was absolutely incredible! The home is luxurious, super clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It feels wonderfully homey, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The backyard is a true highlight—it's beautifully landscaped with a nice deck, a patio dining set, plenty of Muskoka chairs around an electric fireplace, and even more seating down by the dock! We loved the two paddleboards, and the shed full of water shoes, life jackets, different-sized paddles, a fishing rod, and more made enjoying the water so easy. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and even joined us for dinner one evening, adding a lovely sense of community to our stay. I would highly recommend staying at Scott's beautiful home—it's the perfect getaway!

The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had all the amenities we could ask for—fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and a cozy living area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was absolutely ideal, nestled in a peaceful and scenic area. We enjoyed morning walks surrounded by nature. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, quiet setting!

Our host Lynn was amazing. She was very kind and helpful with everything my family and I needed, made great local recommendations and even let us borrow her canoe and other water toys. The house was beautifully appointed, comfortable, spacious and private - above expectations. The master bedroom was amazing and has by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I'd recommend Lynn and this home to anyone!
