We had a lovely stay at Debbie's. Everything was perfect!

The place was unique and wonderful, perfect for my solo travel. I was particularly grateful for the power back up since there’s load shedding going on; the security, location in proximity to the city centre and the mosquito net. I’d definitely recommend it or also stay here whenever I visit Livingstone again. Ethel was super helpful in providing a reliable taxi and activities to try out. Her family were also super welcoming. I felt right at home.

It's so beautiful and the apartment is modern, stylish and clean. You have to be there to truly appreciate the beauty of the palace. I really had a nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, Sara went out of her way to help with anything we wanted from house requirements to information about Vic falls, and every tip or recommendation she made to us, was spot on. The house is set in a very lush green garden, extremely secure, private and comfortable. We enjoyed your hospitality for our short stay, and we now regret not spending more time there. Unser Aufenthalt im Eagles House bei Susan war fantastisch! Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns willkommen gefühlt. Susan ist eine herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin mit vielen tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Das Haus ist sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet – bequeme Betten, eine schöne Küche und ein herrlicher Garten mit Pool, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag an den Wasserfällen. Auch WLAN und Klimaanlage funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Lage ist ruhig und sicher, trotzdem erreicht man die Victoriafälle und das Zentrum schnell mit dem Taxi. Besonders geschätzt haben wir Susans Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Transfers. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Wer eine gemütliche, sichere Unterkunft in Victoria Falls sucht, wird im Eagles House glücklich. Vielen Dank, Susan, für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We were in Livingstone for a wedding, with multiple groups traveling in and booking a variety of accommodations and Airbnbs. Our place seemed to be the best of all the homes. We really enjoyed the pool and AC in the bedrooms. Most of all, the staff working at the house (Irene and Donut) were on site each day and were so helpful in helping coordinate laundry and other things that we ended up needing while in Zambia. We will definitely book this place anytime we’re in Livingstone.

I had a fantastic stay at Ethel’s place. The apartment was just what I was looking for and really comfortable. All the staff on site were so helpful and approachable and help to make the stay what it was, nothing was too much trouble and any queries were always responded too quickly. The walk into town is really easy but still with the benefit of being out of the main noise of town. The additional solar energy was a real plus for those moments when power was scarce. ( Due to the ongoing issues nationwide) so this was a real bonus. The garden area is so peaceful and well kept, and the additional housekeeping and laundry service was much appreciated. I always felt safe due to the excellent security service provided, where access was always well managed. I would definitely like to return again. This really is a unique place with lovely people. Thank you for such a great time!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was the perfect place for our group to base ourselves to explore the Falls and local area. Kerry was incredibly helpful, always on hand with recommendations and ideas. She arranged airport pick up, car hire, lent us kit for a picnic in the park, organised a river cruise. She couldn’t have been more helpful! Thank you so much!
