Stayed here for the weekend on a ski trip ! This place was awesome for our group, had 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen, good size living room with 2 bathrooms! The pool would be awesome in the summer, beautiful view & definitely a good value for the cost. Would stay again !

Priyanka was fantastic. Traveling to the Cape Breton Highlands in the middle of February can have its challenges. The weather did not want to cooperate but Priyanka and her caretakers sure did. There was a power outage prior to our arrival so we were expecting it to be cold and dark. To our surprise the house was bright and warm as they had a generator up and running allowing us to fully enjoy our first evening. The caretaker of the property continually checked on us, kept the driveway cleared and when the weather cleared, made sure we had access to all of the outdoor amenities. We were able to walk the never ending beach and were left speechless at the incredible views. There are very few places on earth that can offer the feeling of being on that beach and looking into the mountains and out to sea in the heart of winter. I hope we get the opportunity to return!! To say Priyanka and her staff go above and beyond would be an understatement! Thank you for a spectacular weekend!

Lovely condo. Had everything. Conveniently located. Beautiful view. Several outdoor seating areas which we loved. We would highly recommend this to anyone!

This was a perfect week long retreat for our summer vacation. We spent most of our time enjoying the kitchen, screened in porch, and the pool! Just a short trip to town, it’s easy to get groceries and the kitchen in well equipped for cooking! We were in the pool everyday and felt so relaxed and at ease in the beautiful home and peaceful scenery! Peter, who stopped by mid-week was lovely and helpful. Completely recommend for a week away!

This is a great place to relax! Extremely quiet, spectacular view and plenty of space for a family of 4 to 6 to spread out and chill. The private beach is a nice added touch and Baddeck is only a 2 minute drive, but I wouldn’t walk there, cars drive a little fast down that road and there’s no sidewalk. Tyler was a great host, explained everything perfectly, right down to recommending water shoes for the private beach ( which we had). There’s also a nice listing of local places and lots of brochures so you can find stuff to do. It was ~25 degrees when we stayed and it gets nice and cool at night so not having A/C isn’t a problem. There are so many windows that open in so many directions, you’ll catch a breeze.

Silvia’s place is spacious and clean. The woodstove was a cozy alternative to a backyard fire. The kitchen is wry well stocked with all your cooking needs. The selection of books was very thoughtful, including local guidebooks, children’s books, colouring books, classic books and local history books. There were even blankets to curl up with while reading your book.

Very cute house, everything you’d need is within a 10 minute drive. Enjoyed my stay!!

fantastic place, beautiful and spacious house, we were 2 families with 5 adults and 1 kid and the house was more than enough for us, ample of bathrooms add to the comfort for people visiting as a group.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Keith & Donna’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect for us. Keith and Donna went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and always provided quick responses. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!

We had such a great time! Loved being able to walk to the waterfront (caught the northern lights there one night!) As well as to town. The Baddeck Gathering Ceilidh was a highlight of our trip. Our group appreciated the multiple methods of caffeination offered at the cottage; the kitchen was well equipped, and our beds were very comfy! Thanks again!

I just wanna start with the word Awesome’. I just love the cottage. Photos cant describe the art of this cottage.. Its on the whole next level. A huge place on a private area where nobody can be seen and we enjoyed our trip without any single issue. The hosts were amazin so helpfull and even they give us another 2 hours to stay just for $36 includes taxes which is great and alot cheaper. I recmnd everyone to check out this cottage and definitly book this one.. especially for big families. Thankyou! You made our trip great!

Nadina went above and beyond. As we weren’t going to be in our home in time for Christmas, she offered to put up a tree for us. She decorated her home for us and made us feel like home.

Such a nice cozy little place and very quiet. Love the little town of Ingonish and the skiing was pretty good at Cape Smoky.

I had a wonderful stay at this peaceful cabin near the beach. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The host was excellent—very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed in. Beautiful view of Sydney Harbour - loved the cut out between the living room and the large kitchen. You could chat between the kitchen and living room and see the great view from the kitchen. Stocked very thoughtfully and the hot tub was amazing. Directly across the harbour from the big fiddle, it was within walking distance of a playground and a good pub at the yacht club.

David’s place had all that we needed and was a perfect location for daily excursions into the Highlands. It was a beautiful location within walking distance of Cape Smokey and short trips into Ingonish for supplies or restaurants. David was extremely friendly and responsive and provided suggestions for things to do and knowing we wanted to have a campfire one night, made sure we had all we needed and got it going for us. I highly recommend staying there if visiting the area or the highlands.

The place was amazing, quiet and peaceful just what we were looking for, Heather was awesome to deal with when we had questions. This is the first time staying but it definitely won’t be the last my only issue was we didn’t stay longer Thank you again

Everything was great. Very clean. A little short on utensils. Would recommended the B&B to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We stayed in late February as a home base for snowshoeing. Place was perfect for that. Close to the trails we wanted, but also easy to go into town for meals and supplies. House was extremely well equipped, with lots of little extras - snacks, pop, condiments, etc. Hosts were great. An excellent winter weekend visit to Cheticamp.
