What a lovely little place to stay. I wouldn't say it was dead in the middle of town however wasn't too far out or a short walk. The townhouse was cute and comfortable. Was greatly priced as well. Would recommend and would happily stay here again.

We had an amazing stay Jennifer's place. It was cosy, comfortable, peaceful, very beautiful and very clean. Jennifer gave us very clear instructions about the place, self check in and shops and other amenitie. As we are travelling with kids, we love it with the extra small touches like kids toys and books, good coffee machine and well equipped kitchen. It was the perfect place for our short break.

We felt instantly at home at Alison’s house. It was styled so beautiful and everything was neat, tidy and functional. My mum, Dad, partner & daughter all stay for my birthday/Easter long weekend and we couldn’t have been happier. We visited the local wine bar, cafes, local restaurants etc. It was also wonderful to be able to bring our little dog along for the stay too. It meant a lot to me he was able to join us for my birthday. Beds were all super comfortable, and we all commented on how well we slept. It was so lovely sitting out in the garden in the mornings having a coffees together and spending quality, memorable time together. I highly recommend this house if you want to spend some relaxing quality time with those you love, or just be in a home with great energy.

Enjoyed our stay in Richmond. Erika & Chris’s place is a spacious, modern apartment down a quiet alleyway. Has all the amenities needed, and is within walkable distance to both West Richmond and North Richmond train stations, as well as nearby bus & tram stops.

We had a fabulous stay at Ryan’s. He was an absolute life saver and was able to confirm our booking last time after our original fell through. This place was perfect for 5 adults and 2 toddlers and Ryan even had baby gates for each set of stairs (so families don’t let the stairs scare you off!). Ryan was so responsive and the place met all our needs. Short walk to tram stop and coffee machine in kitchen were very appreciated! We’ll be back

This property is ideally located to explore the city centre and lake areas of Ballarat. There are several great eateries nearby and the walkable streets make this property a great find.

Mei was very friendly and was in contact right from the time we reserved the Townhouse She had a very helpful booklet with information on transport where to eat WIFI password . She provide step by step instructions on where to park to get into the Townhouse which was very helpful as we arrived after 10 pm at night I would recommend Mei and her Townhouse. It suited our needs very well.

We stayed as an extended family of 5 with our toy poodle. Wonderful location, short walk to cafe and local supermarket. Drive to city only around 10mins !

We stayed at Penny's place for my daughter's wedding. It was in a great location and accommodated 5 adults with ease. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Penny was a great host and communicated clearly and promptly. I would recommend Penny's place 100%.

There is a category of host in the AirBnB world called “Super Host.” In the case of Christina and Ricky, I suggest that they create a new category called “Super-Duper Host.” They both went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and looked after during our visit to the beautiful city of Melbourne. They are true hosts, unlike so many in the AirBnB world, whom you never meet and only have online exchanges with about access codes and information on check-in and check-out. Christina and Ricky, in contrast, are real hosts. We are so glad that we found them and their wonderful townhouse, that had all the amenities we required.

We had a lovely extended stay at Claire’s place. The townhouse was neat and clean with everything we needed. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and it was so close to shops and restaurants! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay : )

We visited with a large group of friends and was able to book 2B and 2D. Both are great places, good locations and well maintained. Our group had an amazing time and will visit again in the future.

The house was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Mark and Laura were very thoughtful—there was gentle music playing when we arrived, and bedside lamps were thoughtfully placed in each room, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities were complete and well-maintained, and everything was spotlessly clean. It truly felt like a home away from home. I especially loved the large mirror at the entrance—it was perfect for taking photos! The staircase design was also really interesting, and the flow of the space was very well thought out. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Bo was very good at communicating. The place was very comfortable. Easy to get to, easy to get in and out of. Very low stress and hassle free. Great location with everything near by that you might need. Would recommend this place if you are in town and need a home base

Paul’s beautiful space is in an excellent location near the tram line , a grocery store , lovely walk path in an up-and-coming neighborhood. We were able to comfortably fit eight adults and one child . He communicated well. And the neighbors are super friendly. Our granddaughter even played with a neighbor across the driveway. Melbourne is a special place!

Wow .. what a beautiful place Rochville is! Gorgeous furnishings, a luxurious kitchen & bathrooms & a lovely outdoor area with a stunning grapevine .. so picturesque! Best of all though, was how welcome we felt having our little cavoodle Ollie with us .. dog treats, clean toys for him to play with & a basket of necessities .. thankyou so much .. above & beyond !🐶

Great, modern and very clean townhouse with everything you need. It’s an easy walk to shops and cafes and the centre of town. It was a hot weekend so the air conditioning was great. We were there for the Nationals cycling event so it was great having a lock up garage to keep the bikes safe and secure when we weren’t riding. Tom was very responsive and there were no issues at all. We would absolutely stay again.

Mathijs was very polite and responsive. The house was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you’re thinking of staying in the area.

A bright, spacious townhouse which is close to public transport, so easy to catch tram to CBD. Well appointed and very clean lodging. Andrea communicated very promptly and came over to the townhouse to solve a minor issue. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends.
