The place felt like home! It was as described in the photos. The house was well maintained, open and free from clutter. The location was fantastic - it was across the beach and so convenient to go back and forth with the kids. We would definitely be returning to this property in the near future!

Paula was extremely welcoming with very clear information and instructions. We felt comfortable in her place the entire time. It’s perfectly positioned in a calm and quiet environment yet easy access to shops and restaurants.

Unpretentious older house about a 5 min drive into Cowes. Private access to beach. Wallabies and birds came up to the back fence for a feed. Possums ate our Easter eggs in the backyard on Easter Sunday morning egg hunt! We loved Richard’s house. It has a great vibe and plenty of space for three kids, five adults and our dog. Kids loved the table tennis. It was good to be away from the crowds in the Main Street. Beautiful walks along the beach which was so accessible. Richard and crew were great to communicate with.

A Perfect Escape from the City Hustle We had a fantastic break away from the city, nestled right next to the sea. The soothing sound of the waves was a constant companion throughout the day. While there wasn't much to do around, it was exactly what we wanted – quality time with family, long beach walks, and our pet. It was a wonderfully relaxing long weekend. The house was very comfortable and well-equipped, with great internet thanks to Starlink. Fiona was super responsive and helpful. The only downside was the weak phone network, but it didn't bother us much. Overall, a perfect getaway!

What a fantastic little place to escape to. Quiet and peaceful yet also comfortable and clean. Just a little walk to the beach which was virtually deserted yesterday and was so lovely to walk along with my dog. Ben’s house has more features than you could imagine! From the Spa, outdoor bathroom and fire pit to the coffee machine and modern kitchen and bathroom it was all amazing. Will definitely be back again soon!

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Thank you Shannon and Stefani for allowing us to stay in your beautiful paradise! Had everything we need for a large group and we had a spectacular sunset. Spent most of our time out on the beautiful deck overlooking the water! Shannon and Stefani also accommodated us for early check in which was very appreciated. Highly recommend!

Amy was extremely helpful and responsive from beginning to end. The place was so peaceful and just what we needed to wind down and get some rest. We loved the views, especially from inside the kitchen and the outside porch. Had good heating and amenaties to make the stay very comfortable. Highly recommend!

This house is a hidden gem in San Remo. The house is so cosy and comfortable, we had an enjoyable long weekend there. The pool is electrically heated so as to make your stay even more comfortable. The host is very proactive and communicates really well.Thank you folks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

We spent our Christmas there and it was absolutely perfect! Home away from home! With loads of space and had everything you would have in your own home! Unfortunately we didn’t get the weather to use the pool much but it was certainly a fantastic addition to our stay! Would love to stay there again!

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!

We had a great long weekend at Golden Beach. We enjoyed being so close to the beach & hearing the waves at night. It’s a great house for families and bigger groups, with lots of bedrooms and different living spaces. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into setting it up to be convenient and well-equipped. Carmen was a very proactive and responsive host. I definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The place was immaculate and spotless, and it can comfortably accommodate two families. Do note that towels and bed linen are not provided, so be sure to bring your own. The location is fantastic — just a 2-minute walk to the shore. We especially enjoyed our night-time strolls on the beach under the stars — truly magical. The upstairs master bedroom with ensuite and balcony was perfect for relaxing and soaking in the quiet surroundings. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals at home, which was important since there aren’t many restaurants nearby. There is a FoodWorks mini-supermarket close by, but we did our main shopping in Sale on the way to Paradise Beach. Greg was a fantastic host — prompt, helpful, and responsive to all our questions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely love to come back again!

We had a really lovely stay. The house was bigger than the photos indicated. The kitchen was well equipped and having a washing machine and dryer was very handy. The children were able to hand feed parrots on the veranda and it was a short walk to see kangaroos on the golf course. There was a pleasant bush walk to the beach. The range of shops was good and the local IGA had everything we needed. The whole stay was perfect. Thanks Greg.

Matt & Talal's home is beautifully furnished, smelt gorgeous on arrival and very clean. We enjoyed the projector, the outside furnishings on the deck were great to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun. Close walking distance to the back beach, walkable to cafes and nice quiet street. We loved the extra details around the property that really elevated the entire vibe and enjoyment. Lovely soaps, hair care and oil burners are the extra little things that make a stay really enjoyable. The linen was so cozy and doona was super warm! Kitchen and laundry were well equipped, great coffee machine, laundry was easy to use and washer & dryer was fantastic! Overall super aesthetic home that is well looked after!

We had a wonderful stay at Lauren’s place. The house is spacious, clean and well appointed - including a cupboard full of toys, which our toddlers absolutely loved! Check in and check out were very easy (with a late check out kindly offered by Lauren) and we felt right at home from the get go. Lauren is a friendly, responsive and helpful host. Thank you very much for having us, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s house. The location is great, it’s only a short walk to the beach and playground. Checking in and out is easy and quick. Andrea is very responsive to our messages and she is very kind to allow us to check in early and check out late. Highly recommend this property to everyone who visits Mornington.

Narelle was a thoughtful and responsive host!!! Myself, partner and 2 children (6&3), stayed for 2 weeks during Easter holidays. This house was perfect! On arrival there was Easter treats and note on the table for us. There was a warm cosy fire set and ready to go. Our children were excited about the cubby house stocked with all the toys their creative minds needed for play. In their room the surprises kept coming with cool toys for both girls and boys, as well as board games, totem tennis & books. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics which was VERY much appreciated as we got in late and didn’t have to go to the supermarket. coffee machine with pods available, air fryer, smoothie machine all tea options & well stocked with all crockery needs. Our Groodle was also welcomed like a king with big bed and food/water bowls inside. The yard was very secure for him. I recommend taking an eye mask if you’re using the front bedroom as the street light shines in. Thanks Narelle it was perfect

We had a wonderful stay with our family over the Easter weekend. The host was incredibly accommodating and even went the extra mile to arrange a little Easter egg hunt for the kids — such a thoughtful touch! The property was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with everything we needed and more. The kids especially loved the games room and outdoor basketball hoops, which kept them happily entertained. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway. Jakob
