This was a last minute booking as we were on our way to Florida via California. And I can say that I'm so happy we stopped and found this amazing gem of a place. The photos didn't do it justice! We felt right at home immediately. Great weather added to the ability to spent a lot of time in the courtyard soaking up the sun. The house was immaculate and has so much history. The beds were super comfy, the space was perfect to stretch out in. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful place and very clean. And the hosts, Daisy and Steven were the best hosts we have ever run across.

This place was perfect for me and my family! Crystal was a perfect communicator! Would book again and tell my family when they visit.

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the charm, character, and attention to detail in the space. Not only was the house stunning, but it was also impeccably clean, which made me feel instantly comfortable. The host was accommodating and responsive, making the last-minute booking process seamless. The location was perfect for exploring Vicksburg’s rich history, with restaurants, shops, and historic sites just a short walk away. If you’re looking for a stay that combines history, comfort, and convenience, this is the perfect place. I would absolutely book again!

Beautiful cabin on the river. Old timey feel with modern amenities. Host was very easy to deal With. It fit our needs perfectly. Very comfortable and unique place. Would definitely stay again.

Corey has a lovely home and did great at communications. The home had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms especially the upstairs was great. He has done some updates to the home. Kitchen had almost everything we needed. The location was good, walkable historic trail and the murals are beautiful to look at. The Vicksburg National Military Park was outstanding. The neighbor does have a dog that barks often, no fault of our host but it does make it hard to sleep at times.

Great little house close to downtown Vicksburg. Very clean and cozy. Paul was super friendly and quick to respond. Will definitely stay again!

Clean, safe place if you are ever visiting Vicksburg! Great location, super close to downtown and only a few minutes away from Vicksburg battlefield. Daisy and Steven were so nice and gave us great restaurant recommendations since it was our first time! The property is old but beautiful and well kept up with. Perfect stay if you love historic homes. The hosts always responded within a few minutes and were wonderful.

Our family rented both the pool house and main house during our stay in Vicksburg. The pool house was a perfect addition as an extra room with privacy. The bed was extremely comfortable and the space was so clean. Abby, the owner was wonderful to work with and very to quick to respond to all messages. Lorna, the house manager answered any questions we had during our stay. They provided a beautiful arrangement of flowers and fresh fruit for us to enjoy as well. The entire property is absolutely gorgeous and close to so many restaurants and shopping in Vicksburg. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Daisy was such a helpful host, she reached out the day we were meant to check in, she gave wonderful and clear instructions. The location of the air bnb was so beautiful and we felt extremely safe. It was walking distance from some of the bars and restaurants. We would 10/10 recommend this airbnb and would definitely stay here again.

This was our first trip with our pups and we needed a quiet place away from foot traffic. This place is near downtown and the grounds were lovely. When renovating, some structural components were left intact, contributing to the charm of the place. The brick sidewalks are aesthetically pleasing but might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The cottages are located by the train tracks and we liked that after the initial train went through - a bit surprising how the sound carried. It’s a neighborhood with a mixture of renovated historical mansions and houses needing renovation, all which we found interesting.

Truly an oasis! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness was that there was a pair of boxers left behind by previous guest and a couple of provisions empty. However, the hosts replaced coffee right away! The cottage was adorable, and there were several toiletries stocked such as face wash, q-tips, etc. that can be so helpful to guests needing anything. Loved staying here and will recommend it to visiting friends/family to the area.

Stopped at Sheryl’s as an overnight stop on a road trip. Was absolutely perfect for our stay. It’s incredibly private surrounded by trees making it super peaceful. Big area for our dogs to stretch their legs after long day in the car.

Perfect stay for us (playing a soccer tournament at Key City Park)! Quiet, clean, beds were comfortable!!! Kathy was very responsive. If you are playing soccer or baseball at KCP, you can’t ask for better or closer!

We spent a nice weekend at Elizabeth’s place. Her directions were easy to follow for parking and getting into the unit. The unit is upstairs and is one of 4 in the building. The unit was spotless and recently renovated. It was comfortable and just right for 4 adults. The king beds were cozy and I loved the shower. It is on one of the main streets, is very walkable, and close to many of Vicksburg’s tourist attractions and restaurants. We would stay here again!

I stayed here with my parents for the weekend and we enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect, beautiful home with lots of space and great backyard for my dog. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. If we’re ever in the area again, we will be staying here for sure. 10/10 recommend.

Overall the place was perfect for our visit. The surroundings were AMAZING and peaceful including the pond and pool. We felt right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and extras. We would definitely return to this location to fully use the amenities and we appreciate you sharing your place with us.

We had a gathering of 3 families with lots of young children. The home is roomy, comfortable, and had all the amenities we wanted (even baby gates and a great assortment of toys and activities for outdoors and indoors). Plenty of bathrooms and beds, private areas and gathering areas. 2 refrigerators, and did i mention lots of room? The lake is beautiful and quite a few fish were caught. The hosts have done a fabulous job with this home.

We enjoyed our stay at Fred and Lisa's. The place was outside the city in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, but not too far of a drive into Vicksburg. The cottage was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. And the flowers around the pool were beautiful.
