This house is absolutely amazing! Aspirational living at its best, I set new life goals after this stay 😝 Worth every cent. The attention to detail and thought that has been applied to this home, made our stay incredible. The owners take such great care of this house. Any issue and there is a property manager 2min away. I would eat off the floors it’s so clean. You are on the water and the unobstructed view is fantastic! The open spaces and views open your mind as well. The house is immaculately clean and the relaxation spaces and room for 10+ people allows everyone to come together or find a spot and have some time. I could have stayed there a month! Flip, maybe next time I just might!

This is one of those homes that you wish could stay secret, because you want to go back again and again. Just magnificent. We hope to visit this home often.

It was a tranquil weekend getaway in a beautifully located spot on the Vaal Dam, nestled near a serene pond.

Splendid location if you wanted peace and tranquility on the banks of the Freestate Vaal River. It comes with a deck boasting river views and a really comfortable hot tub. The chalet was super neat and the bedding luxurious and comfortable. Martha, our hostess, took good care of our every need. The venue is pet friendly, which was a huge plus. Highly recommended. Great weekend, first time visiting the Vaal and could not have asked for a better location. The private place on the river made for good peaceful morning coffee and some private reading time. Absolutely amazing holiday. Will definitely be back.

Highly recommend staying at Dianne’s! We had such a great time relaxing, canoeing, chilling in the jacuzzi & braaing! Many animals around - a true getaway from the busy Johannesburg! Dianne & her husband were also very helpful & friendly! We felt right at home!😁
