It is located on a super quiet residential street, but also a quick walk to a local park, cafes, restaurants, bookstore, and a market. The Topanga Pool House is a resort like property located at the edge of the State Park, with canyon views & ocean breezes. The infrared sauna, cedar plunge pool, hot tub, outdoor bed and yoga deck provide an escape from the hustle of the city. Guests have said it's "as if you have a resort to yourselves" "spa like" "magical and healing" and that's the experience we strive to provide. We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.

Mountain View from bedroom window and only steps to one of California’s premiere family friendly beaches. Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!
