great place. nice view of the beach. about 50-100m from the shore, very nice. very enjoyable coffees and wines from the balcony. apartment was clean and comfortable

A very well located and well equipped apartment, with car-parking. Easy access to Cowes and beaches. Plenty of interior space and well equipped kitchen.

We had a lovely time at Jasmina's for a girls weekend away. The unit was gorgeous, just as pictured and so cosy. It was all that was described. All the amenities you require for a comfortable stay. A quick 2 min wander around the back, there is a walking path that leads you down and along the Rosebud front beach, pier and playground. Fantastic walking track that takes you to some great resturants / cafes. Across the road from BWS and a short walk to Woolies, Chemist and some great little stores and cafe's. Jasmina was incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. Great value. I hope to return with my hubby and kids soon. Thanks for hosting us 😚

Andi’s beachside place is absolutely amazing. So close to everything; shops, beach, playground etc! Andi was terrific in communicating things to do around the area that were family friendly! Will definitely save this place for another trip in the future!

Absolutely stunning views from balcony overlooking both farm and ocean. On top of watching cows graze, we saw rabbits, wallabies and many different species of birds. Although the closest beach was a bit rough, just metres down the road are plenty of more swimmable beaches. Accomodation is clean, spotless and spacious. It is well equipped, making it a home away from home. Shops are close and the host is always available and willing to help. We absolutely loved our stay.

Pictures don't do Janette's place justice - Everything was immaculate and we really loved staying here! A lot of little touches throughout the home like the bed heater made the whole place very comfy and it was greatly appreciated. Janette was responsive and very helpful as well.

Perfect space for a weekend away with our toddler. Excellent location right across from the beach and park and walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Phil was very responsive and provided very clear and detailed instructions.

Our little family had a wonderful time staying at Steve and Renee’s beach house. The house is located close to the beach so much so that we walked down each other day. The kids loved the large outdoor space in particular the swing set. We would highly recommend staying!

Thanks Fi for a fabulous stay! Your place had something special for everyone and was truly a well equipped ‘home away from home’. Our only regret is that we didn’t book longer! Will’s airbnb is exactly what we needed to just relax! The secluded beach just a very quick 2 minute walk and super relaxing hearing the waves and birds from the house! The fireplace was a favourite also!

Excellent level of communication from Stacey which is so important. Property was lovely and suited our needs very well. It was clean and very well fitted out. Wish we had booked for longer as Cowes is a very relaxing place for a short break.

It was a lovely spot for a warm beach getaway with family. The hot tub/pool was incredible. We had a great time and excellent interactions with Tina. She was was quick to respond and supportive!

We had a fantastic stay at Diana’s place, visiting with friends from the UK. The home was spacious, comfortable, and had a stunning view over Port Phillip Bay—just beautiful. The kitchen was really well-equipped, which made hosting and relaxing super easy. Diana was a wonderful host—helpful and proactive with tips on what to do in the area and giving us a heads-up to book ahead where needed. She really went above and beyond when my son left behind one of his snuggly toys—she sent a photo to confirm and kindly arranged for it to be posted back to us. So thoughtful! All in all, a lovely stay in a great location. Thanks again, Diana!

Wonderful house for our family get together, fantastic views, could do with a couple more coffee cups and serving dishes but apart from that well catered for. Thankyou Brad

Beautiful location, close to beach and very pleasant. Kitchen equipped with more amenities than average (eg scissors , baking paper) and felt like the owners may like staying there too! Spacious and comfortable. Clean and tidy. Very thankful to have found Lilly’s place for our short getaway with the family.
