This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. Séjour très agréable, très bien placé pour se déplacer facilement. La communication avec l’hôte était parfaite et très réactive. Merci à elle pour tout, je recommande ce logement.

Un bien bel endroit, une maison spacieuse pour nos deux familles (8 personnes), et surtout une terrasse avec une vue époustouflante ! Un séjour parfait vécu chez Thierry, qui sait être disponible et arrangeant. De plus la maison et le jardin sont très propres et bien entretenus. Il faut juste apporter un minimum de soin au jacuzzi si vous y passez plus de 3 jours (2 pastilles de traitement dans la semaine + un coup d’éponge sur les rebords après le bain) mais ça ne coûte pas de temps, et la vue depuis le jacuzzi mérite à elle seule de prendre l’option ! L’équipement de la maison est très complet, et pour des petites emplettes il ne faut même pas 5min pour aller aux commerces du village à pied. Autoroute à moins de 10min, et 1h15 de Monaco ou de St-Tropez en voiture (au printemps). Une expérience à revivre assurément !

We stayed at Quete Immo for a few nights with our children and really enjoyed it - the place is clean, freshly renovated and offered a great sense of comfort. The view is wonderful and we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace. The village was really quiet during our stay so it felt amazing in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the coast. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable escapade, I highly recommend it (and for those travelling with kids, the children’s playground is one minute walk so that comes as an extra bonus).
