Wir haben neun Tage in der Wohnung verbracht und haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Sie ist hell, großzügig geschnitten und hat eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse! Praktisch sind vor allem auch die nah gelegenen guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Séjour fantastique ! Mirko a été très réactif du début à la fin et a rendu notre séjour fluide et agréable. L'appartement est magnifique et idéalement situé. L'arrivée et le départ ont été très faciles et pratiques. J'y suis restée 5 jours avec mes 3 enfants et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! La baignoire à jets est un vrai plus pour se détendre le soir après une journée de marche dans Venise. Tout est assez proche à pied et le quartier vraiment sympa ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut au pied de L'appartement: restaurants, boulangerie, marchand de glaces, pharmacie, petit supermarché....Et la résidence est très calme, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

A estadia foi ótima, tudo de acordo como estava anunciado. Fabrice respondeu rapidamente as minhas perguntas. Localização excelente, muito próximo da Estação de trem Santa Lúcia, o que facilitou muito nossa viagem. Super indico o apartamento! Estadia maravilhosa!

Gutes Appartment für Familie oder auch Paare. Tolle Lage. Wir haben einen Ausflug auf Venedig gemacht. ca. 25min zum Schiff und mit dem Schiff ca. 30 min fahrt. Ruhigerer Teil von Jesolo. Direkt ein Spielplatz für Kleinkinder nebenan. Restaurants und Strand innerhalb 10min erreichbar.

I really enjoyed my stay at Monica and Giuseppe's apartment. Everything was extremely clean, organized and spacious. Monica and Giuseppe were incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible with my check-in, which made the experience even more seamless. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and it is clear they put a lot of care and effort into ensuring a comfortable stay. I had such a beautiful and memorable experience. Ottimo bnb, zona tranquilla . Host super disponibile e reattivo . Istruzioni chiare e semplici. Posto pulito ! Molto soddisfatti della permanenza ,anche perché la casa offriva molti piccoli servizi come per esempio l’host lascia qualcosa da mangiare per la colazione , latte e acqua in frigo . Da ritornare! The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

A terrific stay at Tania's place in Roncado. A beautiful huge house with a fantastic kitchen and a beautiful garden. If you like cooking - this is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in any airbnb in 10 years. The house garden is huge and very beautiful. This is truly one of the best stays at airbnb ever. The hosts a very nice, very responsive - I have only the best things to say about our experience. The location is terrific - you must have a car to stay here, and then you are 20 minutes away from 2 airports (Treviso and Venice), 5 minutes from 2 huge supermarkets, 3 minutes from a motorway. We loved everything and truly hope to be back!

Dit was inmiddels de 3e keer dat we bij Stefania verbleven en het was weer als thuiskomen. Een fijne plek in een rustige omgeving en mooi centraal gelegen in de regio Veneto. En Stefania is een fijne gastvrouw. Wij komen weer terug!

Nice house in a quiet and safe area at the end of a dead-end road. The house has a nice garden outside with plenty of sun and a fence all around the property. The host is super nice and responsive and everything is well organized.

Ion’s place was perfect for 3 nights exploring Venice and the surrounding area. Short walk to a bus into Venice. The accommodation had everything we needed and was well equipped.

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Thanks very much.

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Très bonne communication avec Francisco, l'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description Dans un quartier calme et à proximité de tous les transports (bus, bateaux et train), nous avons passé un excellent week end

Notre séjour de 7 jours à Venise formidable . Notre logement avec 1 gardien parfaitement placé et accessible par bateau bus Alilaguna en arrivant de l'aéroport ( forfait 27 euros A/R avec un arret à la station San Stae à 200 m de notre adresse) Nous avons été accueillies par Anna très chaleureusement en français. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses de restaurants MOCENIGO à 2 pas de notre logement.Aussi 1 coop . L'appartement au 2e étage était très agréable confortable avec vue sur un petit pont et canal (2 trousseaux de clefs ) pas d'ascenseur . On peut se déplacer de notre embarcadère San Stae facilement avec les vaporettos ACTV pour les iles MURANO et BURANO avec pass de 2 Jours (35 e) . Les transports étant très chers nous avons continué nos visites à pied, une carte et un bon GPS sont de rigueur, les ruelles de Venise un vrai labyrinthe ). Attention sur le bateau bus pick pocket même les plus avertis. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse .

Volle 5 Sterne von mir. Das Apartment ist super sauber, groß, hell und perfekt gelegen, 50 Metern vor dem Meer entfernt. Kommunikation mit Michaela war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich hoffe bald wieder für meinen nächsten Urlaub in Venedig zuruckzükommen!

This lovely apartment was a delightful place to stay and soak up the beauty of Venice. We loved the location next to the most beautiful church and just above a canal with gondolas floating along. The piazza below is full of activity and it was fun to sit on the terrace and watch life go by. The beds were extremely comfortable with crisp sheets and perfect pillows. The kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms so clean and full of anything we needed. We loved the comfortable couches and warm decor of the living room, a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Host sempre reattivo e molto disponibile nel fare informazioni. Posizione ottima per raggiungere Venezia in bus. Disponibilità di un ampio supermercato nelle vicinanze per qualsiasi esigenza. Appartamento come nelle foto, pulito e ordinato. Siamo stati molto bene. Lo consiglio!
