This house is in a good location; surprisingly quiet for Venice. There is plenty of room, including a good terrace. Everything in the house works. This was our third stay, and we will book again.

La casetta è meravigliosa, suddivisa in 2 piani spaziosa ospitale e con tutto ciò che serve per sentirla tua durante la permanenza. L’accesso diretto al garage privato è la possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette sono una vera e priorità chicca. Noi eravamo senza macchina e le bici ci hanno permesso di muoverci in maniera semplice per tutti e tre i giorni. Antonella sempre disponibilissima per ogni domanda fattagli. Assolutamente consigliata la permanenza.

Fully equipped and nicely located appartment with terras and garden. Especially for extended stay is the washing machine a big plus. Host very friendly, reacts prompt on messages. Close to beach and restaurants. A great place to stay.

It was an older apartment but matched the description. We rented out both apartments which worked out great for our families. Top floor was quiet at night but family voiced their apartment was noisy at night. Overall, great stay.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à Porto Santa Margherita. La maison et la piscine sont en tous points conformes à la description, le voisinage est sympathique, la mer est proche. Parfait pour une famille de six personnes. Nous sommes allés visiter Venise et sa biennale en prenant le train à San Stino di Livanza comme nous l’avait conseillé Alessandra. Très pratique!

I was in Venice with my two kids and their grandma, and the house was perfect both for staying in as well as exploring the city. The location is very convenient and central. The house is spacious, offering lots of room for kids to play, and adults to rest. Only the toilet/bathroom was quite small, making it a little bit inconvenient for four persons, especially since there is only one. But that was a minor inconvenience that does not change how at home we were able to feel here! Thank you again for having us, we enjoyed it very much!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, including all the necessary kitchen accessories, a washing machine for laundry, and a separate drying rack. The home looked exactly like the pictures, with everything in great condition and well-maintained We particularly appreciated having our own private garden, which was exclusively for our use. The complex also had two playgrounds and swimming pools, including a smaller one perfect for young children, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Federico was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. He also provided us with a list of recommended restaurants, and every suggestion was spot on We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay 😄

Très bon séjour . L’appartement est fidèle aux photos avec un premier niveau plutôt sombre et un étage agréable. L’appartement est très bien situé, à l’écart de l’ultra centre, au calme, avec tous les services très proches (boulangerie, supérette, bars, restaurants, arrêts vaporettos …). Effectivement, l’appartement nous a convenu car il a tout le matériel indispensable et nous n’avons pas passé beaucoup de temps en journée . Merci pour ce séjour à bientôt peut-être ☺️

This is a marvellous place to stay when on Lido. It is located right next to the Excelcior hotel. Gloria is a friendly host and helpful. It is a comfortable apartment right next to the beaches and local shops. It is near the main road with regular buses to town to the vaporetti to Venice. The island is walkable and you can easily walk to and from the place to get to things in the locality. One of the best features is acess to a high rooftop terrace and an amazing panoramic view. Venice and the entire lagoon can be seen and it is not to be missed.

La casa ha tutto il necessario, abbiamo alloggiato 3 gg, in 6 adulti e 3 bambini , con il nostro cagnolino. C era tutto il necessario utile , molto pulita e ordinata, con un regalino da parte dell’ host molto apprezzato. La casa è in una posizione tranquilla, non abbiamo visitato la zona ma c erano supermercati a portata di mano. Abbiamo sfruttato la posizione per raggiungere comodamente Verona, Venezia e Padova. La consiglio.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Romano nous a merveilleusement bien accueillis. Il s'est regulierement assuré de notre bien-être pendant notre séjour La maison est très moderne, propre, fonctionnelle. La climatisation au top! La plage est juste à côté, la Chioggia est pleine de charme. Nous avons pu faire une petite journée à Venise. Tout était parfait!

La señora Marina siempre estuvo pendiente de mi proceso de llegada. Me prestó el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto, lo cual valoro mucho, porque me ayudó mucho para llegar pronto a su casa y poder descansar. Su alojamiento está en una zona segura y tranquila. Es muy cómodo y bonito. Su esposo me transportó varias veces, lo que me facilitó enormemente mis desplazamientos. Ellos, se portaron de maravilla y me hicieron sentir como en casa. Gracias a la señora y a su esposo Visma por ser tan amables, generosos y no excelentes anfitriones. Los recomiendo ampliamente. Hasta pronto!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable visit. What made this experience exceptional was the warm hospitality of our hosts – they were always available for anything we needed and went above and beyond by providing breakfast, something we've never experienced before on Airbnb. The breakfast had a real homemade touch and made us feel genuinely cared for. We also had the pleasure of meeting their lovely four-legged friends, which made us feel even more at home. We truly appreciated all the effort and kindness. Highly recommended!

Ottima casa nei pressi di Bassano, possiede parcheggio privato con box auto e una terrazza con vista panoramica sulla zona. La casa è molto accogliente, ed è molto ben fornita, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche una bottiglia di prosecco e un panettone, che abbiamo molto apprezzato, e anche un welcome kit che comprendeva prodotti da bagno e per la prima colazione

Wir waren mit vier Kindern in der Unterkunft und hatten eine entspannte Zeit. Die Einrichtung ist modern und es war alles sehr sauber. Der Weg zum Strand (Relax Beach) sind ca. 5min und dank reservierter Liegen ein Traum. Das Meer ist durch das flache Wasser besonders für kleine Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Ein Spielplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden und die Preise an der Strandbar sind absolut fair. Ein Geheimtipp ist das Restaurant „Buca di bacco“, ca. 500m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Kontakt mit Claudio war immer freundlich und uns wurden alle Fragen schnell beantwortet.

Beautiful, clean home close to amenities. Host was very kind, helpful and responsive. If you’re looking to stay in Venice I would definitely recommend staying here. My partner and I will definitely be back next time!

We spent there several days and the villa is perfect and as described. Clean, has everything needed for a family, and it was warm because of the floor heating. Linda answered any question we have had and was very communicative and friendly. Everything was good!

Das neu renovierte Haus ist sehr gut gelegen (zum Strand, zum Einkaufszentrum). Es hat drei Schlafzimmer, davon jeweils zwei Doppelbetten, was für unsere Familie sehr wichtig war. Das Schwimmbad der Anlage ist direkt neben dem Haus. Die Kinder konnten baden gehen, während wir das Essen vorbereitet haben. Praktisch ist die Waschmaschine und besonders der Balkon neben dem oberen Bad, auf dem man die Wäsche zum Trocknen hängen kann. Nicole war sehr nett und flexibel. Schön ist auch verde mare. eine Anlage am Meer mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Pool. Nicole hat auch dies für uns organisiert. Wir hatten Glück, dass das Haus so kurzfristig verfügbar war.

Pamela was the most amazing host we have had yet! She met us at the station walked us there. Gave us a tour or the place made sure we were comfortable in every way. The place was spotless! Handy to all, a market, restaurants, and shopping. We fell inlove with Venice. It was hard to leave we hope to return and stay with Pamela again.

Thomas bol ochotný, komunikoval na úrovni a akýkoľvek problém rýchlo vyriešil. Apartmán je súčasťou tichej rezidencie, ďalej od masového turizmu, napriek atraktivite Lido di Jesolo sme neboli pod nátlakom turistov. Užili sme si nádhernú rodinnú dovolenku, váľali sa pri pláži a navštívili Benátky, ktoré sú extrémne blízko. V dome sa dalo grilovať a kúpať v rezidenčnom bazéne, všade vládla nemecká čistota. Na terase sa dala cvičiť jóga a vybavenie bolo skvelé. Určite sa ešte vrátime. Ďakujeme za skvelý zážitok.

L’alloggio di Matteo è splendido! Punto forte sicuramente il fatto di essere in centro a Oderzo, a pochi passi dalla piazza. Le stanze erano pulitissime e ottimamente attrezzate. La villa è conservata in maniera ottima e gli arredamenti sono stati molto apprezzati. Sia il check-in che il check-out sono stati semplici e flessibili. Ultima chicca, la colazione che ci è stata fornita la mattina.
