Es war ein toller Urlaub mit schöner Wohnung. Alles hat gepasst. Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber. Unsere Tochter wollte nicht mehr nach Hause. Es hat an nichts an der Wohnung gefehlt, im Gegenteil wir waren so erstaunt das die Gastgeber wirklich an alles gedacht haben. sauber und makellos. Ganz großes Lob. Wir kommen wieder.

È stato un piacere soggiornare da Giulia, sempre gentile e disponibile. Appartamento ordinato e pulito. Tutto conforme alle foto. Zona tranquilla e a pochi passi dal centro di Quarto d'Altino. Posizione ottima per visitare i dintorni. Consigliato!

Wir kommen immer wieder, weil es einfach unbeschreiblich schön ist! Die Lage direkt am Meer perfekt, das Appartement stylisch und toll! Danke!

Encore merci à Alessandro pour sa réactivité, l'accueil de sa maman et la flexibilité. Le logement était impeccable, propre et comme sur les photos. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Italie. On était une équipe d'apneistes, la proximité avec Y40 était parfaite!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement très propre et conforme à l’annonce. Walter a été un hôte formidable, très accueillant et nous a donné de nombreux conseils utiles. La station de bus 4 L est à 200 m de l’appartement et le bus vous permet de rejoindre Venise en 15 mn. Tarif 3 euros par voyage mais si vous disposez d’un city pass vaporetto vous pourrez également emprunter les bus allant à mestre. L’appartement se situe à 10 mn à pieds de la gare, idéal pour prendre la navette bus menant à Trevise. En face de l’immeuble vous trouverez un supermaché ouvert tous les jour. The apartment is located outside of Venice, in Marghera area, which is perfect for those visitors who like to enjoy the city but also return to a quite private place away from cuty hustle for a peaceful night. It’s 15mins walking distance from the station where a bus takes you directly to Venice, or a tram to Mestre train station. The building as well as the apartment is new, secured and very well aranged. It was clean, with all amenities needed. Serena was an excellent host, very friendly and responsive, nice and professional. Her willingness to make the most of your stay as well as recommendations on restaurants & nearby places make her very welcoming and easy to communicate. Overall, a nice stay, would recommend this place!

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar! Wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt 😊 es war alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Bad war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und der Außenbereich war sehr gemütlich. Auch die Gastgeberinnen waren sehr freundlich und haben immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und für uns war die Lage super.

Leo e’ stato un ottimo host, preciso nel fornirci le indicazioni e veloce nel rispondere quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualche delucidazione. La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, si trova in un’ottima posizione e Leo l’ha arredata con buon gusto, non mancava nulla e ci ha messo a disposizione anche 4 biciclette! E’ stato un soggiorno molto rilassante. Grazie 😊

Мы с семьей путешествовали по Италии и остановились на две ночи в этом приятном месте. Атмосфера большого дома была очень уютной и спокойной. Мы просыпались под пение птиц. Бесплатная парковка для нашего автомобиля находилась в нескольких метрах от входа. Marziano встретил нас и показал свой дом, подробно проинструктировал нас о том как работает техника в доме. К вечеру стало немного прохладно и Marziano, по нашей просьбе включил дополнительное отопление. В доме три спальни и три больших ванных комнаты. Советы Marziano по выбору ресторана были очень полезны. Мы посетили один из рекомендованных рыбных ресторанов. Это было замечательно. На машине было удобно добираться до всех интересных мест нашего путешествия. Спасибо Marziano за гостеприимство.

Excelente, sin duda alguna el mejor alojamiento en el que he estado. La casa es espectacular y el detalle de dejar cosas para el desayuno como jugos, café y dulces lo hace más ameno aun. 20/10!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit grossem Garten ind ruhiger Lage. nächste Stadt, Strand in 7 Fahrminuten erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und alles hat problemlos geklappt.

Semplicemente bravo Paolo. L´Appartamento é spazioso per 5 Persone, e va bene anche per i bambini. Grazie per la perfetto organizzazione, posto bellissimo. Alla prossima!

Luciano et sa femme nous ont fait un très bon accueil, se sont des personnes à l'ecoute, et très gentilles, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, tout était parfait, au calme et notre toutou avait un grand jardin pour jouer. de jolies balades à faire et aussi de bons restaurant. Nous recommandons.

Soggiorno ideale di 5gg per la mia famiglia (2 adulti e 2 bambini di 4 e 7 anni). L'appartamento è spazioso e pulito, dotato di cucina/soggiorno, bagno, camera matrimoniale (1° livello) e salotto/camera bambini (2° livello). Presenti 2 comode terrazze. Climatizzato nei due livelli, accessibile attraverso scale. C'è un comodo parcheggio privato scoperto per la macchina. L'host ci ha messo a disposizione 3 biciclette e ci ha procurato il posto in spiaggia con 1 ombrellone e 2 sdraie in un'eccellente posizione a circa 500m in linea d'aria dall'appartamento. Troverete anche la lavatrice e l'host mette a disposizione lenzuola e asciugamani sufficienti per il soggiorno. La cucina è ben fornita a livello di utensili e stoviglie ed è dotata di lavastoviglie, frigo, congelatore e macchina per il caffè (grazie ancora per le cialde di benvenuto!). Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi supermercati e negozi, non vi mancherà nulla. Cortesi, precise e puntuali le indicazioni di Chiara, grazie di tutto!

Posto molto tranquillo, abbiamo soggiornato in 4 e devo dire veramente molto comodo. Molto preciso nelle indicazioni e casa ben tenuta e pulita.. lo consiglio a chi si trova nella zona.. grazie

Lovely clean and peaceful apartment in a nice building in Treviso. Our host was super helpful and found us a restaurant booking when all of the local restaurants were fully booked. The apartment has a shared entrance which is fully described in the listing. Thanks for your hospitality!

Laura's apartment is an ideal place to explore Venice. Located away from the tourist crowds, it allows you to quickly immerse yourself in the special atmosphere of the city. The famous sights are still within easy walking distance. The pictures of the apartment in the description speak for themselves. The apartment is in excellent condition and the four of us felt very comfortable there. Due to the location in an inner courtyard, you don't hear anything of the (not so busy) life in the neighborhood. Laura answers quickly and helpfully. On site, you are looked after by Paolo, who is extremely friendly and helpful. Even an unexpected late arrival outside the usual check-in times was no problem for him, although the exact time of arrival could only be communicated shortly beforehand. He gave us valuable tips for shopping and restaurants in the area, so that we were able to enjoy our stay right from the start. We fully recommend this object. Thank you so much, Laura and Paolo!

Very bright, clean, modern, and comfortable property. Hot water was excellent!!! I would stay there again. Host was very responsive.

Molto centrale, pulito con quanto necessario per breve soggiorno

A great modern apartment in a central location. The beach, restaurants and shops are all on your doorstep however the apartment is very quiet and has a lovely private terrace. Very clean and great amenities plus excellent air conditioning for an August visit. Identical to the pictures. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym are also very clean and make the Star Palace complex an excellent place to stay. A day trip to Venice is very convenient via a private bus pick up point which is 30 seconds from the apartment and then a boat trip from Jesolo, Piazza Faro. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful with the beach club booking advice etc. Lots to recommend.
