We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The property is spacious, clean, and has a well-appointed kitchen that made meal preparations a breeze. It’s located in a quiet residential area with quick access to the beach, which was perfect for our relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and provided support whenever needed. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Lugar hermoso, tranquilo y muy privado. Todo nos encantó, pasamos un fin de semana en familia muy relajante; eramos nosotros con la naturaleza y aire fresco. La piscina ESPECTACULAR disfrutamos mucho en ella. La casa muy espaciosa, limpia y la cocina con todos los utensilios necesarios. Cidia en todo momento fue muy atenta, amable y muy clara en las instrucciones. Definitivamente regresaremos. 100% RECOMENDADO.

Genial. Mi única sugerencia es que dejen accesible bolsas de basura para recoger todo set.

Raymond's place blew us away in every way. From the moment we arrived to see how immaculately kept the place was to that first morning when I stepped outside for a breath of fresh air just to see two beautiful horses grazing in the pasture behind the house. To say it was serene would be an understatement. Raymond and April both are the most gracious hosts. They went out of their way to ensure we had accommodations for the almost one year old who was with us on the trip providing a high chair and a playpen where she could sleep. That was a nice touch! It is also within walking distance of one of the nicest beaches I have ever been to in Puerto Rico (I used to live there so I know the beaches) where there is a local dive with delicious eats and drinks. We absolutely loved it and for the price, it was a steal. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Raymond and April. You two are great hosts!

Si lo que quieres es desconectarte, tener paz y tranquilidad es el lugar indicado! El camino un poco difícil, es una carretera pequeña solo cabe un carro a la vez pero al ser un poco alejado no hay muchos carros pasando por ella! El lugar es precioso me sentí segura en todo momento y literal fue cómo un retiro para mi! Asegúrate de llevar todo lo que necesitas pq está bastante alejado ! La única observación que tengo para mejorar es que no tiene microondas lo cual es un resuelve cuando estás de vacaciones con niños! Por lo demás todo excelente

Muy buen lugar para vacacionar. Todo limpio, equipado y accesible. Algo q deberian mejorar es la entrada del baño. Como es uno solo deberia contemplar tener una puerta externa y no dentro de las habitaciones principales. En general excelente la estadia. Lo recomiendo

Loved our stay here! The host was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! They always checked in with us to make sure our stay was going great and even dropped off some items that we had requested. The place was beautiful and super close to amazing beaches. We would definitely stay here again when we return to PR!

An absolute pleasure to stay at and we’re already thinking about when we will be coming back! Yvonne was great, very helpful, gave us helpful recommendations, and was a quick and easy check in/out process. We originally were going to stay at a place no more than 5 minutes away but they sent us a more than 5 page contract telling us things we could not do which did not leave us feeling like we would’ve been on vacation and boy am I glad we didn’t pick them. I will be recommending Yvonne’s place to anyone that tells me they are going to Puerto Rico. Pro tip for anyone renting a car: get the easy pass to make traveling on 22 much quicker. Thank you again Yvonne for a truthfully amazing and relaxing vacation.

Fantastic. Even in an island-wide blackout our stay was enjoyable. Loved every minute. Host was great, space was awesome, enjoyed every minute

I stayed there with my family. Felt super safe— it was inside a gated community. My mom loved that lol The pace was well equipped and it just had everything you need. TV in the patio where you can twist it and watch it from the pool. The pool is a good size people to swim and play around in. There was good food near by. A Walgreens up to street for necessities. Beach close by (although I didn’t actually go to that specific beach so I can’t speak on it) We rented a car and you park right in the driveway which was convenient. They had chairs for you to take to the beach. A cooler. Games to play. Great home overall. Host was also very responsive. Very happy and thank you for letting us stay here!

Our stay was wonderful. The location of the villa is amazing, walkable to a very private and beautiful beach and close distance to lots of sights. The interior is filled with unique antique furniture (which I, as a designer, appreciated a lot). The house is calm and tranquil. Several great food spots nearby. Hosts were very responsive and provided us with lots of recommendations. Kitchen appliances are somewhat old and outdated, but that was a minor nuisance for us. Highly recommend and would likely return

The house was beautiful and very clean. Directions to the property were easy to find. Our stay was excellent. The house was equipped very well with everything we needed. Our family enjoyed the beautiful pool and the games that the property has.We really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely love to return to Dreamsville.

We spent a great time, it’s a fear price for the place. House has anything you need to be at home and to go to the beach also. This is the typical Caribbean area where you see people enjoying 24/7. Thanks for your hospitality.

Amazing! Went with a group of friends from college and we had such a great time. Home is right on the beach, about 30-40 min away from San Juan, and always felt safe. Ruth was very communicative and answered all of my questions. Highly recommended!

Marianela and Kenneth were excellent hosts! Marianela was so sweet, great with communication and had so many awesome recommendations around the island. It was so much fun getting to climb and camp in such a beautiful spot. We will absolutely return next time we are in PR and we highly recommend this location for anybody looking to get out of the city for the evening! Thank you again 🩷

El alojamiento superó mis expectativas. Estaba muy limpio, ordenado y bien equipado. El alojamiento ofreció un ambiente cómodo y tranquilo. Beautiful and welcoming! Everything we wanted, needed and more! Perfect space for our family of 5, myself, husband, daughters (16,20) and son (18). Hopefully will be planning to stay again soon, as family's house was only 5 mins away!!!
