This place is absolutely amazing and the location cannot be better. Pasquales was great and helping us get this set up. He was great with all the information about where to go and what to do. Some great tips. The folks next-door at the beach bar were also great and helped reserve us some great seats each day. The water and the beach were perfect. One of the best things is that the house was only a few Steps to the beach and allowrd us to have some very relaxing time when the kids wanted to take a break Pascuelas, did not disappoint—house was extremely clean, phenominal view!! Short walk to everything Lastly, huge thank you for boosting the car the day we left . Perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday! We felt as we were visiting an old friend of ours. Kyriakos was very welcoming and kind host who was available at all times. The room was incredebly clean and tidy with all amenities needed for a good stay. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time close to the center of Psakoudia. There is plenty of parking space as there are parking spots infront and on the opposite side of the road which are available to the public and were always free. Overall a very nice vacation, we recommend with both hands!

Less then 100 steps down to the sea, private pool and garden. Awesome. We had a great time with kids and friends and enjoyed it very much. Thnak you!

Extremely helpful and pleasant host, great outdoors area, beautiful and enjoyable and we got what we wanted - the feeling of being remote, private, but close to what you need. In the vicinity you have a fresh fish market, great bakery, stores and nice beaches. Andreas, we look forward to seeing you again!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή!!!Ειχε τα παντα μέσα και επειδη είχαμε και ένα μωρό 14 μηνών είχαν προνοήσει για παιδικό καρεκλάκι και παρκοκρέβατο!Ειχε ησυχία, δίπλα στη θάλασσα και στο κέντρο της Νικητης.Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι μοναδική!!! Η κυρία Μαιρη προθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ο,τι ζητήσαμε και πολύ φιλική!Μας πρότειναν παραλίες για το μωρό και ήταν όλοι τους παρά πολύ φιλικοί!Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα σε επόμενη επίσκεψη στο μέρος θα το επιλέξουμε!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Dafnis Haus. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der wunderschöne große Garten, in dem uns Schildkröten besucht haben, war wirklich toll. Wir haben die Ruhe außerhalb der Saison sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Dafni lief prima und ein flexibler Check out hat uns eine stressfreie Abreise ermöglicht . Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gern wieder.

Very nice accommodation with a beautiful and green garden, a convenient area for barbecuing and outdoor dining, clean rooms and bathrooms – a very cozy place where we felt at home. Pets are welcome and they enjoy the lush greenery. There are good shops for fresh fish, meat, and bakeries nearby (by car).

The host was very friendly and immediately responsive to everything. The room and location exceeded our expectations, a quiet, beautiful location where everything is close and you feel at home. We highly recommend it. In the room there is a book with suggestions for visiting locations, some of which we used and the locations are really great.
