Brand new fully self-contained bedsitter in the heart of Burleigh Heads. Private entrance from the main residence. It is centrally located but just far enough away from the excitement of Burleigh Heads village to enjoy some quiet time after a beautiful day at famous Burleigh beach. Bus stop nearby. To Bond University (3.5 km) requires one bus transfer. Bus trips to the beaches (from 8km away) take approximately 45 minutes.

Gilston Orchard is a rural property 9 kilometres along the Nerang Beaudesert/Murwillumbah Rd from Nerang. We are at walking distance from Hinze Dam with its View Cafe open each day. Easy access to the Gold Coast glitter strip, beaches, and theme parks. Also easy access to Binnaburra (O'Reillys), Springbrook, Beechmont, Mt Tamborine plus further out West to Canungra, Beaudesert etc. This is a nice spot from which to bike ride with a mountain bike track just across the dam wall.
