Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con alberca en Valle de Cofrentes

Paz, tranquilidad, un fin de semana perfecto. Solo por el exterior ya merece la pena. Nos hubiéramos quedado a vivir!!! Sin duda repetiremos. La anfitriona muy amable, responde a cualquier duda con rapidez. Gracias por acogernos en tu casa, espero vernos pronto

Emilio fue encantador desde el primer intante, nos envió la información necesaria por mensaje, nos facilitó el poder entrar antes en la casa y el poder salir más tarde si no lonecitabamos. En todo tiempo muy amable y encantador. La fina de los naranjos es más hermosa que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. Toda la obra donde nos hospedamos es nueva, con buenos acabados y electrodomesticos de primera calidad. Exelente gusto para la decoración. La piscina y la zona de barbacoa es la cereza del pastel. Y por si fuese poco, nos ofrecieron comer toda la naranja que pudieramos comer, hay que decirlo, una naranja de primerísima calidad. Sin duda reperiré, salimos muy muy satisfechos con todo. Sergio super amable y la casa genial. Tenía de todo y de calidad, incluyendo chimenea, barbacoa, piscina... Perfecto para ir con perro, ya que está todo vallado (incluso la piscina, no hay peligro) y hay muchísimo espacio. Además tienen gallinas, y nos dieron muchos huevos que estaban buenísimos. La zona muy tranquila, rodeado de campos y solo algunos chalets bastante apartados. Y a menos de 5 min de Ayora.

Wat een geweldig huis met zwembad, in oktober wel iets aan de koude kant :-). We waren er met 8 personen en daar is genoeg ruimte voor. Ruime kamers en netjes ingericht. Op 10 min rijden van het plaatsje Vilamarxant, waar een winkel en een bakker is. De bakker heeft heerlijk brood, maar daar moet je wel vroeg voor zijn anders is het op. Supermarkt heeft ook prima brood. Valencia op een half uur rijden is goed te doen, je zit zo op de snelweg. Daniel communiceert prettig, reageert snel en adequaat. De beheerder Fernando is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk en reageert ook snel via de app. Is ook snel ter plekke mocht dat nodig zijn.

Villa Jungla (“VJ”) is exceptional. While maybe not on-par with some ABNB places that are closer to central Valencia or as to historical style, it worked well for us. Even if not “luxury” to some, it definitely is up-scale. Space was important, for family to not be cramped and beds & sizes to best accommodate them with window shades. And quick access to the airport. VJ has it. Plane noise was not an issue; the place is well-insulated with dual-pane windows for comfort & noise. From ABNB inventory we saw in multiple city sections, VJ beat all others hands-down as to value. One family member (who travels extensively and stays in ABNBs globally) was concerned that the location was far from central VLC. Turned out that was not an issue, as I had surmised; the metro made access easy within 30-35 minutes including walking to Rosas station (nearer than Manises station). Principal grocers and variety of eateries are convenient. Overall, a great place.

We had a great time, despite the rain. It is very cozy inside and there is a beautiful view from the rooftop. During the night it is very quiet and the area is great for hiking.

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

Magnifique Séjour. logement plus que excellent. maison propre et super calme. nous avons passer une semaine géniale. Cristina est une super hôte et je recommande à 100%. nous reviendrons.

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

nos encantó el apartamento, disfrutamos mucho las vistas, aunque no estuvimos mucho tiempo, pero el momento de estar nos sentimos como estas casa, y los detalles. pensó en todo hasta nos dejó una bienvenida refrescante. muchas gracias 😊

Carla is a great host. She waited for us to arrive late into the night. The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything one initially needs—especially the Nescafé coffee machine. There are local stores one can walk to you can buy the essentials like bread and coffee. There’s a Carrefour supermarket just 10 minutes drive and a couple other supermarkets in the town of Puçol. The location is perfect for a quick drive into the city (25 minutes). The boardwalk in Poçul is only a couple of blocks from the apartment with restaurants and ice cream shops. A Valencia is a beautiful city and we followed the recommendations Carla gave us. Our stay was too short 5 days but we plan on coming back for a longer time. 100% recommend!

Our stay in Valencia was absolutely perfect! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He was always available, extremely helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations on what to see and do in Valencia. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gianina verbracht. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung, unglaubliche Aussicht. Die Betten waren bequem. Wenn ich etwas bemängelt würde, wäre es die Isolierung der Wohnung. Man hört schon viel im Haus und auch von draußen. Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke ;-)

Inmejorable el apartamento, impecable en todos los aspectos, con todo lo necesario, super cómodo y muy muy limpio. Recomendable al 100%

La pasamos increible. muy buena ubicacion y David siempre al pendiente. excelente para pasar unos dias tranquilos con la familia frente al mar.

Wir haben zu dritt die Unterkunft von Rosa Mitte September gebucht und waren happy. Vom Balkon war das Meer aus zu sehen, morgens mit schönem Sonnenaufgang. Salud hat uns herzlich empfangen, und auch bei Fragen stets mit Rat zur Seite gestanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Unten gab es einen Pool den man nutzen konnte und das Meer war direkt vor der Haustür. Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte. Das einzige Problem war die Anbindung zur nächsten Bahnhofsstation. Busse fuhren nur bis 18/19 Uhr. Taxiunternehmen haben Anrufe entweder nicht entgegen genommen oder im Gespräch aufgelegt. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Salud war so freundlich und hat uns am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof gebracht und uns auch die Gegend gezeigt. Großes Danke an Salud!!🥲 P.S. Beim Taver Taxi Unternehmen spricht Umberto deutsch und englisch. Hoffe das hilft irgendwem mal weiter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, danke :]

Appartement conforme à la description. Merci à Eva pour son accueil, sa réactivité et ses propositions de bonnes adresses! On trouve facilement de la place dans la rue pour se garer. Quartier calme et sécurisé. L’appartement est à quelques mètres du Parc de la Turia, promenade très agréable qui permet de rejoindre le centre historique à pied en une vingtaine de minutes. Immeuble sécurisé avec un gardien 24h/24h. Appartement très bien équipé. Il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin!

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Sonia was helpful and kind. The apartment was big and beautiful. We mostly enjoyed the pool and the nice air condition.

Un séjour parfait dans cette belle et grande villa, un espace de vie immense en bas propice à la convivialité entre amis, de nombreuses et grandes chambres avec une literie de qualité. Nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse avec le soleil pour déjeuner, la cuisine extérieure est juste top, le second frigo a été un plus pour notre groupe de 16 personnes, il y a même une douche et des wc. Une cuisine très bien équipée et adaptée pour les groupes. Un environnement très calme, un mercadona à 2 min, la mer à 5 min en voiture, des commerces et restaurants à proximité comme le métro qui relie le centre de valence en 20 min. Et que dire de notre hôte Juan, nous avons eu un accueil 5 étoiles avec boissons et produits locaux, il a pris du temps pour nous conseiller sur les endroits à visiter, les restaurants, les activités. C’est le meilleur hôte jamais rencontré, une disponibilité, une gentillesse, réactif, il fait tout pour ses invités.Une belle personne. Gracias por todo Juan volveremos
