We had a beautiful time here, we only stayed for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. The house and garden is beautiful, peaceful, and colourful. A short drive to the centre of Valladolid, we were very happy to stay outside the city. The house was incredibly clean, well designed and you can tell everything was considered. Hope to be back :)

De woning komt overeen met de foto's. we hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad en alle dingen kunnen doen in de omgeving die we wilden. Cesar is snel te bereiken en beantwoord alle vragen die we hadden.

Amazing stylish minimalist apartment in a quiet and secure neighbourhood. Looks out is a bit of town but it’s only 8min from the center. Very relaxed feel to the whole place, Norma the co-host was an absolute diamond, really looked after us. Thank you for the amazing stay.

Es una casa sumamente céntrica a solo 2 cuadras del centro. Con excelentes servicios a sus alrededores. Incluso hay un cenote a la vuelta de la casa. Hay tiendas y tortillería muy cerca. En conclusión está en una excelente ubicación y a la casa no le hace falta nada más que tiempo para disfrutar todo lo que hay. Sugiero que si vas a rentar esta casa sea por lo menos por 4 días ya que no da tiempo de hacer todo lo disponible en el área

Fantastic place. Lovely decor. Private and secure. Secure parking was a bonus. Crystal was responsive with any messages and the guide book provided some good tips for our visit. Zero complaints. Would happily come back.

Excelente lugar para quedarse tanto en familia como en grupo de amigos. Me encantó que cada uno de los tres cuartos tuviera su baño. Tiene absolutamente todo lo que promete, además de un patio bastante amplio Todo está en óptimas condiciones y el propietario es muy aliviado, bastante accesible y responde muy rápido

excelente lugar para llegar a visitar valladolid, nosotros eramos 15 y estuvimos muy agusto, de ahí puedes salir a caminar para recorrer todo, el convento de San Bernardino esta a unos pasos de la casa, restaurantes cerca y tiendas de conveniencia, muy recomendable para descansar

We spent 4 nights at La Sultana as part of our trip to the Yucatan with myself, my sister, and my 13 year old niece. La Sultana was a unique and comfortable house and we loved having the place to ourselves as a more private and authentic vacation experience. We loved the location of this place - we had originally looked closer to the center of Valladolid but were so happy we landed here as it was easily within walking distance of everything and much quieter than the center square. We are 3 blonde women who stick out like a sore thumb but felt safe walking both in the center of town and in this neighborhood. Everyone we encountered was friendly without ever being imposing. Valladolid was a beautiful city to visit with plenty of great restaurants, shops, and activites and served as the perfect home base for visiting all of the sites around the Yucatan that we wanted to see. We also loved the bee keeping tour at Xkopek. I definitely recommend visiting Valladolid and staying at La Sultana!

Casa Yuya is beautiful inside and out. We felt so lucky to have a house with such a large backyard right on the plaza. The outdoor space is incredible. The kitchen had what we needed, although we did minimal cooking because there is plenty of restaurants within 2 minute walk. The front balcony is nice to sit on and watch the city. It's a bit noisy during the day, but quiets down at night...to be expected right in the bustle of the city center. Maria was responsive almost immediately with all communication. Highly recommend the Casa...it felt like home.

Very nice place if you wanna be close to city center (a very short walk to main plaza). Next to restaurants and groceries. There's also a convenient parking spot inside the property. The host is very dedicated and provides an immediate answer.

Fue una experiencia maravillosa casa Tulita está bien ubicada, estuvo limpia, sábanas y baños limpios, todo muy bien

la casa copul muy cómoda, estaba muy bien ubicada tanto al cenote como al mercado municipal, a pocas cuadras del centro, exelente para ir caminando y si vas en auto lo podes dejar adentro pero es muy segura la zona

Aida’s place was lovely, with a beautiful bedroom, a fan and air conditioning, soft bed, clean bathroom with hot water, two balconies (one by the kitchen and one by the bedroom), and a kitchen with a working microwave and stovetop. Refrigerator, dishes, everything. I loved the location because it was removed from the city center and was more quaint, but you should know it was a 25minute walk to the center. Safe neighborhood. Aida was very helpful with responding quickly to my questions and offering help with issues (like coming to replace tv remote batteries). My favorite part was how much light came into the apartment through the large balcony window in the bedroom and other windows.

We absolutely loved our stay, it reminded us of what Airbnb used to be about - great hosts who create a welcoming environment for you to experience the local life as is. Gali’s apartment is in a quiet residential area but short walking distance to the best street in town, calle de Los Frailles. Nice restaurants all around, and a 11 min walk to a bigger supermarket (with smaller shops around the house). The neighbors were very friendly, it felt very safe and we were comfortable walking at night. The house was very well equipped (the kitchen had pretty much everything you’d need) and it was spotless clean when we arrived. The backyard is a little bare but extremely cute with the fairy lights and honestly I loved sitting there at any point of the day, plus taking care of the trees (one of them being Chaya which is Mexico spinach which you can use). We felt right at home. The internet was also good for working. And finally - the hostess was very responsive and super friendly, thanks Gali❤

Hermoso lugar, limpio y acogedor, tiene todo lo necesario. No hay ruido y todo es tranquilo. Sin duda regresaría nuevamente.

Súper bien las instalaciones, y muy espaciosa la casa. Nosotros teníamos coche de renta y estuvimos moviéndonos en el hacia el centro sin problema. Solo estuvimos 1 día pero realmente me hubiese encantado disfrutar más tiempo las instalaciones, todo se veía excelente y muy limpio.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Tout était très adapté. Le logement était propre, bien équipé. La terrasse est très appréciable. Les hôtes toujours très sympathiques. Ils ont répondu aux questions qu’on se posait. Proche de beaucoup de centre d’intérêts comme le centre de Valladolid, les cenotes, Chichen Itzá, Ek Balam. Notre meilleur Airbnb de notre voyage au Mexique. Nous recommandons.❤️
