We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Asokan's home. The property has all the amenities and services as mentioned in the description. The host Asokan was always responsive and helped us in covering all the places mentioned in our wish list. The property is in a quite neighborhood and at the same time very near to the town centre and major temples. We felt we are at our home. The host was organized, easy to communicate and cared for our well being. Highly recommended place for stay and this will be our choice for future as well.

Nice beautiful house located away from the city and in a very peaceful location. The host and his mother was always responsive, friendly and ensured that our stay was memorable. The host arranged the transportation for our local sight seeing. The rooms were neat and clean and exactly matched the description. Nice place to stay.

Excellent stay in a peaceful location... House and amenities are as described. Host Roshan family and their friend Homestay Caretaker Sudheer made us feel comfortable with our stay and Sudheer helped us ensuring all basic amenities for stay and any special requests are taken care of. He even suggested nearby attractions and accompanied us showing the route/local inquires and food order etc., House is a convenient and spacious independent villa with ample parking space for few Cars... and a nice garden, power backup. House would be comfortable for 3 small families or such group. Food options - self cooking in Kitchen or nearby order. Overall, a pleasant stay...

The Matsya House -Island Retreat

How do you describe a place like this in words? If you're looking for a place that looks like paradise? Stop searching and go here. The name cocoland makes total sense. When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. we really had a great time staying here.The fully furnished apartment is awesome in terms of its layout/amenities and ofcourse the wide sea view from the 7th floor. Its well ventilated with attached bathroom with all the 3 double beded rooms, well enough to acomodate a group of 6 people. The host is really humble and made sure to help us in all aspects.Its really worth staying here if someone is planning for a nice vacation in Kannaur.Thanks

Tucked in a remote village, it offers stunning views of the beach on one side and backwaters on the other. We were lucky enough to spot a dolphin in the sea, a highlight of our stay. The accommodation is rustic and simple, with no Wi-Fi or modern amenities, perfect for a digital detox. The food, homemade by Mr. Mohanan and his wife, Divya, was a treat—each meal felt like a warm, local experience. Lt. Col. Sudhir was a fantastic host, offering great tips on local temples and hidden beaches we’d never have found on our own. It’s a quiet, off-grid retreat where you can truly unwind and enjoy nature. If you're after peace, stunning views, and a chance to disconnect, I highly recommend this place.

I had an amazing stay at DAIRA Art Residency! The property looks exactly like the photos—beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable. Spent a great time at Kannur! Katja was super helpful and sweet. The place is at the rooftop with a large open space and comfortable room and bathroom! The place is located very closely to the bus and railways station and is ideally placed to the main town and beach! Overall would recommend 10/10! The place was beautiful and made us feel right at home and the host was really sweet ;)

Hill top homes

Vinod is a great host. The place is very clean, the same as shown in the pictures and a blend of old Kerala architecture. We had a great stay and the breakfast was delicious. To mention especially Vinod is very proactive and very helpful. We had an issue with our car, he arranged a mechanic for us immediately. Always seeking feedback and going the extra mile to make the stay memorable. Thank you Vinod for hosting us, we will visit again.

The Coastal Paradise River Side Resort

Excellent propeety and aesthetic location. Easy to get in. No restaurant available inside, but there are good restaurants nearby and they will provide home delivery too. Mr. Janardhan is keeping the property always clean and neat and he is always available for any helps. In total it was an awesome stay.
