Ottima casa con ottima vista!

Dům je v horské vesnici Precasaglio velmi blízko k Ponte di Legno, je prostorný a vejdou se tam dvě rodiny. Dům má tři ložnice (jedna je v suterénu) a obývací pokoj s kuchyní a krbem, dříví je k dispozici. Na sjezdovky do Ponte Di Legno se dá jet autem, tak cca. 10 min, nebo skibusem, který jezdí ve špičce cca. každých cca. 30 minut a staví 50 m od domu. Úzká příjezdová cesta mezi historickými domy je trochu adrenalin, ale celkově se dá bez problémů a při sněhu je rychle odklizená. Kousek od domu je parkoviště, případně je k dispozici 1 garáž. Ve vesnici je velmi dobrá a cenově přijatelná restaurace, večer ale nemá otevřeno každý den. Paní Paola a pan Brian byli velmi ochotní a na všechny dotazy rychle opověděli.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Maria Luisa per 3 giorni durante le feste Natalizie. Alloggio molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Posizione riparata e con bellissima vista sulle montagne. Maria Luisa è stata sempre reattiva nel momento del bisogno. Unico consiglio , vista la strada un po’ impervia per arrivarci, è necessario salvarsi la posizione sul navigatore. Sicuramente consigliato a tutti .

Wir (Familie 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 11+13 j.alt) hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und genau so wie in der Beschreibung. Die Lage war perfekt, alles war gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin Patrizia war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir habe uns rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Le airbnb de Silvana est une vraie merveille dans les hauteurs de Sondrio. Cagnoletti est un village à l'architecture autenthique des alpages italiens. La maison en pierre est bien faite, avec tout ce qu'on a besoin pour se sentir à la maison et entourée d'une nature merveilleuse. Si vous vous reveillez assez tôt, vous pourrez observer par la fenêtre des cerfs ou des biches juste à côté de la maison. De plus, les personnes du village sont accueillantes et sympas. C'est un vrai bout de paradis ♡

abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni con i nostri due bambini, Oreste e la zia Adele sono stati molto gentili dandoci molte informazioni sulla zona, spero di ritornarci presto per visitare la zona circostante.

Schöne authentische Hütte oberhalb eines Tals. Absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Waren zu zweit eine Woche im Oktober dort um wandern zu gehen. Gut um mal runterzukommen. Aufstehen, Kamin anmachen, Kaffee kochen und den Schafen beim grasen zuschauen. Absoluter Glücksgriff. Pierino, der Gastgeber ist wirklich ein klasse Kerl und sehr hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

We had a wonderful stay in Chesa Paulina. On one side, the house is beautifully historical (we even decided to skip visiting Museum Engiadinais that demonstrates historic house interiors, since we lived in one :) ), on the other side, all amenities are modern and there is everything you need. The house was very clean and well organized. With regard to the surroundings, the playground was a blast with our kids, and Zuoz is one of the most beautiful and historic towns in Engadin. At the same time, Volg (grocery store) on the main square is open 7 days a week and is only a 2 minute walk from the house. We did many day trips using the train into the surrounding towns for various activities (trails, horse riding, going up Diavolezza with the cable car, strolling along the St Moritz lake), which was very convenient as well. And one can watch beautiful nature, houses and farms out of the train window. All in all, this was a great vacation and I highly recommend Priscilla's house!

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und überlegt eingerichtet, tolle Lage und die Aussicht ist schön. Tolles Licht!Man fühlt sich gleich zuhause.Elena war sehr hilfsbereit und es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen!

Absolut perfect stay, great directions, flexible check out and Stefania is very responsive for questions or any information needed. The appartment is great equipment, there is everything you need and more to have a comfortable stay. 10/10 can only reccomend, thanks a lot again.

È stato un bellissimo week end , stupendo appartamento con tutti i comfort , pulito accogliente con anche degli omaggi di benvenuto quali Prosecco e altri aperitivi , erano presenti anche sapone per piatti e per lavatrice , completo in ogni cosa . Letto super comodo , cucina super attrezzata . Il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile a ogni nostra domanda e richiesta ci è venuto incontro su check in e check up , sicuramente torneremo a soggiornare. Lo stra consiglio a tutti

We feel so privileged to have been able to stay in Sabrina’s beautiful apartment. Exactly as it looked in the photos, yet somehow more spacious. Had everything we needed, including robes, slippers and extra blankets. The bathroom was amazing - incredible steam shower and sauna for your private use. Beds were very clean and comfortable and we loved having the washing machine and dryer right there - so convenient. Location is fantastic. Sabrina is helpful, friendly and very responsive. The things I weren’t that fussed about; the stairs up three levels to the apartment and the ski storage area being about 100m walk away. These wouldn’t stop me coming back. There was lots of help from a friend of Sabrina’s to help bring all our bags up to the apartment when we arrived, which was fantastic. The ski storage is a little inconvenient, but it is large and private and the boot dryers are excellent. Again, I add this only for information. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Soggiorno perfetto! Enrica è stata molto gentile e disponibile, pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. La casa corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione: molto graziosa, pulita, accogliente e ben curata. Inoltre, la posizione è ottima, vicino al centro del paese e comoda per esplorare la zona. Consigliatissima!

Abbiamo passato un weekend nel residence per scappare dal caldo di Milano, e direi che è stato tutto perfetto! Casa ordinata e accogliente, l'ambiente è davvero piacevole. Anche gli ambienti esterni sono pazzeschi, danno una vista spettacolare sulle montagne. Posto auto in box comodo e pratico. Unica pecca è la strada per arrivare al residence, ma direi che per godere di una vista del genere è d'obbligo. Super consigliato!

bellissimo alloggio incastonato in mezzo alle montagne della Valdidentro. l'abitazione presenta tutto il necessario per una vacanza confortevole e rilassante. Sandra una persona gentile e disponibile per ogni informazione e per ogni richiesta. assolutamente consigliato

Matteo e Arno sono due host impeccabili, l’accoglienza che ci hanno riservato e la loro estrema disponibilità sono state la ciliegina sulla torta per una baita meravigliosa in un posto da sogno: esattamente quello che ci voleva per coccolarsi e ricaricare le pile. Voglio già tornare!!!

La casa è una meraviglia, curatissima in ogni minimo dettaglio completamente accessoriate e arredata con tantissimo gusto. Luminosa, calda, accogliente e con un terrazzino che nei giorni di sole fa passare la voglia di uscire. Abbiamo passato 5 giorni in periodo di carnevale e siamo stati davvero bene. Un gioiello!

Ons verblijf wat uitstekend en alles wat we verwacht hadden ! Franziska reageert snel en is zeer behulpzaam. De locatie is perfect, dichtbij Sankt Moritz en op enkele minuten stappen van de bushalte. Het appartement is ruim en proper en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het uitzicht van op het terras in de zon is heerlijk. De parking is handig. Een absolute aanrader voor een verblijf in de zomer of winter. Wij komen zeker terug !
