L'appartement de Marc est idéalement placé, au calme, dans cet espace atypique. Les commerces et restaurants sont à portée de mains, métro, bus et RER pour rejoindre le centre. La literie est bonne, j'ai partagé le lit avec mon enfant de 8 ans, nous avions chacun suffisamment de place. Tout était là pour nous accueillir. Marc est un hôte très agréable et réactif tout comme Richard son relais au moment de notre venue. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

J’ai passé une semaine très agréable chez Dominique. Il y a vraiment une âme dans ce petit loft et l’on s’y sent vraiment bien. Presque comme chez nous. Mais le plus de cette location, c’est l’accueil et la gentillesse de Dominique et de son amie Laurence. Dominique était absente pendant mon séjour, mais elle a su faire preuve d’une grande attention et a été très souple sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ ou quand mon fils est resté plus longtemps que prévu. Laurence m’a très bien accueilli et n’a pas hésité à se déplacer un dimanche matin pour me donner son trousseau de clé alors que j’avais laissé les miennes à l’intérieur de l’appartement. Lors de cet épisode malheureux, les deux amies sont toujours restées calmes, courtoises et ont su dédramatiser la situation. Ce qui, je pense, n’aurais pas été le cas avec d’autres propriétaires. Je conseille vivement cette location si vous passez sur Paris.

Superfijne locatie. Ruim en veel licht. Topligging in het 11de arrondissement. Vlakbij Metro. Gezellige buurt. Mooi en ruim appartement met aparte kamers. Ideaal om met collega's te verblijven. Alles is aanwezig.

Our family of three had such a lovely stay at Carole’s place! It was spacious, clean, and had a homely feel that we appreciated. We all slept very well at night as the beds were comfortable and surroundings were quiet (apartment situated in the courtyard). Carole was always responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. She also allowed for us to have a flexible checkout a little later than normally allowed. The neighborhood is one of my favorites - plus there is easy access to shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and metro lines 1 & 8 which is very handy. Also walking distance to Gare de Lyon which is useful if you, like us, are taking the regional train to the south in connection with your trip. Would love to come back here during our next stay in Paris - Carole is a wonderful host!

Carole was a wonderful hostess and we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. We felt very safe here with our family. The metro is so close to the apartment it was easy to get anywhere in the city! The stairs to the apartment did not bother us at all and Carole made sure to let us know about that ahead of time. It was a great home base for our trip.

We spent 10 amazing days at this Paris Airbnb, and it exceeded our expectations! The views were stunning, and the location was perfect—close to great eats and metro stations. The host was fantastic—very helpful and attentive. We felt really cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Paris. We’d love to return!

We had a lovely stay in François’ place.There were travel books and board games to keep our kids busy at night when they had jet lag. Location is safe and convenient to take train or bus. Highly recommended!!

A characterful and cozy stay offering a peaceful and quiet refuge only a few steps away from lots of cafes, museums, attractions and shops. Multiple doors with different codes to access the apartment made us feel really safe and secure. The host was very responsive and chill, offering flexibility with check in. No complaints at all, if I had to give just one thing to note it’s that the sofa bed mattress was on the thinner side so not super comfy, but not nearly enough so to impact my quality of sleep at all, just something worth knowing if you are a particularly fussy sleeper or have back issues.

Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We were six people, and we stayed in the apartment for seven days. The apartment was fully equipped and very clean. We have really enjoyed the apartment and its location.

Richard was the most incredible super host I have ever dealt with, and his loft in Paris was my favorite of any place I have stayed! The loft is a 15 min walk to Notre Dame or Louvre, but is nestled in a wonderful non-touristy neighborhood with locals and amazing restaurants. The loft is very quiet, within a building and past a courtyard. Beautifully appointed with artwork, 2 separate beds (door closes for one) so lots of privacy. And the common area is spacious and relaxing after a long day of walking the city. Roomy bathroom with shower (and washing machine!). A sizeable kitchen if you feel like cooking, but also large refrigerator for all your yummy leftovers. Richard communicated great pre-trip, personally met us upon arrival & showed us around the local area, sharing history and great recommendations. During our 2 week stay, if we ever needed him, he would respond within an hour. And he personally ensured we got to 2 different train stations when departing Paris. Incredible!

As a family of 4, we stayed at Vero's place for 3 days. The loft is exactly as in the pictures: beautiful, very clean and furnished with a lot of taste, in all details. It also smelled very good. There is everything you need for a weekend or a longer stay. It's well located in a quiet street and public transports are at walking distance. Shops, restaurants, bakeries, bars in the neighborhood. Vero is very responsive and friendly. We really felt at home. We'll surely go back. Merci Vero :)

Romain's apartment was great for our family of 4. Our kids loved the loft sleeping areas, and the apartment was quite spacious. The location was perfect to walk and explore Paris, and a metro stop was just down the road. There was some construction going on in the building/roof, but Romain communicated this in advance and it did not bother us during our stay. We would absolutely recommend a stay in this apartment!

Do not hesitate to book this amazing place in the BEST LOCATION!! Just stop looking and book it and be treated to an amazing guest experience. Groceries, metro station, bakery, restaurants, bank ATM, farmers mkt (2x per week) just minutes away. Literally minutes! It was fantastic, best location ever!  On top of all that, the host was truly amazing. She checked in on us many times and she gave us so much help with questions we had, whether it was how to buy certain groceries or how to get to a certain place, how to use the metro, etc. All those questions that come up when you are traveling, she was always there to answer. The beds are very comfortable. The lighting is good. The little dishwasher was great. It was nice to have a clean, large refrigerator with some coffee pods and a nice Nespresso machine as well as teabags.  We enjoyed having a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The shower was very clean, great hot water supply. There was a towel warmer that also had a warming fan.

Barbara was an amazing, kind, and flexible host. A close relative got very ill close to the travel date and we had to make changes to our arrival and who would be there. Barbara was warm and helpful. The location was perfect! The apartment was comfortable and exactly as hoped. We will return again!
