L’appartement est très agréable, baigné de soleil et avec une vue dégagée. Un vrai bonheur au quotidien. Il est très fonctionnel et les lits sont confortables. Le quartier est parfait, proche de beaucoup de lignes de bus et metro et Vincennes à proximité pour se détendre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La communication avec la propriétaire était simple et toutes les instructions très claires. Merci beaucoup!

I had an amazing week at Yama's place! The apartment is cozy and comfortable and you literally have everything you need at disposal. The space is very well optimised and, as a solo traveller, I felt home in my own private little flat. Yama has been a great host and welcomed me with clear and useful information. Everything worked so well that i didn't feel the urge to contact him during my whole stay. The position is indeed great: Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou, Forum Les Halles and Louvre Museum are just 10 (or even less) minutes-walking away. Also you have the Metro just in front of the apartment. Plus, the building is very quiet and you can relax without being bothered by urban noises. In conclusion, Yama's apartment will be definitely my first choice when I'll be back - hopefully soon - in Paris! Very recommended!

Accueil ultra chaleureux et convivial, maison sublime où il fait bon vivre, au calme. C’est la maison du bonheur. Thérèse est une perle rare, je la remercie encore Mille fois pour tout.

Le logement d'Alessandro correspond à la description qu'il en a faite. Alessandro est très disponible. L'appartement d'Alessandro est très bien situé, il y a plusieurs commerces et restaurants à proximité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nathalie.

This was my 2nd time staying here and could not have asked for anything more perfect!!! Yama made the whole process very easy and very accomodating. If you are one or two travelers this is the perfect place to be. I travel a lot in Europe and stay in many Airbnb's, this one is my favorite for so many reasons -- Yama is a perfect host, the location cannot be beat, love that it is on the ground floor, has everything you need for your stay, safe, clean and very updated. What more can you ask for. It Is The BEST.

Stay was fantastic and Martin was very responsive and sent clear and detailed step by step instructions that made check in and out super easy. The location was phenomenal and an easy walk to many popular sites like Notre Dame, the Louvre, tons of shopping…etc. The only thing we wished we would’ve understood prior to booking was there was no laundry inside the unit-it’s a community laundry that is accessible but we weren’t able to use it because someone else was always using it.

Nous avons passé un week-end avec mes parents chez Jérôme pendant les Jeux Olympiques et tout s'est très bien passé. L'hébergement est vraiment unique et possède un charme particulier qui vaut chaque centime. La communication était bonne et tout était comme décrit. Avec plaisir encore

This is a lovely little apartment in a great location. It was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Paris with a family of four. It is well connected by public transport and the neighborhood has many authentic and cool cafes and restaurants to offer at your doorstep. Remy is a great host, always responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Remy!

O espaço de Maxime é genial. Amplo, para os padrões de Paris, limpo, silencioso, arejado e bem equipado. A localização é ótima com metrô e RER a 5 minutos de caminhada. Perfeito para se movimentar para pontos turísticos ou mesmo ir a Disney sem baldeação. Supermercados e restaurantes na mesma rua. Maxime foi detalhista nas instruções enviadas e tudo funcionou perfeitamente bem.

Sebastian’s place was perfect. It had lots of space and met all our needs and then some. Would easily stay there. We highly recommend it if you want a quiet place in an area that has plenty to do. An added plus, it is close to a metro and the elevator worked great.

if i could give a 10 i would this was a great place in hart of paris. it is small but so well designned you did not feel cramped.great food and shops only a few stepts from door gated so felt very safe. christine was always available. will definately stay next visit to paris

We had a great stay and Nathalie sent me great instructions to get to and from disney which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was spacious and clean and we enjoyed a go in the hot tub when we had chance. Very friendly hosts and always responded with any questions we had thank you for having us.

Fantastische plek met alles wat je nodig hebt! Echt een oase op goede afstand van de stad. Om bij te kunnen komen van de drukke stad is dit echt een aanrader Het zwembad en de tuin is heerlijk en het huis is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos.

A casa de Elodie é super confortavel. Para quem quer estar em uma casa, com lazer e a apenas 30 min de carro de Paris ou 50 min com trem/metro trata-se de uma otima opcao. Tambem aconselhado para quem viaja com criancas no verao.

L'appartement est vraiment agréable, meublé et équipé de manière personnelle. Il faut juste un peu de courage pour monter les six étages, mais pour deux personnes, un couple ou une personne avec enfant… , c'est idéal.

Agréable moment. Shirley et ses enfants sont extrêmement gentils. Shirley est disponible, gentille et amicale. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et reviendrons. Merci ☺️

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Gif sur Yvette est environ une heure de Paris porte à porte, donc prévoir ce temps de transit. L’appartement est situer dans un cadre verdoyant et paisiblev, les matins ont été tranquille et on favorisé notre repos. Le village a tout à porter de main boulangerie, fromagerie, caviste, marché, café et bistro. L’hôte est réactive a pris souvent de nos nouvelle pour savoir que tout allait bien. L’endroit et très sécuritaire.

Perfect accommodation, perfect host, perfect location. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (4 +2) we found the accommodation to be the perfect size, the pool and garden were beautiful and perfect for us. Francois is a lovely host, so welcoming and friendly, helped give advise when we needed. And we were just a 10 minute drive to disney which was amazing as we had a 2 day pass. Will definitely visit again!
