L’appartement, de taille moyenne, est très joli et bien équipé. Ses fenêtres donnent sur le bien agréable Parc de Montsouris. Il est situé à proximité immédiate, tant du terminus de l’autobus 21 que de la station Cité Universitaire du RER B. Pour l’alimentation, un Franprix se trouve à 300 m environ. Deux bons restaurants sont proches, le Chalet sur le Boulevard Jourdan à l’autre extrémité du Parc; et, plus bas dans la rue de la Cité Universitaire, un excellent petit Vietnamien. La proximité de la CIté Universitaire anime par sa jeunesse le quartier. Des joggers animent les allées du Parc. L’appartement, doté de beaux parquets, a un agréable salon-living, avec une kitchenette adjacente. Tout est très propre. Les multiples placards recèlent une abondante vaisselle. Dominique est un ingénieur, ce qui se traduit entre autres par de savants éclairages et les placards sus-mentionnés dissimulés dans les revêtements. Au total, un lieu de vie agréable et charmant, que je recommande !

Logement très bien situé et conforme a la description. Il est facile de trouver une place de parking. J'ai échangé avec Elodie qui est tres réactive. A l'interieur du logement vous trouverez des informations concernant les transports en commun environnant avec les horaires, les lieux de restauration etc et ça cest un vrai plus ! Merci beaucoup nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir als Familie brauchten, und war sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Anbindung an die Metro ist toll (3min zu Fuß), und wir mussten nie mehr als ein Mal umsteigen zu unserem Ziel. Die Aussicht auf Paris ist super und macht auch den Abend in der Wohnung zum Erlebnis.

Le logement était propre bien rangé et spacieux. Achmit a été très flexible pour nous permettre d'arriver et de repartir plus tard. Il a été aussi très réactif lorsqu'il y a eu un souci avec le coffre. Merci pour tout encore.

The apartment is exactly how it appears to be in the photos. Very clean, nicely updated apartment with a lot of natural light and tall ceilings. Apartment is on the first floor, but nice that it has an elevator to use for your luggage. Strong internet and a good desk for working if needed. Nicely stocked kitchen with the basics and washing machine. The building itself is very quiet and well kept, really pretty courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet and just a short walk to everything you need. Jose, thank you and extra thanks for the coffee!

We had such a perfect stay, the apartment was clean and exactly as described. It is in a great location on a quiet side street but close to bakeries, delis, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, bus and metro stations etc. We would certainly stay here again if we were in Paris.

Bernadette, son logement & le quartier : sont des perles! Bloc appartement sécuritaire & propre. (+Ascenseur). Petit mais sympa, il contient tout ce dont 1 personne seule a besoin. Vraiment bien situé, tout en étant dans un coin paisible & sécuritaire, à proximité d’une foule d’attractions (2 à 25 min à pieds), en face du metro monge, a qq pas du jardin des plantes, à 2 min de Rue Mouffetard/place contrescarpe (restos, cafés, boutiques etc.), moins de 10 min de Arène de Luttèce, Pantheon et +! Vous pouvez facilement vous rendre à pieds à notre-dame, la seine, Shakespeare and co, au Louvre, aux jardins du Luxembourg, aller dans St-Germain & +. Bref, pour avoir vu plsr arrondissements, je n’ai pas regretté 1 seconde mon choix d’hébergement & j’y retournerais volontiers! Suggestions à proxim: « The coffee » (bon café), osteria brutto (réservez), café Delmas (terrasse), Toscanino (sandwichs) Bernadette qui habite en face, fût d’une gentillesse & d’une aide précieuse. Merci!

A beautiful home situated close to Paris with secure parking. Everything we needed for our stay was available and we felt right at home for our four days here. We would not hesitate to recommend this place as a place to stay for any families or groups. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I and my family had a memorable stay. From the beginning of the reservation made. We had a contact from Tarik about our arrival. He provided flexibility check in time, the day of we arrived. He waited us at the street to extend the warm welcome. The impressive things are about the welcome fruit, bread, milk and juice for next day morning due to we arrived on Sunday late. The house is exactly the same as picture display. Sufficient and spacious bedrooms, as well as the impeccable game room for child. Basically the house has everything you need. Forgot to mention the location where is very closed to metro in both stations with 5-7mins walk. Surrounding area is quite and safe. On th departure day, we scheduled a time to meet and run smoothly. Overall the price we paid that it is worth and recommend for any family too.

Great place to go into Paris, but you are clearly not yet in Paris. The house is calm in an acceptable neighbourhood. Well equipped, the oven is a special one, and you can have a lot of fun with friends there. Spacious outdoor, and many sleeping options, which provides a lot of flexibility.

A really beatiful house, very large, perfect for 10 people or more. we were 3 families and there was enough space for everyone. All the home appliances are top level, and the beatiful living room is the heart of the house. unfortunately, because of the weather, we haven't used the garden but it is a great plus in summer time. Near train station (10') and many supermarkets. Absolutely raccomanded

Le logement est fidèle aux descriptions. Il est très agréable et très propre. Clément est très réactif et sympathique. La piscine vraiment super.

Corine est une hôte extrêmement gentille. Son logement est un petit coin de Paris aux portes de Paris. J'y ai séjourné durant 1 mois et demi et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Le logement proposé par Kim est d'une propreté remarquable, accessible en transport avec des commerces à proximité. Il est calme, on s'y sent bien. Kim est accueillante, réactive, la communication à été fluide. Merci pour ton accueil, je ne manquerais pas de revenir pour une prochaine escale. Évidemment je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés.

Квартира расположена в тихом красивом месте, подойдёт людям с проблемами сна. Хозяйка добро желательна и приветливая. Квартира с новой уютной обстановкой и техникой вызывает позитивные эмоции от пребывания. Кровать удобная с качественным бельём и подушками. На кухне есть абсолютно все. В тёплое время можно посидеть на террасе. В чистой ванной были необходимые принадлежности и полотенца. Авто можно поставить в частном дворе. Что важно - нам резрешили поселиться с собакой. Станция электричек находится в 800 метрах. Моя дочь не хотела уезжать из этой уютной квартиры.

First off, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the pictures is not over-rated. Viewing the tower from the balcony at the end of each day was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was as described. There was ample space for our family of 3. The living room and open dining / kitchen space provided a comfortable space to wind down in the evening after touring. A quality barista machine provided a good start to the day. The best part was how responsive and flexible Gregory was with us. I made an error on dates when booking (totally my fault) and Gregory worked with me to quickly resolve it. Any other time we reached out to Gregory, he was very prompt in responding. He was also proactive in telling us useful information about the unit and neighborhood.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern von 13 und 10 Jahren in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns vier war die Wohnung sehr geräumig, alle konnten sich gut zurückziehen. Alle Räume waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Ruhe nach dem Trubel in der Stadt war sehr wohltuend. Der Spielplatz in der Nähe und der Bois de Vincennes boten den Kindern Abwechslung. Der geschützte Parkplatz war uns wichtig. Die Verkehrsanbindung zu Bus und der Metro Linie 1, die in und durch Paris führt ist ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt ist diese Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert. Die Gastgeber waren immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

We had a warm welcome by Emmanuel who explained us very well all we needed to know. Our host was very friendly and flexible. The appartment was ideally located close to the metro that quickly brings you to the centre of Paris. Bakeries and shops are just around the corner at walking distance. Inside the cosy appartment everything was available for a fantastic stay. Whether you are a family of 5 (such as ours) or a couple I would highly recommend staying here. We very much appreciated the flexibility and responsiveness of our hosts. A big thank you to Nathalie and Emmanuel!

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.
