Nice cozy place, well built, with all the amenities and comfort. the place will make feel at home. It has a good view looking out into the jungle and some small hills. Loved the stay.

Had a very pleasant and peaceful stay! The host lives abroad, so we were greeted by his mother, who was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We stayed here for New Year's Eve and spent most of the time on the secluded Galgibaga Beach, which I highly recommend to anyone planning to stay at this place. Overall, it was a completely tranquil experience!

This place is what real Goa is all about. Waking up to this view was something else. The house is simple and meet all basic requirements. But the description and photos were pretty clear on that. A quite secluded place. Not much to do around but just enjoy the beach all day everyday. I am definitely going back for a longer stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb in South Goa. Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood and right across the river, the property offered the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and Goan charm. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had a smooth, relaxed stay from start to finish. We spent a wonderful month in this lovely Riverside property in Talpona . Dharman was a great host, he gave us clear instructions on how to find the property and was there to greet us on arrival and show us around. He lives close by and organised a Scooter rental for us and was available if needed. We had a wonderful meal with Dharman and his family. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Great bathroom and kitchen, lovely bedroom and very comfortable bed. There is Smart TV with Netflix etc. The Verandah is the real plus, looking out onto the river with comfortable sofas, table and chairs and great lighting. We loved our evenings looking out over a few drinks and a meal. Talpona is a great location, lovely peaceful village with a few local shops for necessities, a handful of bars/restaurants and a great beach. We must mention Ravi who's boat is moored by the house. We did a great river boat trip with him. We love this house and location and will return, highly recommend.

The place is even better than shown in the pictures. Situated right beside the river, this villa is calm and serene. The patio has 2 plunge pool where you can take a dip and have a beer. Rooms are bug but bathrooms are surprisingly big. I personally loved the concept of bar area and the numerous options given in crockery and glasses. We booked a boat ride that took us around to nearby beaches. To our surprise, there is a place to board the boat right inside the villa. Above all this the host was kind enough to allow late checkout on our request.

i felt a brother giving his house to stay. took the keys from watchman went into the home like its our own and everything was intact with all the amenities mentioned in the room as well as house exactly as shown in the photo. looking forward to book another trip in upcoming month

I couldn‘t have imagined a better place to stay in Goa. From the first night on I enjoyed a peaceful sleep & vibey mornings in this fantastic flat. The view over the lush & green surroundings made me romanticize about a how a life near the jungle would look like. The appartment was perfectly clean & beautifully decorated with cool paintings. I definitely recommend Arpits place - it is truly wonderful.

It’s an amazing place to stay at and the location of the stay is also good. Nearby to the main market and the palolem and patnem beach. 10/10 for couples or a small family.

Maninder has the perfect studio apartment for a couple to have a workacation in South Goa. it's a 6 minute drive from Palolem beach, and is right off the market area. we also were easily able to park our car inside the apartment complex. the room is spotless and is fully stocked with linen, towels, and all basic amenities that we could think of. we felt like home the moment we entered. will surely stay at Maninders place always whenever we come back to South Goa. 5 stars all the way.
