We are a group of 3 families with kids. The place was better than we expected and we had loads of fun. It's a well developed property with nice views of the mountains. It is right in between Nainital and Mukteshwar. The staff was courteous and prompt. We had the pleasure of meeting with the owner Mr. Ashok and he was gracious and helpful. Must visit place !

Our 'Stay Banaras' experience was fantastic! Our room had a private balcony and a shared terrace which gave us various options to hand around apart from the beautiful courtyard! Although our private room could be small for some, we found it cozy and very clean! Service was prompt! The common areas, bunk beds and toilets were perfectly clean as well. We made friends with fellow travelers who also shared tips and stories around the city. It is a 5 minutes Ola ride or a 10 minutes auto ride to the ghats so keep that in mind! Altogether, Stay Banaras has a vibrant vibe to it and is good for couples, backpackers and others. The hostel cum hotel represents the city in its own neo way! We would definitely go back there!

Every thing was nice but they are in hurry to push you out. At 11am. The care taker started calling at 11am. Constantly. To vacate the room which was little upsetting. Also the place is beautiful location but. The approach of the caretaker was not great Very dry and no smile on face .

We booked Harshit’s place for 2 nights on New years. I did the booking very hastily, just going by the reviews. But after visiting the place, i can say that it surpassed all of our expectations. 2 days at Old British house turned out be just the kind of escape we had been looking for. We were mesmerised by the old, rustic charm of this place and how well it is preserved over generations. Rooms were spacious with artfully decorated corners, clean beddings and neat bathroom. This was more like a bonding vacation for the kids ( 4 year old & 6 year old) who were meeting after a year. And at Old British house we didn’t had to take any extra effort to keep them busy. They enjoyed early morning encounters with monkeys, spotted new birds, climbed mango tress and ran around the spacious lawn. Bon fires & start gazing at night were great too. A very special mention to mr. Raj for accommodating all of our requests. Thank you Sehgal family for a memorable stay. Looking forward to visit again.

What a truly magical place. The photographs of Mount Abode are lovely but I don't think any image will do the place justice. It is a really peaceful retreat away from busy Rishikesh with the most beautiful view of the Shivalik Himalayas that will take your breath away. Waking up and opening your curtains to watch the sunrise behind the mountains from bed is so special. This is a really quiet place. No noise. No traffic sounds. No hectic energy. No crowds. There is no wifi and I had no signal personally. For me, this was completely perfect and a welcome break from any distractions. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in nature in the most beautiful surroundings - look no further. The food is delicious - simple, sattvic and made with love. You will be well-fed 3 times a day and also the chef makes delicious Chai! Yash is very warm, welcoming and accommodating. He is also a fantastic yoga teacher so hopefully you get a morning practice with him. A beautiful dream stay.

Naveen works really hard to make his guests enjoy their time in Varanassi. It is very close to the Ghats so easy for boat rides on the Ganga. He is very helpful in arranging a taxi pick up from the airport or rail station. Great to mix with the other guests for breakfast on his rooftop. Top value and location.

Shashank is a great host and Hari Sharnam is everything and more what's described about it. Location was very convenient for us and place is absolutely clean. you would not want to miss food at this place. thanks for having us Shashank.

Had an amazing stay here at The Baakhli. Property is really good and staff as well. It is located in a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend this to my friends. And would love to visit here again. I thank the Host and the staff for their services that made our trip a memorable one. Cheers 🥂

Prashant and His father and all the members of the guest house were really helpful.When we need a speedy internet connection,Prashanth arranged it without any delay.All of them were highly responsive and attentive.He arranged a really good driver for us to go Delhi. Place located in walking distance to Taj Mahal. We highly recommend this place for any one who seek clean,warm and friendly place at Agra.

Shashi has one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in. 1) The room is spacious with a living room .There is also a small nook in the living room, with mattress and cushions on the floor. 2) The ambience of the entire place is truly a standout feature. Balcony is a great place to relax with amazing lightning, clean air and flower plants. 3) Food: You can order food using a menu which will be in the living room. Shashi is a great cook, so you can enjoy good home made food. You don't feel the need to go out for dining.. There is also a kitchen with induction and basic utensils for cooking. 4) The room ensures your privacy as it is situated on the 1st floor with a separate staircase. Lastly, Shashi is a great host. She is very warm, friendly and pro-active. Also enjoyed our time with cloud(dog). Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Le logement est très propre, très fonctionnel, à l’écart pour être au calme dans un quartier familial tout en étant à 20 minutes maximum du Taj Mahal et de plusieurs commodités ! Staying with Shruti was the best decision I made on this trip to India. From the moment I arrived, she and her family welcomed me with incredible warmth, making me feel truly at home. The location is fantastic-quiet, local, and just a 2-minute walk from the metro. There are also gyms and a shopping mall nearby. The room has fresh air from the windows and you can turn on soft lighting for cozy evenings. I also appreciated the desk for work. Some of my favorite moments were rooftop bonfires with Shruti and her brother, as well as working out there. The family’s hospitality was beyond expectations-they even treated me to homemade meals. We also went around the city together a few times, and even there, I felt surrounded by care and attention. Not a single day passed without them checking in on me 🧡 Sadly, Airbnb only allows 1000 characters, but I could say so much more! This wasn’t just a stay-it was a home away from home. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! I hope to return

I had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. It was clean, cozy, and had all the essentials thoughtfully arranged. But what made the experience truly special was the host. From the beginning, they were kind, attentive, and always just a call away, making sure I was comfortable throughout. What touched me most was how caring they were when I fell ill during the trip. They brought over a kettle and a hot water bag, checked in regularly- such genuine kindness that made me feel cared for. The apartment itself felt safe and peaceful, with an attached pantry that was a real bonus. But more than anything, it was the warmth and support from the host that made this stay unforgettable. I left feeling not just rested, but deeply grateful.
