Spacious flat, can easily accommodate family of 4. Nearest metro station is 5-7min walk. I had a comfortable stay and did not face any major issue. Onsite caretaker Rohit is very helpful and always available if you need anything. I would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this 2BHK apartment! The space was clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured, perfect for our family of four. The living area was cozy, and the bedrooms were comfortable with good-quality mattresses (a big plus!). The kitchen had all the basic essentials (pots, pans, cutlery), which made cooking meals convenient. The location was fantastic—one of the most accessible areas of Modern Varanasi , and we found it easy to get around. The listing was as described. Clean, spacious and quiet neighborhood. Location was little secluded and was hard to reach based on google map direction as it was taking through unpaved remote road. Called caretaker Jitendra for direction and able to reach the property. We reached there past midnight and caretaker Jitendra was a phone call away to check us in. Host Marpy was responsive with any pre queries before bookings that I had and accommodate our request to provide additional mattresses. Overall good experience.

Loved this spacious, luxurious penthouse with a beautiful rooftop garden—perfect for relaxing! The 2 AC bedrooms (with TVs) were comfortable, and the 55-inch TV in the living room was great.
