GrandRoads place was exactly as the picture, very spacious, clean, super convenient to stores and restaurants nearby. Communication was great they are always alert if you need anything. Me & my friend enjoyed our short Easter getaway and highly recommend this Penthouse.

A wonderful 3 bedroom home. We would love to stay at this beautiful airbnb next year. The beds were very comfortable and the space was very clean. The bathroom was a good space for 4 girls. Thank you Kathy you made our stay hassel free and special!

I was worried about opening the pool cover, messaged Stan and he went and opened for us within minutes. The kids loved the pool, I liked having the washer and dryer to handle the swimsuits.

Bernarda was an excellent host - quick and clear communication when we had any questions. Lovely home, great location - quick drive to Woodward or Park City and an easy drive to the resorts in the canyons as well. Thank you for having us!

We absolutely loved our stay. You will not go wrong staying here-whether just in passing through or a bit of a longer stay. It is a great place, in a great location, and you will have a wonderful host. This stay is near lots of fun shops and restaurants, as well as close to BYU. We had an extended stay here, and it was lovely in all regards. New, incredibly clean, and cozy-yet it cannot be understated just how spacious it is. Everything was fully stocked, new and in working order and we cannot think of a single thing we didn’t use! It is clear that Masyn has gone the extra mile to think of everything, and it made a difference in our stay. It was absolutely welcoming and felt just like home. Masyn is a great host and makes things easy. He was fully present and attentive to our conversation, warm, pleasant, and relaxed. He was readily available and was prepared to handle any questions or concerns. Without hesitation, we eagerly and highly recommend a stay here. Everything was lovely.

My stay was great! Anthony was very quick to answer my questions that the location was perfect for my concert at the complex, it was nice to not have to walk very far or wait for a ride! It was very clean and in a great location to walk to local businesses!

Great stay!! Place was so clean and really nice. Definitely recommend for small families. The place was lots of fun with all the entertainment options and the toy room was an absolute hit with our kids! Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone. Host was incredible and the friendly cat outside made our whole family happy. Our toddler shrieked with pure joy when he saw it and was overjoyed when it allowed him to pet it.

Our stay here was a 10/10. Beautiful settting and a good home base if visiting Zion and minutes away from town. Always a quick response to any questions we had during our time here. My kids especially enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay here again if we were to visit the area in the future.

Was looking for an adventure -something off the grid. My daughter and I stayed at the main house and it was everything we could ask for. Peace and quiet- surreal landscapes, and a unique home! All the scenery you can find around Moab are right in your backyard. Hiking ridge lines and boulder navigating right outside the door! Amazing stay and wonderful host! The drive to Tom’s place is provably one of the most scenic, epic drives I have done. I will be back!

I stay at Airbnbs fairly often, about 4-5 times a year. This was one of the best experiences. Tiffany's place was comfortable and well-stocked with everything (kitchen supplies, bedding, etc). We were in town for a disc golf tournament, and will definitely stay again, if her place is available.

One of my favorite Airbnb so far, I loved the kitchen hardware the most because I love cooking instead of eating out. Great value, great place would definitely recommend this place if you're looking anywhere else.

This place is a gem, clean, well-designed and comfortable. Convenient location in Torrey to explore Capitol Reef area. Loved having the washer/dryer and provided detergent as a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Only stayed one night and it worked great, easy to find, clean and Michelle communicated well. Would stay again.

We loved our stay at Collette’s place! The views are beyond beautiful and the proximity to Capitol Reef was perfect. Collette was very responsive when we had an issue on our second night. She also provided an excellent list of restaurant recommendations and other local places. The house was very clean and well equipped. The beds were a little soft for our taste, but it was overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

this air bnb was so beautiful and quiet the only thing i would complain about out is that the kitchen drawers aren’t super organized but other then that it was perfect. everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. the TVs were slow but it’s okay because we only used ours for music.

Positive Holiday family experience. Place was in good order, clean, comfortable and excellent communications from host. Nice proximity to Powder Mountain and Snow basin. Only tricky part is that the building it is in doesn't have visible numbers you can see from the street (at least to me)...but not a big deal.

We had a great time staying here. JP was proactive in his communication and helpful. The condo was great and had just what we needed. The complex was super fun with lots to do. My kids want to go back again soon.

This was my second time staying at this location. I enjoyed her place of clean and peaceful decorations as well as the surroundings with easy access to the walking paths and trails. Nicole was super nice with immediate responding to meet my needs. I had a wonderful time staying at her place to nurture my soul without worrying about anything else. Much appreciated her efforts to make her place possible to be a an ideal place to get away.

Our family of 7 loved our stay. The location in town was really nice, the house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the community as a whole, and loved all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others as well.
